Redline Steel

I placed an order for two items just after Thanksgiving and received them before Christmas. They were wonderfully made and came in a timely manner. When I placed my order I was aware from their website that there was a 4-6 week delivery and my orders arrived within that time frame. I will use them again. I also was very happy with their response time when I messaged them from their F.B. page. I received an answer to my question within a couple of hours. I recommend them and will use them again.

I have gotten several items including most recently God is good, horse with the heart from Redline and I am more than happy with everything I have received.

Dont do business with Redline Steel. They not only didnt deliver what they promised, they wont respond to you. They get a zero in my book. I notice the few positive reviews get a response back but those of us that had a negative experience...nothing. They have zero customer service and no contact number to call.

I'm still waiting for my order. I purchased several items on 12/04/18. I received an email 12/21/18 saying that the order would not be in by Christmas, due to a large volume of orders.I understand this, but I have emailed and called numerous times with no response. I'm just want to know when my order will be in!!

I ordered over $300 in products the first week of November. I reached out to Redline Steel on multiple occasions the middle of December to check on the status of my order and I did not ever receive a response. I eventually received a refund; however, it was because I found a refund form via a Google search versus any actual communication regarding my order from a Redline Steel employee.

Their service and delivery is awful. They do not meet their deadlines, they say they offer customer service, but no one answers e-mails, the chat room is down with no way to contact them on product. I do not recommend them as a company.

I have purchased several pieces from Redline Steel. I am proud to support a veteran owned, American made company. My family enjoys receiving these works of art as gifts. I have always been extremely satisfied with the work and shipping time.

I certainly have never seen a company that has the integrety for the work they do excellent. I had a friend check it out and he said it was very well made! I love every piece I get and they will last my life time and even many years down the road!

Ordered two spiritual pieces for my folks. The quality and finish were amazing. The look on my folks face Christmas morning was priceless! Definitely recommend Redline Steel & will be purchasing items again!

I placed an order with the company on 30 November and was told in writing that the product would be delivered in time for Christmas. I received an email from the company on 21 December at 8:54 pm that my order would not arrive in time for the holiday. The email did not communicate an anticipated delivery date. The company's Facebook page had been taken down, which I found concerning. I also read reviews stating that this is not the first time that the company has failed to deliver products in the timeframe promised, which I also found very concerning. Therefore, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I have not heard from the company since. I recommend consumers use an alternate supplier for products in this category.

These were gifts that were ooooo'd and Aaaaawwwwed over. Made me feel good! Thank you for the excellent work!

Good American owned company that supports veterans. I've had good experiences online and the store . Always friendly. I would recommend this company to anybody.

I ordered 6 of the "God is Good" cross and everyone that got it as a gift loved it. So glad I was able to get them.

I love every product that I purchased from Redline Steel. The quality of each product was outstanding. From the smooth intricate edges to the perfect paint application. I was truly impressed. I was so proud to tell each family member that I gave one to that they were made in the USA by veterans.
