Redline Steel, LLC is a fantastic discovery! I have purchased several different items from them for myself and for various gifts. Not only are their prices reasonable but the company is owned by veterans! I get a variety of unique pieces and great prices and I help out veterans. A total win-win situation!

I ordered a Christmas present on Nov. 11, 2018. It was guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas and my daughter still hasn't received it.
I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter on Nov XX XXXX and still haven't received it. The order number is #XXXXXX. I have emailed them numerous times and called once with no response. I paid $76.15 with my credit card.
1. I would like them to contact me verbally. 2. I would like them to finish the job. 3. I think I deserve a refund of some sort.
Funny that two days after receiving this email from you, Redline emails me that my order is complete and in the mail. You guys are good.
Quality work! Love the designs and the options for the products. Also love that the items are made by veterans!

Billed for items not received as promised. Advertised as delivery by Christmas as late as 12/11, my order was placed 11/20. Money taken immediately.
ordered and specifically reached out to ensure delivery date. on 11/29 I was assured delivery by Shannon in customer service. As late as 12/11 they were advertising that you could still place orders and receive on time. Therefore the reasoning of ... move (already done), orders get fulfilled based on date of order, growing pains are all poor management and leadership reasons when you see that they are not true. How backed up may they be since they hired more people and still no dates! My order was placed 11/26 AND MONEY WAS CHARGED TO MY AMEX 11/27 IN THE AMOUNT OF $149.40. MY ORDER NUMBER is XXXXXX. This was after I emailed and stated that I could not order if these items could not be delivered in time.
I want my credit card credited and then when the items are ready to be shipped, they can credit it back. They cannot sit with clients money and not deliver, not give a date of when they will deliver.

We are doing our absolute best to get everything processed as quickly as we can and shipped out.

Ordered a product 11/22/18 from Redline Steel. They assured me I would receive item BEFORE Christmas. To date, I have not received item purchased.
Nov. 22, 2018, I ordered a name plate from Redline Steel (*** name in steel) on their website.
..... ALL EMAIL CORRESPONDENCES BELOW ....
12/1 - Asked to change delivery address to NC
12/3 - Received a Long Email from them ASSURING me that because my order was before 12/5, my order would be processed and sent (note: this was in BOLD).
12/6 - They changed address to NC address and said no worry.
12/14 - Asked if shipped. 2:34 pm *** replied that it had not, but it was on track to arrive PRIOR to Christmas.
12/18 - Asked if shipped. *** responded stating: not processed and I should have a back-up gift.
12/19 - Told them to start on it today; no back-up gift.
12/21 - Received an email from *** stating if the item didn't get sent out today, I would receive an email from the CEO.
... CEO stating because they moved, abundance of orders, machines breaking, he was sorry that it wasn't sent out (blanket email - I'm sure everyone got it.
12/29 - To date, I have NOT received the product I ordered.
I want my money back. I'm tired of waiting for them to produce something I was hoping to give to a family member for Christmas. I don't want to do business with them ever! Just my $49.75, please.
They have refunded my money to me.
I bought for a gift for my friend she loved it so much it's all she takes about I loved how good quality it was â¤ï¸

Really nice product. I ordered the God is good as gifts for coworkers and they loved them! The only reason I didn't give five is because it took quite a while to get them. It was during the holidays. I just figured they were very busy. Good communication and customer service.

Nov 25, I saw an advertisement on FaceBook and ordered two christmas Gifts, No products have arrived, no answer of the telephones and no response to me from the companies.

I seen your product advertised on Facebook and decided to buy it. I bought the word faith. I was so impressed with the work and I loved the way it was written. Everybody that saw it loved it. I am planning on ordering again real soon. I love the God is Good and the family tree. I think the prices are also comparable to other signs. Keep up the good work. My God continue to bless you.

I had a great experience buying from Redline Steel a few months ago. After ordering on line they promptly responded with a shipping date and the items arrived just as they said.
