I had ordered a distressed flag,early in the year. Then the shipping date was while I was going to be out of town. I sent an email asking to delay shipping. Had a quick response and it was no problem. The delay I asked for was for two months so I felt that the company had a personal touch. All worked out well. Then in Oct. ordered an eagle as a Christmas gift and asked not to delivered until late Dec. No problem. They kept me informed of shipping date. Like dealing with a good friend.
