Ordered two items and never received them. Charged my credit card. NO response to emails, messages, Facebook, Instagram. Negative posts were deleted off of their social media - so they had the time to filter out the complaints, but no time to respond to messages? No one available to take phone calls. I had to eventually file a dispute with my credit card company or lose over $200+ due to the timeline ending for disputes. If I would have waited any longer, I would not have received product and I would have been out of the money too. My card company kept the complaint 'open' giving Redline Steel a chance to take care of this, but they didn't. I have yet to hear from them. Total scam - buyer beware - do not order.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We sure apologize for your troubles and overall frustrating experience. However, I'd be happy to clarify a few things in case you were unaware.
Typically, we do not ship any orders once the customer has initiated the charge-back. This is because all transactions are automatically taken out of our account once the dispute has been filed and completed. After looking over your order, we received notice of your charge-back on January 11th, and given the information, this is the reason as to why you never received your product.
As for your inability to communicate with the company, I will agree that our communication suffered an enormous amount last year and into the beginning of this year. However, I will confirm that as of February 5th, we implemented and installed a brand new platform for Customer Service, which has been a huge help to the company. Since then, we have not had any significant issues with communication, and are typically able to respond to customer inquiries within a couple business days.
Although we appreciate your honest feedback, it does seem as if this is a tad belated, as many of these issues that you presented have been resolved. Additionally, we have not received any sort of message or email from you since installing our new Customer Service system on February 5th. As of today, March 29th, we still have not received an email from you concerning this unfortunate situation.
While I appreciate your feedback and do apologize for some of these smaller kinks that affected the company in the past, I do want to assure you and others, that our company has fixed these issues, while continuing to proactively improve daily in order to provide the type of experience you had hoped for in the past.

You are trying to paint a picture to the world that I had lack of communication with you? Unbelievable. I contacted you SEVERAL times via email and through the website/my account. I even resorted to social media (Instagram, Facebook), but my comments were deleted and my messages were unanswered. I called several times via phone and was never able to speak to a human. Ever. So no, I haven't tried since then. Have you? Have you responded to any of my questions? Have you responded to my email or account chat questions? No. By you telling me that you implemented a new platform for Customer Service means nothing at this point. I had no choice but to call my credit card company, otherwise I would have never received my money back. It had been three months since you took my money - after you guaranteed my order, and hundreds of others, by Christmas. It never came. Then we receive a video saying you're sorry - after the fact with no guarantee in sight if the product will ever come at all. If I waited any longer, I'd be out of luck. I FINALLY had to resort to the Revdex.com as I did not receive ANY feedback whatsoever. My credit card company was also waiting (Until mid March) for a response from you to clarify the order discrepancy, but obviously you never did. So - no, my complaint is not a 'tad belated'. YOU took 6 months to reply - and only because it was the Revdex.com. 'Smaller kinks' is not an accurate description.
We understand your frustration and once again apologize for the way you were handled as a customer and truly wish your experience was met with prompter attention. I have ordered 2 products from Redline Steel, and they both are beautiful! Their customer service was top notch ( I had some concerns about my first order) they resolved my problem quickly with courtesy and respect.
