The products are affordable & yet of an extremely high quality. My purchases have all been shipped & received in a very timely manner. Good quality. Shipped timely. Could have done better wrapping them before shipping. Since I bought multiple they scratched each other and pant came off. Still overall a good company.

Have not received the order that was placed and I was charged for.
Nov 26, 2018 placed an online order # XXXXXX. Credit card was charged. Sent an email on Dec. 13 asking for a status on the order. Received a reply on Dec. 17 from Shannon stating order will arrive prior to Dec. 25, 2018. Did NOT receive the order, the current status of my order is "unfulfilled ". Cannot contact Redline Steel as they are not answering phone. Order amount is: $72.78.
