I ordered a Cat Love sign a few months ago and loved it! I received fast service and a great project. That's why I decided to order Christmas presents for most of my family from Redland Steel. On Nov. 24 I ordered almost $70 of Black Friday sale items. Unfortunately, it's almost Christmas, and I still haven't received my order. It's still "unfulfilled," according to my account. I've tried calling, but "due to high volume," they're not accepting any calls. I've emailed them in hopes of receiving an answer. I want to leave a positive review because my first order was great and I love the idea of supporting an American company founded by veterans, but right now, I'm really disappointed. I'm not sure what to tell my family when I have no Christmas presents for them.

Horrible customer service. And if you complain they block you on Facebook. Not delivered in time as promised by 4 people.

Order placed 11/17/18 and no follow up for delivery. No communication provided for shipping date still by 12/18/18. Already charged.
Order #XXXXXX placed on 11/17/18 and charged same day. On 12/6/18 emailed Redline customer service for delivery update where Jei showed the item awaiting shipment but could not give any estimated date for shipment. Jei confirmed that all orders placed before 12/5/18 would arrive prior to Christmas. Emailed back for updates on 12/14/18 and 12/17/18 and no response for update. If orders are going to take an extensive amount of time to process, then this should be stated clearly upfront and offers for delivery deadlines should not be advertised if they have no intention of meeting them. For a company not to be able to track and order through their manufacturing to delivery process shows a severe lack of product ownership and accountability to the customer.

Desired Outcome

I would like my delivery shipped asap as this is a Christmas gift ordered several weeks before their cut-off date of 12-5-18.

I am not asking for a refund, as I still expect the purchased items. I would like a realistic estimation for when I will receive the items purchased on 11/17/18 from Redline Steele. An estimated delivery date or timeline has yet to be provided. I understand the company was overwhelmed and not prepared for the holidays. Please provide an update.

I placed an order in excess of $200 on Nov. 14/15, 2018 and cannot get an answer from them on when it will be completed and delivered. All they say is that it is "in production". When I inquired about the status of my order #XXXXXX they said that orders placed before Dec. 6 would be completed before Christmas so if that is the case why can't they get my Nov. 14 order completed? I expected it to be here by now, Dec. 18, as we are traveling out of state and would really like to have the items I ordered. When I called the 800# it just went to a message saying they were not accepting calls at this time.

I would like my order #XXXXXX completed and delivered as soon as possible or else refund my money.

I do accept their response of refunding our money but am really disappointed. When we chose their items we thought it would be a unique Christmas gift for our married grandchildren. Just wonder if they got out any of the orders for Christmas. My order was placed Nov. 15, 2018 so it seems as if it should have been completed by Christmas, even with their mechanical problems. We really did want to give them our business as it was listed as veteran owned, made in USA, etc.

Ordered 3 monogram signs then my husband ordered another one. We were guaranteed delivery Christmas delivery. Zero communication from company.
I purchased three monogram signed on 11/18/18. I was guaranteed delivery before Christmas no more then 4 weeks afternoon order date. I reached out via email on December 5th. I received an automated email saying guaranteed delivery before Christmas, but nothing about my 4 week guarantee. This past weekend I got high anxitey due to not having my order. I reached out via email again, with zero response from the business. I then attempted to call the company. When I called I received an automated voice message saying due to high volume they are not accepting phone calls at the time. I attempted to reach out on social media messenger. I received a response saying they are not in customer service so they can't help me. I then started requesting status update on the businesses Facebook page. After leaving 4 question comments, I noticed the business deleted my questions then blocked me on social media. I attempted to reach out to the ceo and other business memebera of the company only for them to ignore me. All I was asking for was a status update. I have yet to receive any communication about my rights to ask for a refund or anything. I've tried every possible thing I could imagine to communicate with this company.

Desired Outcome

I would like the product I purchased. I would also like to speak with the CEO. I feel that after all the effect I went to get my product he needs to apologize for his businesses actions. I would like my product sent to me expedited shipping. I would like my husbands product sent to us as well. Shame on that company.

The company claims 4-6 week delivery on their product. I have now waited 54 days, more than 7 weeks for my order.
I placed my order on 10/23/18, #XXXXXX. It has now been 54 days. The response when you call their 1-800 number is that they are too busy to pick up the phone. I requested more information on Facebook and got a person's name. I sent and email inquiry and got 1 response back and it was basically the same response, "We're working on your order." There is no other phone number on their website. The response via the email contact information on their website states that they guarantee delivery by Christmas on every order made by Dec 5, 2018. My order was placed long before that date and I still don't have the order. I want my order or my money back. The company took my money on the order date, so they can't claim nonpayment. There are numerous customers complaining about non shipment of orders on Facebook.

Desired Outcome

I want my order or my money back ASAP. The company needs to be honest with the customer. They need a customer service department.

The order was finally delivered, however, late.

Items not received.
I ordered on 11/13/2018. They withdrew my payment from PayPal on 11/14/2018. They have never shipped my order.Order #XXXXXX I have sent 5 emails over the last ten days. I received two generic,automated emails from them. They have not responded to my last 3 emails. My order still says IN PRODUCTION NOT SHIPPED which has been the status since the day I ordered.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund or immediate shipment with a tracking number.

Placed an order Nov. 13th. Money taken out that day, nothing special in the product other than initials. 4 to 6 weeks haven't heard any time frame, getting frustrated. Had I seen all these complaints I would have not ordered from this company. These are Xmas gifts, no ETA and even though their website says orders by 12-5 will ship

Ordered a product that has taken too long to receive. Have tried multiple times to contact the company through email, messenger and phone.
I ordered a product on 11/26/2018 for delivery prior to Christmas. (Order #XXXXXX) Because it was not delivered in a timely manner, I contacted the company to change the shipping address. (The address I originally sent my product to is a business that will be shutting down soon for several weeks and won't accept deliveries.) I tried twice through e-mail, but they sent me automated responses that didn't address my problem.I tried through Messengerno response. I tried calling, but their answering machine literally says they are not going to answer phone calls. They have already taken my money for this product and said that it would get here before Christmas, but now I can't even get in touch with anyone!

Desired Outcome

I want someone from this company to actually contact me by phone. If this can't be done, cancel the order and refund the money you have already taken from me.

Here we are Dec 18 , and nothing has shipped for my order placed on 11/7/2018 - on Google reviews other people are saying the same thing. I emailed today 12/18/2018 and this was the reply I received -

How would someone working at Redline Steel like a place to tell them to purchase something else, after they spent money with said company ?

POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - SHIPPING TIME IS POOR - WONT LOOK INTO ANY ORDERS.

I placed order on Nov 14,and was told 4-6 weeks receive by Christmas, I have E-mailed them Twice with no response then saw if order Dec10 get it Dec24?
My order was placed on Nov.14 , 2018 online by an add I saw on Facebook order number is XXXXXX it's a Bass Fish with a name under it for a Christmas present cost was $70.00 . The company said 4-6 weeks guaranteed by Christmas!! As if today Dec.18 ,2018 I have e-mailed them 3 times with NO RESPONSE, BUT they sent an E-mail out to customer that if you Order by midnight on December 10 you are guaranteed to receive it by Christmas so how can that be when I haven't received mine ?? Very disappointed in this company and with not even a response from them this company is only 7.3 miles from my home and can't get my order here why ?? Wish I had checked them out first before ordering from them I have learned a HUGE lesson... They had no problem taking my money from my credit card the day I ordered.

I just want what I paid for I would like it for Christmas if possible. This place needs to let people know if their order is delayed or anything other than not answer E-mails .

Hello, I have heard and received my order from Redline Steel, thank you.

I am pretty disappointed. I saw an ad on Facebook for this veteran owned company. Wanting to support small business, I placed an order on November 8th. My credit card was charged November 8th. I ordered 4 items - 3 stock items and one customized item. There was a guaranteed delivery buy Christmas for all orders placed before December 5th. The website says 4 - 6 week delivery and I received an email from the owner that production was running 24/7 to meet or exceed the deadlines. I reached out to them via email several times past week and receive canned emails responses. The latest one told me to buy "back up gifts" as it was not likely that my order would be shipped before Christmas. This company has grown too fast to keep up with demand and is neglecting it's promises to customers. If they want to be successful long term, they need to stop taking any orders that they cannot deliver on. I would rather be told that than feel like I've been scammed. Again, so disappointed that I have no gifts to give any of my brothers for Christmas. Who has extra money to buy "back up gifts"? Given the number of complaints on Revdex.com, I wish I had researched before I ordered from this company.

I ordered an paid for 6 crosses. Redline steel sent one. I emailed, called, and contacted them on Facebook and twitter. They will not respond. I don't have the gifts I wanted to give for Christmas or the money to buy other gifts.

I want them to send the products I ordered or refund the money. They could at least acknowledge I am trying to contact them.

I ordered a "tree of Life" from them on November 26th, 2018 ORDER #XXXXXX with saying order will be here before Christmas. They took the money from my account that day and 2 emails confirming and thanking me for my order. I have sent so many emails with no response. No phone number to be found. See advertisements everyday on social media and they do not respond to questions I need on there.

Desired Outcome

I would like the item I ordered by the date it was to be delivered which was November 12th, 2018. If I do not receive any communication back nor item, I will have to call my bank to resolve this.

I placed an order on Nov 25, 2018 and have yet received my order. I've inquire about it's status since they were intended to be Christmas gifts.
I placed my order on 11-25-18 and have not received any of my products. I have called the numbers provided only to be routed to a voice mail that is no longer able to accept messages. On Wednesday, 12-12-18, I sent an email (per their instructions) to ***@RedlineSteel.com and have not received an response. My Order # XXXXXX, my credit card was charged the minute I placed my order (without hesitation or delay). I placed the order with intentions of gifting these items for Christmas and now will have additional expenses finding replacement gifts.
Any correspondence from your company would be appreciated.

Desired Outcome

The company should change the wording from 4-6 week deliver to "Will deliver whenever we feel like it"!

Order#XXXXXX Cancelled & Refunded 1/2/2019

Abysmal customer service accompanied by a refusal to cancel order even before the order was submitted to be executed in their shop.

On NOV 7 I placed an order for Fancy Monogram from Redline Steel. I received a response email immediately and I was charged at that time for the order. Fast forward to NOV 27, I requested a status update as there was no movement on the order that I could see. The status remained unfulfilled and it had not been submitted to the shop for action. I received a response on NOV 28 stating that the order was "Unfulfilled and currently 'Awaiting Shipment'. At that time I requested that the order be cancelled if it could not be processed and received by DEC 12. Given the fact that the order had not been processed this seemed like a reasonable request. The only response I received from my message was identical to the original message with no response to the specifics of my request.

The issue for me is not only the abysmal customer service (I have emailed the company over 5 times since the original messages and received no response) but also the charge for a product that I have no idea on status. This gift was scheduled to be transported to family on 13 DEC via flight and now I have no gift for the family and no money to purchase anything new.

This has been one of the more unpleasant purchases I have ever made and I can't help but think this is SOP for this company.

Order placed on 10-01-2018. The payment was drafted immediately. Today is 12-14-18 and I have not received my items.
I placed an order with this company on Oct. 1, 2018 and they drafted my payment immediately. You cannot contact the company by phone and the support e-mail is a long shot. I finally got one e-mail response and was promised my items the first week of December but that has not happened and now I have three e-mails our there with them that have received no response.

At this point, finish the job and get it to me!!

I did finally receive the product.

I placed an order with this company in November. I have yet to this day 12/17/18 been able to contact them in any way.
I have an order number#XXXXXX. I have sent countless e-mail to them and have called them 15 times. Every time I call they have a recording that says due to high volume of calls they are not accepting any call at this time. When you send them an email it come back saying We are away at the moment. Our office hours are 9 to 5 M to F. Please list a detailed response and we will follow up with you as soon as possible. THIS NEVER HAPPENS EITHER.
The money for these products I ordered has been taken out of my credit card account since 11/26/18 in the amount of $70.26
I order these products as gifts and am very upset that they took my money without as much as saying when the order will ship.
I thought I was helping veterans out by ordering these products from them because they are all veterans but I don't like they way they do business and if anyone ask me I WOULD NOT recommend them at all.
Can something be done about this company and I want my money back NOW'

I want to thank you for your assistance with this matter. I did receive my package today Sunday January 6th. Obviously it was not here for Christmas which is what they had said in their video ad. I did receive an email from them on December 21st less than a week before Christmas explaining that they had major setbacks and could not fulfill all the orders on time.
I did try to cancel the order but I was told by an email that would be a 20% restocking fee to cancel. I sent another email back to them stating that I thought that was quite unfair because they were not meeting their responsibility to there customers. My email back was do you want to cancel or not? Again it's a lousy way to do business. I think that if people wanted to cancel that were promise items by a certain date there should not be restocking fees because they admitted they were running behind schedule. What I ordered was items that they sell every day and we're not anything that was made special for me.
In the future I will not ever do business with them again because of the way they do business!!!.
Their product is nice and worth the price but their business is terrible.

I ordered over 6 weeks ago way before the Christmas rush and still have not received my confirmation shipping order.
When you attempt to contact the support team they only send you a blanket email back with no questions answered.
They only report if you ordered 12/5 or earlier you will get it prior to Christmas, so people that ordered a month after me get their orders timely or even before me and I wait and wait and still do not even have a shipping confirmation. (It's not even a custom order)
You can't get through with the phone number, it redirects you to the support email, which is no help.
This has been the worst ordering experience I've ever had. Now I will not get my order timely and have to figure out a new gift knowing I ordered way ahead of schedule. The customer service for this company is horrible! Good luck getting your orders....
