Ordered 2 products on December 8th, 2017. Have never received nor does anyone respond.
I ordered 2 items 12-8-17 and the monies were immediately withdrawn from my account. I received an email with order detail and order # XXXXXX had a lead time of 4 to 6 weeks. At that time they even had a 1-800 # on their website. Christmas has come and gone, I can't get anyone to respond and if and when their site is working the status continues to say in process. No one will respond to an email and I feel bad, states it's run by veterans, but I want my money back or items for my adult children that just lost their father..hence the product order. I think I've been scammed.

Desired Outcome

I've read over 400 online reviews and the said the only way they got their product was after contacting the Revdex.com. Again, they are veterans and served our country, I just want the items, if business doesn't exist than I want my money refunded.

Placed order 12/6/17 and have not received the order.
Placed an order with this company on 12/6/17. I have requested updates on the order 3 times. The only response I have received was from the second request and it was an automated response. I was swayed to buy from them due to their claim of being a Veteran. I believe they are a scam and just taking people's money. The charged my credit card the same day I placed the order. Legit companies only charge your card when the send your order. I was concerned when I saw they had changed the credit card so soon. I now know I should not have ordered from these people. I believe they are frauds.

I either want immediate shipment or a full refund.

This company should be put out of business.Placed and order which I tried to cancel immediately and has been nothing but a problem .they don't answers emails or calls . They basically steal peoples money since they now send out fake invoices saying they returned the money which they don't .SCAM COMPANY DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM .

I ordered an item on November 25th , 2017. I have yet to receive this order and it is now January 25th 2018. They billed my credit card instantly so they have been paid. I sent an e-mail to Mr. Colin Wayne *** not a response as of this date. It is unfortunate that they advertise being a Veteran owned business. I am a U.S. Army Veteran and that is why I wanted to support this business. They said they would refund my money , I am still waiting for that to happen. I am a very disappointed customer.

Saying they are not accepting calls due to high Volume. If you look on the fb page of Colin Wayne the CEO of Redline Steel there are many complaints.
I would like the merchandise or my money back. They Email me all the time wanting my business but they Will not answer an email. Very upset.

Contact by the Business I would like my merchandise or my money returned to my Am Exp acct. I have waited 6 weeks and need this done now. I would like for them to respond.

I placed my order Dec. 7, 2017, and emailed them 4 times to find out when it would arrive. Not one response and still no product.
I ordered the product ((order #XXXXXX) on 12/7/17 and was told it would arrive in 4-6 weeks. The gift was meant for 1/27/18. $74 has been taken from my bank account. I've emailed them 4 times and asked when I could expect arrival of my order and have received no replies. I am just now seeing all the negative comments with stories that sound identical to mine. The reviews on their website are, of course, very positive and that's what I made my original decision on.

Desired Outcome

I would really like to receive my order, as long as it's done neatly and correctly. I needed it as a gift by the end of this week!

$65.00 product ordered from said company in November 2017. Guaranteed delivery by Christmas 2017. Product never received and no refund issued.
Redline Steel has taken hundreds of orders for Christmas and not delivered to the masses, including myself. Google reviews shows all the complaints from others that were scammed out of their money. Redline Steel will not return any calls, emails, faxes, etc. Unable to contact to demand a refund. My credit card was billed upon receipt of my order back in Nov. 2017. The owner claims to be a Veteran so many like myself were happy to support his new business. I just want my money back at this point. Don't know what to do to get a refund. Please assist.

I want my money back $65.00 OR deliver the product ordered.

Product was ordered as a Christmas gift on 11/23/17 with guaranteed delivery by Christmas. No order confirmation was ever received, although my credit card was charged for the product on the date they received my order. 2 days prior to Christmas they sent out an email stating that my order would not arrive on time with no estimate of when to expect it. I was unable to contact this company to cancel my order, as they had knowingly shut down all lines of possible communication with their customers. It took filing a complaint with the Revdex.com to finally receive my order on 2/2/18...a full 10 weeks after ordering!?!? This was totally unacceptable. Due to their poor customer service and their deliberate disregard for their customers concerns,I will not order anything from this company again.

I saw the ads on Facebook and wanted to support a small business, especially a Veteran's business. The products looked awesome. I figured I couldn't go wrong.

I ordered a Christmas gift on Nov 25, 2017. I was charged immediately. I was hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas, but no big deal if it didn't. I got an email from the OWNER thanking me for my order and saying I could contact him directly with any questions. I started getting worried a week before Christmas, and began contacting them to ask WHEN it would be shipped. They don't answer their phones. You get a recording saying due to high call volumes they aren't answering the phone. I also sent them instant messages, Facebook messages, and emails. After numerous messages and about a week, I received an automated response that didn't address my question. I continued to contact them for weeks because I really wanted the gift I ordered. After weeks of no responses, I contacted PayPal for a refund. PayPal has since refunded my money, and I have not heard from Redline Steel at all. Such a shame.

This is an amazing company! I am beyond impressed with their personal customer service. I received an e-mail immediately after ordering, received my product sooner than expected and my son absolutely loved the product I bought him. I love that they give discounts and have some great sales. I also love the vet backstory as I am a Navy mom. The customer service is really what makes this company one I will be forever a fan of. I just ordered my sister a gift and know she will be in love with it. They will gain future customers.

Placed a $225.00 order with Redline Steel on 11/25/2017 and have not received my items. I have tried twice to contact them by email with no results.
On 11/25/2017, I placed an order for 5 items from Redline Steel. The order number was XXXXXX. The items ordered were a 24" black and silver American Flag 111.75, 18' distressed battke flag (burn) 51.75, desk deor set 24.71, dog love 14.25, and a fancy owl 14.25. With tax the total was 225.38. Payment was made online at the time of purchase by debit card. The money was taken from the account shortly after the purchase. I did not expect to get the items for Christmas. On January 13, 2018 I sent an email inquiring about the status of the order. I did not receive a response. I sent another email on January 18, 2018. After reviewing the company's history through the Revdex.com, it seems the best way to get a response from the company is to go through the Revdex.com. Additionally, I find it ironic that I have not received my order yet continue to receive solicitations to purchase more merchandise through email from the company.

Desired Outcome

I want to receive the items I ordered. If the items cannot be delivered I would expect the company to do the right thing and refund my money.

After contacting the Revdex.com, Redline has contacted me several times with updates. I believe they deserve the opportunity to make good on their promise to deliver the items. If this does not happen, I will reopen the Revdex.com complaint. Thank you.

Company will not respond to request for confirmation of order paid for on PayPal. Web site shows order non existent although I paid for it. ***
I have contacted the company numerous times asking them to confirm they received my order as their site states it is non existent. They only sent one email telling me to check the order status online. Which tells me it is non existent. They will not answer their phones and email seems to be a "canned" response. My order #XXXXXX. Received item but they have extremely poor customer service.This is sad because their product is very nice. Should invest in a good customer service representative .

I placed an order on Nov 25 and have made multiple attempts (Dec 27, Jan 15, 19) to find out the status of my order. I have not heard back from company. My credit card was charged on November 25 and as of today (January 19) I have had no response from the company and have not received my order.

I placed an order and was charged on 11/19/2017 & have not received my order, nor can I get any response from this company.

I ordered products for Christmas gifts, advertised if ordered by 11/24/17 guaranteed delivery by Christmas. numerous emails sent excuses given no call
I purchased products from this company for Christmas gifts, advertisement stated if ordered before 11/24/17 guaranteed Christmas delivery. I have emailed numerous times, I have tried calling, today their voicemail states due to high volume no longer taking phone calls. I had 1 email that states equipment broke down excuse after excuse, yet they are still taking orders and peoples money. My order #XXXXXX was placed the week of 11/20/17prior to cut off date. Reviews online reveal that there are numerous customers experiencing the exact same thing. This company advertises it's CEO's United states Veteran status to defraud customers. They should be shut down, now on FB they are touting they are on the Forbes list?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I will also file a fraud claim with my bank today. I can't be the only complaint, this needs to be brought to the public's attention, before more people are taken advantage of by this company. HOW DISGRACEFUL we are a military family I can't believe they gain people's trust by using their vet status.... UNACCEPTABLE.

This company needs to be investigated, veteran status verified and business practices be monitored, and for the company to stop taking any further orders until it is able to deliver currently placed orders. They need to hire a full time person to monitor all emails and respond in a timely manner, A full time person to take phone calls etc. This business is in over it's head!! I want a refund ASAP they do not deserve my hard earned money.

The company continues to ignore their customers. Sending out a general email does not constitute customer service. Their ratings are at an all time low with customer's complaints of not delivering by Christmas as promised. Ignoring emails & they are no longer taking phone calls. This company needs to be held accountable for their extremely poor shady business practices. They should be forced to halt all remaining production until the owner & CEO who seem to have time for Facebook & magazine interviews personally reaches out to his customers still awaiting their "guaranteed Christmas delivery".
Unfortunately word of mouth can break a company & with the numerous complaints on their FB & online reviews, their bad behavior will cost them in the end. They prey on people by using their veteran status & in doing so brings shame to veterans everywhere. Their products leave alto to be desired & our shipment arrived damaged. Unfortunately they continue not to respond.

ORDERED A DISTRESSED FLAG IN NOVEMBER 2017. SENT EMAIL DECEMBER 10,2017 TO CHANGE MAILING ADDRESS. WHICH YOU ACKNOWLEDGE. CHECKED AGAIN TODAY. PRODUCT STILL HAD NOT BEEN SHIPPED.BEFORE 7AM GOT EMAIL AFTER 1PM PRODUCT SHIPPED TO ORIGINAL ADDRESS EVEN THOUGH NEW ADDRESS WAS PART OF MY PROFILE. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE NOT TO BE PERSONALLY AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL OTHER EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN POSITIVE.

I was so grateful to find a "Veteran Owned American Made" company for my Air Force family's Christmas present that I ordered Dec 5th 2017.

It is now Jan. 18th 2018 and I have not received my gift but my visa was charged the day I ordered.

I feel like I have been scammed by this company and I am so disappointed.

I have sent numerous emails & have called 256-715-77122 but the mailbox is always "full".

How convenient.

Did not receive all items ordered and paid for.
On Dec 11, 2017 I placed and order with Redline Steel for 5 (five) of their Dog Love signs. I paid $45.00 ($9.00 ea) and $5.45 for tax for a total of $50.45. I saw an ad via Facebook which is how I came to order from them. I did not check their rating online, if I had I would not have ordered from them. My order number is XXXXXX.
I received an email on 12/11 thanking me for my order and stating it was being processed.
On January 2, 2018 I received an email stating my order was being shipped USPS.
On January 8th I received a cardboard envelope from Redline Steel that contained only 2(two) of the signs. There was no packing slip or notice of any kind. I took pictures of the package.
I have emailed the company four times this week and have not received a reply. I have also called but their recording, on all extensions, states that they are unable to take calls at this time due to the high call volume.

Desired Outcome

I want the remaining three Dog Love signs shipped to me immediately OR a refund for those.

Product was damaged when received. Have tried to contact the company - no phone vm. Emailed 4 times w/no result. Will have charge for it reversed.
Placed order #XXXXXX online on 12/6/17. Received order on 1/5/18 and began calling, emailing, etc. to report damaged product. Blessed by the Grace of God $52.00 plus $4.29 tax = $56.29. Paid for on Visa card which I will have reversed. Company can not be contacted except by email. I have emailed at least 4 times to which I have received NO RESPONSE. I don't care how busy you are - you need to respond to customers - especially if they've paid for a product and then received a damaged one. I have had enough - will place horrible review/complaint on their website (along with all the other complaints) as well as this complaint to you, the Revdex.com, then have my bank reverse the charge if they will not respond. Would suggest they be sanctioned or whatever methods you have available to you to put them out of business.

I had placed a second order (no problem w/the first one) and the wall hanging "Blessed by the Grace of God" was damaged - the tops of the se in Blessed are skewed upwards. I immediately tried to call them, only to find that they don't have ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE and you can't even leave a voicemail. I've emailed 4 times to no avail, so I'm call Chase Bank since I used my Chase Bank Visa to pay them and having the charge reversed since I've given them ample time and ways to contact me. To add insult to injury - this wall hanging was a birthday gift for my boss - whose birthday has come and gone without a present from me because of the fraudulent dealing of this "company". I'll be writing A VERY NASTY REVIEW/COMPLAINT on their website. I notice that the MAJORITY of their client "reviews" are complaints. Not a very good track history.

Ordered 12.06, delivered 01.05: received order within lead time of 4-6 weeks.

Per previous emails, we were able to finally find the picture sent in of the damaged item. It was not with the original thread due to being sent from a different email address that we did not have on account. We do apologize that the piece was received damaged.

We will be happy to replace damaged item if customer has not received a refund through cc company.

If received a charge back, money has been refunded for all 6 items received and it is no longer under our control.

This company says that they couldn't find my requests since I had used a different email address for the initial and sequential complaints other than my original email address used. That is simply NOT TRUE since I submitted (I believe) 4 or 5 requests for contact to discuss the damaged product FROM MY ORIGINAL EMAIL ADDRESS USING THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM THEM AS THE BEGINNING OF THE THREAD, before sending a last email from my office email address. The "customer service" person who finally answered me (I believe her name was *** - RUDE!!!!!!) had the nerve to basically say it was all my fault and to say it was because I used my office email address for all the complaint emails - I only used it for the final one. In other words, they're trying to blame their lack of contact on me instead of taking responsibility for their poor business practices. Yes, I did finally have my credit card company reverse the charge due to the fact that I could not get them on the phone, could not leave a voicemail for help and they would NOT respond to my emails. I still don't have the birthday gift for my boss that I had shown her the picture of (Blessed by the Grace of God wall hanging) and don't know where else I can find it. I now realize that, unlike other companies who would have replaced it AT NO COST EVEN IF THE CHARGE HAD BEEN REVERSED FOR A SHOW OF GOOD FAITH AND GOOD BUSINESS, they have washed their hands of it and gone on to defraud other potential victims. NO WONDER THEY HAVE ALMOST 280 COMPLAINTS LISTED ONLINE (maybe more now, since I haven't looked on there since I sent the complaint to the Revdex.com). AND, SHAME ON THE OWNER FOR USING HIS SUPPOSED "VETERAN" STATUS TO PROMOTE BUSINESS - HIS COMPANY HAS MADE A MOCKERY OF ALL VETERANS WITH THEIR SHOCKINGLY BAD, OR LACK THEREOF, CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner needs to stop using his supposed status as a veteran to get business. He should be forced to take any claims of being a veteran out of his advertisements since all it does is make the U.S. military look bad. SHAME ON THEM!!! And, no wonder the Revdex.com has not endorsed them - they do TERRIBLE, NOT GOOD AND DEFINITELY NOT BETTER, BUSINESS. I'll have to look elsewhere for the wall hanging for my boss since they wouldn't offer to replace it. All I can say to Redline Steel is, thanks a lot for nothing! MY ADVICE TO ANYONE READING THIS ONLINE IS TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM REDLINE STEEL AS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW (OR DON'T WANT) TO DO GOOD BUSINESS. GOOD RIDDANCE TO BAD RUBBISH!

I placed a small order of $69 on 11/12/17 with guaranteed delivery by Christmas. Now, it is 1/14/18 and it is now only being shipped. Poor customer service with constant promises to fulfill order but failing to follow through on its promises. Received emails thru their company to order new products and updates on Facebook on recent new products which told me they continued to solicit new orders without fulfillment of past orders - shady business practices. Regardless of how beautiful there products may be - the experience of ordering with this company was a nightmare and I would not order with this company again.

The quality of the product was good. The delivery time was longer then originally expected. However once I placed the order the company did update delivery time and they were just under the estimated time. Will use them again
