I have ordered 3 times from Redline Steel each time I have had a positive experience. The quality of the product is well worth the wait. I have ordered from other similar business with the same product but the quality was nowhere near the quality of Redline Steel Product.

I'd like to redraw my complaint about this company. My item had been shipped and it was longer than I had thought but IT DID arrive. Many people here are simply complaining about communication and not knowing what is going on with the item they ordered. It did arrive and my Aunt was very delighted with it.........so sorry for the negative review. I want to be fair and withdraw my negative review....but going forward, I hope the company realizes that it's simply about communication for the most part. It would help if you could talk to someone live as well.

My order came but had the wrong merchandise. Ordered: Texas Flag, Distressed Texas Flag, Love. Received: 2 Texas Distressed Flags, one damaged. The one Distressed Flag was very nice, and apparently I'm lucky to have gotten anything. The 2nd Distressed Flag was bent along the bottom and side edges, and the paint was peeling off. The Love sign was fine. I contacted the company to report the damage and ask for an exchange for the damaged Flag with the regular Texas flag that I was supposed to get. I also said that since it was their mistake, they can pay to get the exchange made. I didn't hear from them, so I sent another email. Again heard nothing. I told them if there was no response, I would contact Revdex.com and to my bank. Just because a business is vet owned it doesn't guarantee good service, even to active duty. That is a real slap in the face.

Desired Outcome

I want them to take back the damaged Distressed Flag and send me the regular Texas Flag that I ordered.

The owner contacted me and promised a new rectangle Texas Flag, which was left out of my original order. He said processing and shipping time would be about 2 weeks. I was also told to keep the damaged Distressed Flag, as a courtesy. For those reasons I accepted the offer to make my order right. If I don't get the new flag within 2 weeks, I will reopen this complaint. Otherwise I consider it solved, and would order from Redline in the future. Please support veteran owned businesses when possible!

I have tried to cancel an order since 5 minutes after it was made took only 10 minutes to take my money and you can never get anyone to answer the phone - what a lousy way to run a business and then tried another number and the mail box is always full my order # XXXXXX was to be cancelled on 1-29-18 and now is being shipped and they still have my money - will never say anything good about this company ever

Ordered Products 12-10-2017. They took payment immediately. Still no Products.
Order products on 12-10-2017. Redline Steel took payment on 12-13-2017. Received email stating 4-6 weeks for delivery. It is now going on 9-10 weeks. Sent emails and tried to call 800 number. No response to emails and no one answering phones.

Desired Outcome

I would like my items or an immediate refund.

Redline Steel did not respond until I filed a complaint and posted my displeasure on Face Book! A simple response would have prevented dissatisfied customers. Instead they let everyone just hanging with no correspondence and not answering there phones.

Ordered 4 items from them in November. Finally received in January. One item was made incorrectly. Made multiple attempts to contact them. No response
Ordered 4 steel wall decorations back in November. Finally received them in January. Throughout this time we made several attempts to contact them as to find out when the product would actual be arriving. We received no communication from them. One of the items was an IR Flag. In the shown picture accompanying the product on their website the flag was shown in the correct position with the stars on the right hand side of the flag. This is how they are worn on a military uniform. The actual product we received was a traditional view of the flag with the stars on the left hand side. I am putting this in a military themed bar in my basement and would like the authenticity of the IR flag to be there. Having been in the Army myself and serving 13 months in Afghanistan, this is important to me. We made several attempt to contact them through email, which all signs point to being the only way to go about contacting them. Their phone lines disconnect you without even the possibility of leaving a voice message. I am very pleased with the rest of the products, I would just like them to correct this mistake and send me the correct flag.

Ordered an item from Redline Steel on 12/4/17. It was to be shipped within 4 weeks. They charged my credit card on date of order. I have not received the item. The company does not take phone calls, they do not respond to emails, and there is no update on my order when checked on the company website.

Don't order from this company if you want your product on time or if you want any customer service. When order was placed my confirmation said 4 to 6 weeks. It's now going on 10 weeks and I can't get the company to respond with an order status. I would never recommend this company. Sorry there isn't a rating lower than one star.

Shipment later than originally advised, then when received, 2 of the 4 items were not sent.
I purchased 2 of the "Monogram Circles" - one with *** & 1 with *** In addition, I purchased "Dog Love" & was to receive a "Cursive Red Love" as a promotional item. I ordered these on 11/25/17 and @ the time of the order was advised it would take 4-6 weeks. The shipment arrived on 11/20/18 (8 weeks later). The problem is I did not receive the "Dog Love" or the "Red Love". I have attempted to contact the company several times & have not received any correspondence from them. The items I received look great & I am very pleased with them. However; I am still waiting to hear on the other 2 items that were on the order, but not in the box.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive my other 2 items on the order. The "Dog Love" was going to be for my daughter's birthday on 1/22/18, & now I've missed that.

I was sent a tracking number by the company for the 2 items that were left off of the order. I have tracked the package & it shows delivered today. I will not be home until later this evening, but I have to assume the complaint has been resolved.

My credit card has already been charged, yet I have not received a product. I have attempted to contact this company by email 4 times with not reply; although their website says "for customer support, contact us at...." I have called them as well, but they have a recorded message that shay they are not taking phone calls right now...
The product was a gift needed for this weekend, and I cannot make contact with them to find out an estimate of when the product will be delivered. I have never had this experience with a company that will not even return your emails about customer issues. I need to know if this company is legitimate or if I have been caught and lost money in a scam. Thank you

The complaint was not about the delivery time. It was about their lack of customer service and the fact that I emailed them 4 times and called them once, with no reply or acknowledgement to any. Customer Service, or lack thereof, is the reason for my complaint.

Paid over 8 weeks ago. No response via email, phone, etc. Blocked from their FB page for sharing my bad experience.
HORRIBLE customer service. I haven't been able to get anything but automated replies via both email AND Facebook Messenger since I ordered and paid over 8 weeks ago. One of the automated replies mentions how we should forgive them and have patience because they are a young company who has only been at it 18 months. Meanwhile, they post a Forbes article talking about how they have become a million dollar company in 18 months and the CEO is on his forth Ferrari.

I haven't received my order so I can't comment on the quality which I hope is as good as others say. HOWEVER, as customer service and communication goes, one of the absolute worst experiences I've ever had with a company. I've seen plenty of other feedback elsewhere indicating that I'm far from alone in being 100% ignored after they've collected our money.

At this point, they've blocked me from talking to them via Facebook messenger and even from commenting on their fb page because I just want a response from an actual person. They also deleted my comments referencing my experience with them on their Facebook page. I guess good reputation via censorship of critical reviews is how they'll keep a false good name for now.

Desired Outcome

Stop making excuses, finish the job and deliver the product you were paid for. Also stop giving automated responses while ignoring and blocking customers.

I made the mistake of not looking at reviews of this company. I placed an order on November 15, 2017 with the promise that I would receive my order in 4-6 weeks. It was a Christmas gift. They sure took my credit card and charged it immediately. I now have emailed them more than 10 times, with no response. I did receive a notice of apology with the assurance that MY NEXT ORDER, I would get 50% THE ENTIRE ORDER. Then a few weeks later received a 30.00 gift card, NOT SURE HOW THAT IS FAIR. I still have not received my order, nor have I received any response to my emails. I have tried to call, no luck at all talking to anyone. This has been the worse experience I have every had with any company. I want a refund for my order...I would think twice about ordering from this company. And to share something even crazier. My co-worker ordered something from them the day after I did and she received her order before Christmas. Not sure how that happened....

I placed an order in November of 2017. This order was 'guaranteed' by Christmas. I have just now received the order(January 29th). I was also supposed to receive a promotional red "LOVE" sign with the order and they failed to ship it. Have emailed and called several times, and they do not respond with any type of correspondence. I will not recommend or order from this company again.

Very disappointed in this company. Placed two orders before Thanksgiving after receiving email guaranteeing delivery by Christmas. Received acknowledgement.

One order was received a week after Christmans. Still haven't received the second one. All they ever say is they are working on the orders.

I ordered a sign from Redline Steel on December 4, 2017 and as I understood it would take up to 6 weeks for delivery. We are approaching February 1st tomorrow and I still do not have my order. This was a Christmas gift that we knew would be late but the fact that we are now approaching 8 weeks and considering we have to ship it out to the recipient once it arrives, is disturbing. I totally understand that there may have been a huge influx of orders around the holiday, this is a beautiful looking sign. The problem that I have is that there is no way to contact this company. The phone line rings and gives options 101, 102, and 103 but each ends up saying due to high volume orders they are not taking calls, however you can go to their site and check on your order status. Ok, so I have done that about 6 different times and I get no response at all via email. I would like the sign but I am concerned that my money has been received but I may never receive a product. Question? do we submit a claim to our credit card and buy something else quickly to send as a gift, or do we wait it out and hope we get the sign? I just want the owner or a representative of this company to reach out and let me know what the progress is with my sign. If you can't get it done just let me know. I have a small home business and I know that ignoring the customer is never good, especially when you have already received their money for a product. Please respond.

I ordered a product on Dec 9 to give to my son for Christmas and it was only after I placed my order that I found out it would take 4-6 weeks.
After I placed my order is when I found out it would take 4-6 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks and I have not heard back from the company and I have already left 1 email and I just left another. I am to the point that I will have my bank get my money back.

I either want deliver within the next week or I want my money back. So I can go elsewhere. It seems strange that they have the same recording up all the time about how busy they are. I am beginning to think it is a scam.

I have ordered 4 items December 1st and still haven't received them. I have tried email, phone and Facebook to check status with not responses.
My order of 4 items, Order No.XXXXXX with a total of $240.00, was placed Dec. 1st. I have yet to receive my items. I have reached out to them through email, phone and Facebook. They will not respond to me in any way. At this point I would like my $240.00 returned!!!

Yesterday, February 12th, I finally received my 4 items that were ordered December 1st. As I have stated before I tried to reach the company by emails, Facebook and by phone with no responses whatsoever. It wasn't until I contacted the Revdex.com and my bank for fraudulent company that I received contact from them. This a poor excuse of how to run a business and take care of your customers. Therefore, I will never order anything from this company again and I will continue to deter anyone from ordering from them.

Product purchased on December 24, 2017 I have had no information regards to tracking and no response from email inquiries asking about product status
I purchased this product in December 2017 for my son who is active military, I was hoping to have this it's a gift when he comes back in March. I have had no response from multiple emails in regards to where the product is tracking information or order status. I would like to know if I can get a refund it was purchased through PayPal. This product was advertised through Facebook but I have not seen it come across my Facebook feed since I placed the order
