I am so disappointed. I ordered 2 items the day after Thanksgiving and was notified yesterday that I would not be receiving my items before Christmas, as promised. I sent numerous emails inquiring and only received one response. The response was that I ordered within the Christmas guaranteed delivery time frame and my order should ship soon. There is no phone number on the website and the online chat always says they are out of the office. I realize stuff happens and I'm not mad but just disappointed that two of my friends will not receive their gifts until who knows when.

Quality products and excellent customer services. Great value for your money. And being veteran owned and operated is a definite plus. Thanks to all at Redline Steel for delivering quality products at reasonable prices.

They have great designs, I love that everything comes powder coated so using outdoors won't leave rust stains on the house paint.
I've ordered a couple times and only had one thing I thought could have had a bit better prep before the coating (small amount of slag found)
I'm already planning my next purchase.
