I am extremely pleased with Redline Steel, LLC. When I ordered my products, they immediately sent me a personal email confirming my order and also gave me information how to contact them for any problems. Their prices are great and so are the products!

I ordered my first product and I immediately received an email confirming my order and explaining how I was an important customer, and if I needed anything at all to contact them immediately! Redline Steel. LLC is the company you want to visit for beautiful, well made artwork. I just received my first piece.The Tree of Life! I was so happy to see it is not flimsy. You really could use outside, very sturdy! I got the black matte, but it comes in other finishes. This won't be my last purchase. I'm looking at the beautiful variety of flags now!

I recently purchased the "You and Me" sign that they have advertised. The quality is amazing and it was shipped within days of ordering. Excellent customer service. Fast with great quality work. I highly recommend giving them a try if you are looking to fill that empty spot on your wall.

I order two items from Redline Steel. Both items for absolutely gorgeous!!. They both were exactly as the picture showed. The prices were absolutely the lowest I have ever seen for this quality of product. I will be buying more products from this company in the future.

I recently received an order from Redline Steel. I purchased "Coffee" "Family" "Faith" "Hope" "Believe" and "Home". I am doing some remodeling in my home and cannot wait to include these wonderful pieces with my new decor. I was drawn to the company initially because it is veteran owned and everything is made in the United States. That coupled with the quality of the items I received makes me delighted to support and recommend Redline Steel and it's employees (great customer service).

I ordered the Tree of Life last August. Never received at all. They charged my paypal right away. I started inquiring in September then really started complaining in November. I went through e-mail, Private message on FB, and tried calling the number for customer service which the mailbox was always full so that was the biggest dead end. I read that they re-vamped their customer service but that does no good at all for the people that were beyond frustrated. All I wanted was a response. Finally Paypal was able to get the refund, I really wanted to support their business as my son is a combat veteran of Afghanistan which I even threw that out but even if they can explain away their crappy customer service and now it's "better", the no response thing was beyond my comprehension.

I recently ordered from Redline Steel, my original order was for their tree of life. My order was processed in record time and hence I have placed two additional orders. I was quite impressed with the entire process. They kept me informed every step of the way as well provided USPS tracking of my purchase. My purchase was extremely beautiful and I am so pleased with the quality of it.
