I ordered the free paw in a heart key chain a while back. It arrived about a week later, good quality too. They now have a steady stream of customers and are expanding, so that may be why they are taking extra long with shipping now. They aren't as new and probably need to expand their support staff. Just a thought. I will be ordering more soon!

Received item after 6 weeks of waiting. Item was nowhere near the gold color it was supposed to be. It is a dark copper color with ugly darker areas.
Received item after 6 weeks of waiting. Item was nowhere near the gold color it was supposed to be. It is a dark copper color with ugly darker areas where the brush marks are uneven. Looks terrible. Reached out to Redline with a picture and they responded "that is what our gold color looks like." Even though it doesn't come close to any examples of their gold products online. This item is easily 15-20 shades darker.
They refused to offer any resolution. I sent a response email and they haven't responded. I would have been happy with them refinishing the item to actually be gold and not tarnished copper, but they refused to do anything to help. They just simply sent a dismissive canned response and are claiming that since the item was a custom order (name plate with cut out letters) that I essentially have to accept whatever they send even if it's a completely different color. They have refused to answer my follow-up email. Item cost $28.95 and was ordered on 9/19/2018. Since they have refused to help or even respond, I would like a full refund so I don't have to deal with their company ever again.

I sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconveniences you encountered throughout your experience thus far, but I'd be more than happy to help clarify some information, as well as, resolve your complaint per your request.
I would like to clarify that your emails were responded to the very next business day. As a reference, our Office Staff works 9 am - 5 pm (M-F), and is not available on weekends. Therefore, we have an "Automated Message" that responds to any email sent after 5 pm on Fridays. The automated message states that we are out of the office, but that your email would be attended to and handled to the best of our ability once we arrive back in the office on Mondays. Being that your first message was sent on Friday 11/2, we responded to this message on Monday 11/5.
Although the item you received is actually our Gold Translucent powder coat, we understand the confusion considering there are many variations of the color. However, being that this is our Gold powder coat, our representative was correct in stating that we would not be able to remake this product considering the Gold would look the same regardless.
We certainly apologize for any miscommunication, as our team did not mean to upset you or misguide you into thinking our Customer Service team had not been helpful. Regardless though, I will go ahead and agree to your desired resolution of a full refund, considering a remake is not eligible. With that said, please note that the refund will be issued within the next 24-48 business hours. Once the refund has been confirmed and processed successfully back into your account, you shall receive a Refund Notification Email concerning this information.
Once again, we sincerely apologize on behalf of the company for any frustrations or confusion that has occurred and affected your overall experience, however, we look forward to promptly resolving this matter.

This would have been acceptable if this was the response from the company when I attempted to deal with them directly. Instead, they simply dismissed my issues and essentially stated that custom orders can't be refunded no matter what issues there are. I find that ludicrous to suggest that a customer should have to accept a custom order even if it looks nothing like what was promised.
They should have to stop calling the color option gold if the finished product comes out looking like tarnished copper. This isn't a subjective "shade or two" difference. The item I received is 15-20 shades darker than any shade of gold. It's obvious that it was made by a new/careless/overworked employee because there are also several spots of darker coverage and smudge marks from the brush. This complaint should stay on the company profile as a warning to others that they do not stand behind their work and care nothing about customer service. They made no attempt at any resolution until I contacted Revdex.com.
