I have bought several pieces from Redline Steel and have not been disappointed in any of them. Quick service and the pieces are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend them and will definitely be buying more.
They have great designs, I love that everything comes powder coated so using outdoors won't leave rust stains on the house paint.
I've ordered a couple times and only had one thing I thought could have had a bit better prep before the coating (small amount of slag found)
I'm already planning my next purchase.
I love these products. I have now bought 3 large pieces and will buy many more as I build our gun room. The products are brilliant. They are colorful, sharp looking and best of all they represent America like it should be. From the flags to the God Bless America Eagle. The best is they are made in America and the company is owned by a veteran. God Bless Redline Steel for their products and God bless America. Have loved all of my purchases! My kitchen has been decorated and looks perfect and I know that I will be purchasing more- monograms and gifts for family who need some Redline Steel in their homes!!!
VERY disappointed in their service, I've ordered 3 pieces in the past and they were nice but this time my order was placed a month ago and was "guaranteed " promised it would be here by Christmas, Generic messages and false assurances....and still waiting. They promised too email updates but nothing. Won't be ordering from them again!
I have ordered many items from Redline Steel. They are top quality products that add a personal touch of beauty to my new home. The customer service is fantastic and always as promised. I love the company and their products and will continue to buy for myself and for gifts.

I was able to personalize gifts for everyone this year! It made Christmas shopping really easy for me plus it was a special unique gift! Plus it was made in America by a Veteran owned company, double bonus!!! My military family & friends will really appreciate that.

Very poor customer service. Ordered Nov 7, was promised and guaranteed delivery by Christmas if order was places by Dec. 5. Just received an email stating order will not be received in time for Christmas
This after I have emailed them,3 times inquiring about order and was promised delivery by Christmas. Way to go Red line Steel. Thanks for nothing
I placed an order on 11/14/18 and as of today have not received the item I ordered. I have emailed back and forth a couple of times with Redline which really wasn't helpful. They told me to find a back up gift for the person I was ordering the item for. The order for Christmas deadline was 12/5/18. I too was happy to support a veteran company and a company from the USA but I am disappointed that I cannot receive this item for Christmas as I really liked the item.
I agree with the customer who can not get ONE single response after 3 attempts!!! Placed order back on November 18, still showing not shipped and no responses by email, also called number by got told due to overwhelming orders they are not answering calls!!! Well thank is great customer service!!!! If no response within a day, guess I will try to have my credit card company refuse payment. Guess this is why u shouldn't expect something special and great to come out of a facebook post!!!!
Horrible customer service and "guaranteed service" not honored
I ordered 2 Christmas gifts in November 2018 and was GUARANTEED they would arrive before Christmas. As the time got closer to Christmas I still hadn't received any shipping information so I emailed to ask what was going on. They got back to me 3 days later (again guaranteeing me that I would receive my order before Christmas) now it's one week before Christmas and I emailed them again....no answer. So I use their "chat app" (they say they have that so they can give personalized and timely customer service) ....,they NEVER answered that...,and still haven't 3 days later. NOTHING! So I send 2 more emails and try to contact them through their FB page. (Whoever runs that page should take care of their email service and chat service because that person replies to EVERYONE on there!!) well...except me when I tried to ask someone to look into my order. So 4 emails and 3 days worth of "chat" messages later I finally get an email stating that I "should have a backup gift readily available".......,ummmm WHAT??! NO! NOT ACCEPTABLE! You can't tell people that you GUARANTEE them something then take their money and then never answer when they try to get ahold of you and THEN tell them to "get another gift" because that "GUARANTEE" you gave is ***! I am so upset right now as these were the only gifts I could get for my husband and father in law this year. The sad thing is....I'm not a first time customer. I love the product and the whole idea of the company being US made and all but the lack of customer service and the lying about "guarantees" really goes up...sideways. You can't ruin people's holidays with lies and think that is ok...you just CANT!

False advertising. Bait and switch
Ordered a 18 inch gold wall décor. Received a 12x5. When contacting the company they stated they do not make an 18 inch and it was a typo. Was told by employed to read terms and conditions that typos are allowed. Replied they have the 18 inch advertised and a 12 inch with 2 separate prices. Asked for refund of the difference. Was told they would give me a store gift card. I told them I did not want to purchase anything else in their store and only wanted to pay for what I received.
credit of 11.23 for the difference of an 18 inch at $24 and the 12 inch of $12.77

I went to my bank on Saturday. They will be taking over. I provided them with all records and filed a dispute. There was never a credit ever issued by redline but there will be now. Thanks for your help.

Items not delivered and customer service unreachable
Ordered two items on 11/15 (Order #XXXXXX Confirmed), payment made via PayPal immediately. Emailed ***@RedlineSteel.com requesting status on Dec 7, Dec 12, Dec 17 (first two emails received auto response saying orders made before Dec 5 would be guaranteed for Christmas delivery, third email no response at all). I called the main number three times (800) 308-6708 all three times a recording said due to volume they were not taking calls at this time. On Dec 17 I sent an e-mail to ***@RedlineSteel.com and I called him on Dec 18 at 909-465-3103 (both contact details were posted on facebook page by owner Colin Wayne) he has not responded.
You cannot get a hold of anyone and based on all the complaints on facebook it looks like a lot of people are in the same predicament.
This company touts it was started by a vet, hires vets and all US made, but there is no honor in leaving your customers in the dark.
Ideally I would like the product I ordered to be delivered before Christmas, but if thats not going to happen I want the order canceled, my money refunded (already filed dispute with paypal) and for this company to cease defrauding the public. Stop advertising and selling until you get your systems and processes in place to run a legitimate business.

False advertising
I placed an order with Redline Steel on November 25, 2018 for the total of $87.10...... I was drawn to this website because it was guaranteed on their advertisement on Facebook that all orders placed before December 5, 2018 would arrive BEFORE Christmas!!!!! So I placed my order and waited and waited and waited..... Now it's 5 days before Christmas and my order is still saying unfulfilled and not shipped ...... I reach out to the company several times through email asking for my order status due to it being so close to Christmas..... I emailed the company on December 17, 2018 and then I received a generic email on December 17, 2018 that was basically clarifying the Christmas deadline was December 5,2018 (which I already knew that wasn't even the question).... I then returned an email asking for clarification on December 17, 2018 and I received an email response on December 18,2018 stating I should have another gift on hand in case my order doesn't ship ...... I then preceded to send another email on December 18,2018 basically stating that having another gift on hand was not an option because they ADVERTISED GUARANTEED delivery BEFORE Christmas!!!!!!!
I would really appreciate my order to be here before Christmas as the company advertised even if that takes them paying for expedited shipping!!!!!
