I ordered 2 infinity signs on December 17, 2017 - not for Christmas but for Valentines Day. To my surprise they arrived January 9th. They are beautiful great quality and a great price. Was surprised to see the negative comments

I ordered a custom made product from this company on 11/24/17. My credit card was charged. I still have no product.
I ordered a custom made product from this company 11/24/17. ORDER #XXXXXX confirmed. My credit card was charged $65 on my VISA and monies taken from my account. It's January 11, 2018 and I still don't have a product nor any expected shipping date. I've contacted this company multiple times via email, with only an automated response that they are experiencing high volumes. Unable to get anything other than a recording when telephoning said company. An automated response to an email said that problems were experienced and they want to give a credit towards another purchase. Why should anyone be charged more money for another product when the first one hasn't been made?

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the product within 30 days and have an expected shipping date or I want my credit card credited IN FULL with money returned NOT a credit to buy another product from this company. A consumer should not have to pay for something almost 2 months in advance now without having a shipping date or offering a refund when having manufacturing problems.

I have received product finally. I will NEVER order from this company again.

Supposed to get 20% discount; emailed company x2, no response. Company took full amt out of acct, want refund & cancel order.
I signed up to receive email offers and received a code to get 20% off my order. When I placed my order on 1/10/18, there was no where to put the code in to get the discount. So after the order was placed, I emailed the support department right away. The next day, I saw a pending in my checking account for the full amount. I received an automated email from the owner of the redline company thanking me for my order & to let him know if there is anything he can do. So I replied asking if the discount was applied. I got another automated email saying he receives so many emails and if this is important to contact support. So I did. Again. I still haven't heard from anyone as of today, 1/12/18.

The customer purchased the items through a discounted funnel and by doing so the product was already marked down to its lowest price. This is why there was no place to add the discount code for further discounts.

The customer did email us; however, only allowed 2 days for a response before filing a complaint. We will be willing to cancel the order with a 15% cancellation fee as stated on our website. We have to pay fees for every transaction originally and if refunded. The 15% covers our fees.

We have communicated with the customer concerning the items order were already discounted and could not be discounted further. The discount code can be saved to use on our website.

That statement is completely false. No one has ever contacted me in regards to my order to explain anything about my order. As far as charging me 15% to cancel this is uncalled for since NO communication has been made to me what so ever. No telephone call has been made to me. No email has been sent to me. I feel I should receive 100% reimbursement of what was taken out of my account. This isn't my problem for your fees. Perhaps if this company listed a phone number on their website, I could have called and talked to someone about this.

I have checked my email inbox and spam. There are no emails received from Redline. I have no idea where you have obtained this picture. Thank you for the refund. Perhaps you can clarify your wording on your website for customers for when they sign up for these discounts so they are not mislead like I was. And here is a more important suggestion. Put a phone number on your website. Hopefully someone can reevaluate this business' practice and get them on the right track. It's unfortunate this happened.

Redline Steel advertises sales and promotes their products on FaceBook and their website. They cannot meet the supply demands.
I ordered a Tree of Life and a Love sign, through the website on 11/29/2017. I saw the disclaimer about the 4-6 weeks and I was ok with that, even though it was a Christmas gift. When I went to my banking on line I saw they took out the funds right away. It made me uneasy, so I went out to the web and saw hundreds of complaints about the delivery times and lack of customer service. So I called, could not get anyone on the phone, I emailed and got a "standard reply." I used Facebook messenger and expressed my concerns, I was responded to and told I would have it before Christmas. This did not happen, I was told I would have it 2 weeks later, this did not happen. I tried to check the status of my order XXXXXX, on their website, it did not work. I used messenger again and now I am being told another 2 weeks. I called again they do not answer the phone. I just want what I paid for and I hope they get their act together, they have beautiful things..I am still so baffled as to why Redline promoted the products so heavily and then could not supply. The worst thing is that they take the money before the items are shipped. I bought these 2 things on sale $27 dollars for the Tree of Life (Black) and $6.00 for the Cursive LOVE(Black) and charged $9.00 for Shipping as they advertised. Please help me get what I paid for and thank you for the time given to this situation.

I would like what I paid for and as soon as possible and no more empty promises or fake apologies. I would also like to see the practice of taking the funds before shipping be done away with and the customer service improved. It is borderline criminal what is being done whether they are unaware or it is purposeful.

very poor customer service, will not answer phone or emails, but your credit card is already charged for merchandise you can not get an answer for.....never again,,,,,beware when you order.......

I, too, ordered a Christmas gift at the end of November 2017. I saw their deadlines and figured if I didn't get it in time I would use the gift for an anniversary present instead. My credit card was charged immediately and it has now been more than 6 weeks and the anniversary date is nearly here and still nothing from Redline Steel. They do not answer emails and I too, fell for the Veteran/American made product line. I phoned my credit card company and I have 60 days from the date of the charge to protest the charge and that is what I plan to do at this point. The company continues to advertise and take orders that they cannot fill but they sure take your money ASAP. I am so disappointed.

I order 4 family monogram signs costing $136.00 dollars on November 6, 2017. Here it is January 10th, 2018 and I still have not received my signs.

I never received info on the status except that it was not shipped yet. Colin Wayne sent a video out
explaining they received so many orders and they had issues with equipment. He offered us 50% of our cost in a gift card. I either want my full price or signs. I don't need the gift card because I will never purchase from him again.
You can't contact them by phone or email and receive and answer.

We apologize for the delay with the order. The customer have been contacted via email to inform that 2 monograms are complete and the other 2 are in production. Timeline would be to have them shipped by the end of the month. Again, we apologize for the delay and any inconvenience it may have caused the customer. A tracking number will be sent to the customer as soon as the order is processed for shipping.

I ordered several items back in November for my children and their spouses as Christmas presents. I have sent several emails to no avail. I still have no idea when my items will be shipped or even if they have record of my order as they have not responded to any of my emails. However, they have already deducted the money from my bank account. I thought it was common practice to deduct funds when the item is ready to ship! At this point, I think I would just like my money back!

So I received my first order from this business last fall and fell in love with their product. So I ordered two more times. The second order is the one that went south. I ordered two items in the second order and received only one item and it is damaged. I have responded to the emails regarding my items being ordered. I've emailed their support. I've asked for response on their website twice. I tried calling their number and the voicemail box is full. I received one response from staff saying management will look into it and she asked that I send pictures of the damage, which I did. I'm obviously not alone with my disgust and disdain. I will probably never get this made right and they've taken my money to boot. I am going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com. They are either crooked, stupid or extremely unfit to run a business. Shame on them!!

I ordered 3 items on 11/13/ 17 for Christmas delivery. This order was placed well before the 11/24 deadline. Have sent many emails - tried to call (I now see that the phone# is off the website)
I am so disappointed that my three nieces did not get there gifts. This company and "Veteran CEO" should be ashamed.

I purchased 2 items on 11/30/17 and have not received any communication on the delivery status of my items.
On 11/30/17 I purchased two items via the Facebook ad. I was aware the items could take 4-6 weeks. Around 12/20 I sent an email inquiring on the delivery status and also send a web inquiry through their website, a web inquiry through their Facebook Messenger and Called the 800 number 3 times with NO RESPONSE. The 800 number instructs you to go to the website to check on order status, which doesn't work. This is the worst customer service I have experienced in my whole life.

Tried to buy item then changed mind and they refuse to cancel
Tried to buy item changed mind but some how when tried to back out before PayPal went through couldn't the immediately tried to cancel got no response for three days then the response I got was thanks for the purchase. No mention of cancelling then when responded to that email got response to respond to another link then no response from that link just keep getting the run around probably until they decide to say it to late to cancel. so I opened PayPal case and they didn't respond to that.should be no problem to refund money when they say after you purchase something it takes 4-6 weeks for product

Had an email saying it would be refunded it is now 1/19/2017 and PayPal doesn't have any refund given no refund was issued they lied this is the worst company I've ever dealt with if they are veterans should be ashamed give us company's bad name

I placed an order on 11/22 with guaranteed delivery before Christmas. As of 1/9/18, I still have not received my order.
I placed my order on 11/22/17 for guaranteed delivery prior to Christmas. Began reaching out to them on December 18th to ensure I was getting my order prior to Christmas as it was for our bosses at work (it is 3 items for 3 different gifts - for a total of $270). The $270 was taken from my account on 11/24/17. You go to their website and it gives no updates on my order status.
I've tried contacting them numerous times via Phone, Email and Facebook and they will not answer their phone (automated system comes on), you receive automated responses from email and same from Facebook. When you comment on a post on FB it is quickly deleted. We just want answers!

On 12/22/17 they sent out a generic email saying that our guaranteed by Christmas orders aren't coming prior to Christmas. I responded to that email - nothing. In that automated email - they offered a gift card for 50% of our purchase to use on future purchases. No thank you - I just want my product that is now 2 weeks PAST Christmas. They also posted a message on FB on 12/29/17 to look at all they offer - we just want what we've already paid for and we want answers! At this point, they have stolen my money!

I want my items ASAP and I want 50% credited back to my credit card instead of a gift card for future purchases. This is complete FALSE advertisement for them to take money and keep it and promise something they knew they weren't going to deliver. IF they were having production issues, they should have let us know PRIOR to the Friday night prior to Christmas, should have refunded our money so that we could make plans to purchase another gift for Christmas. They have held us hostage for our items and have blocked ALL means of communication with the company. There is absolutely no WAY to talk to anyone. I'm out $300 and NO way to tell if I will ever get the product.

This business promised if we ordered prior to Nov 24th 2017 - we would receive the order before Christmas. I received an email the Friday night prior to Christmas stating that we weren't getting it before Christmas. I attempted to reach out to them multiple times to see what the lag time would be. They finally responded "a week or two". Meanwhile - advertising on Facebook that they are now doing Valentine's orders. I (along with multiple others) left comments on Facebook concerning the status of our past due orders for Christmas and as soon as they were written - they immediately deleted them. So their Facebook page is monitored very closely because of all the complaints they've had; however, they can't respond to FB message concerning our orders, but can advertise for another holiday. Take a look at Facebook - there are MULTIPLE complaints about them - not on their page of course, because they delete those.

After reading the numerous FB post - everyone said they didn't get their product until after they filed a Revdex.com complaint. At that point, that's all I could do because my product was 4 weeks late. After filing the Revdex.com complaint a shipping ticket was generated and an email sent with the tracking number; however, the product wasn't shipped until 4 days after the shipping label was "created".

I ordered all of my Christmas and the majority of other things and have NEVER had an issue like this. All of my other items shipped as promised and prior to Christmas.

On the generic email that I received stating my items wouldn't be there prior to Christmas - they did say that they would extend a gift card for 50% off my next order.

I have not receive a gift card or any documentation via email OR with the package that arrived. So they did not fulfill that promise.

At this point, I would like a 50% refund on my credit card. They took my money for 2 months and didn't fulfill their end of the agreement by shipping on time. As with most ALL other companies, they do NOT withdraw funds until the items have actually shipped. I recommend in the future that they adopt that philosophy - maybe that would help them ship their product at a faster rate.

Please refund 50% to my credit card.

Ordered a product back in October and its January and still no product!! have sent numerous emails and tried calling many times, no response for either. Company has horrible customer service

They were wonderful, responsive and timely with my order.

Purchased 11/24/2017. They immediately charged my credit card. The order # is XXXXXX monogrammed antler plaque. They sent an email to me on 12/22 apologizing for not being able to deliver my item and said they would give me 50% off on my next order. There was no mention of when I would receive the ordered item. I have emailed several times and they do not respond. They will not accept phone calls. I'm beginning to think this was all a scam.
Please resolve this complaint if possible. I ordered from Redline Steel because it is a veterans company. Very disappointing that they advertise as a veterans company and they give such terrible customer service.

Either ship my order or refund my credit card and let me know what you will do.

Ordered three times on Nov 3rd. No where on the site did it indicate an order delay of 4-6 weeks. Called, emailed asking to cancel. No response.
I am an avid supporter of small business. I am not however a supporter of fraudulent business. I ordered three items on November 3rd, 2017. NO WHERE on the site did it mention the 4-6 week delay on the order. All items where holiday gifts. When I got the order confirmation email it then referenced the delay. I called and emailed asking to cancel the order, no response. I emailed again around thanksgiving, no response. I replied directly to the confirmation email, meaning they HAD to get it and just ignore it each time. I got an email two days before the holiday telling me, in a generic letter that since they could not meet the demand I would get a credit to buy more things from them. Why in the world would I want to buy more things from a company that is inept. I called and emailed AGAIN telling them to cancel my order, surprise, no response. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, they are opening a fraud case against this company. I got an email today telling me my items have shipped. Maybe I will get it by the holidays of 2018.

Desired Outcome

I don't want the product, I will not pay to return it. I want a full refund. You will be hearing from Chase about the charge since you are a fraud.

The order was thrown away after sustaining a server cut from one of the MANY unfinished edges of your products. Almost every edge was unfinished on all three pieces. I don't know if this was done because it was a rush job or because of the complaint I filed. I am lucky that stitches were not required.

We send all our products through a grind machine to grind down the surface of each item. The stainless products are as stated stainless steel with no coating. The items should still be handled with some care. We apologize that the customer was cut. If the was a charge back issued through the customers bank/credit card, a refund has been issued. I am unable to reach anyone to get the status of my order that I placed on November 17, 2017
Like many others, I've tried to call, I've sent multiple emails and get no reply. Was I scammed or am I going to get this Christmas gift I purchased on Nov 17, 2017? Tell me something, when to expect delivery, can't deliver then offer a refund. Something, anything. Right now I think I've been scammed out of $85.00. I get you are a new company and you are overwhelmed, but I work in manufacturing and you have to respond quickly to situations like this. It is now 3 weeks past Christmas. Will I get this gift? I just want someone to let me know when to expect this late Christmas gift. If it's not going to be soon then you should offer me a refund. I need communication.

Ordered a product and never received product but my credit card was charged.
On November 14 I placed an order and received confirmation that the order was received. Their advertisement stated if ordered placed before Thanksgiving, it will be delivered before Christmas. Christmas came and went and I never received my product. So I contacted them several times and received automated email responses. One which said I won't receive my product before Christmas as promised. So I posted on their Facebook page and my comment was deleted. I did notice that they had said it could be 4-6 weeks on a different post and 6 weeks would have been December 26. It is now Jan 6 and I STILL do not have my order but my credit card has been charged.

Desired Outcome

I have contacted my credit card company and have disputed the charges. But if I received the product, I would drop the dispute.

I ordered a $100 sign in June 2017. Never received order.
II bought a medium/blue Spartan helmet sign on June 4th 2017, order # XXXXX. On June 6th,2017 I emailed the company and asked for the sign to be personalized, order # XXXXX. I paid in full and didn't receive my order. I emailed the company more than five times and only got one response about my order two months after it was placed stating that due to the personalization of the sign, it would take a little longer. I was also told that when the order was finished they would send a confirmation and tracking number, which I never received. Now it is January 2018 and I still have not had a response back, not received my order or a refund. I'm a very dissatisfied customer.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund to my credit card since it looks like I will never receive my order.
