Had to choose a 1 star because there isnt a negative one. I ordered from this company in part because it was Veteran owned. Never have I seen such HORRIBLE service!!! They dont answer emails, calls, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL !! Their FB page was so filled with negative remarks because they arent taking care of their customers, some waiting months to get their prepaid orders, that they banned everyone with bad experiences to hide the remarks and negative reviews from the public!! They brag about their expansion but cant/wont take care of the customers still waiting on orders to be filled!! They can keep their new retail store stocked but wont do the orders they are taking online! Saw their rating with Revdex.com and completely understand the very low rating with all the complaints filed. Stay as far away from this company as possible!!

I'm currently disputing the $95+ order I placed due to their lack of communication. These items were Christmas gifts that I have now had to replace because there is no way I'll receive them and be able to skip them to their destination in time for Christmas. Disgusted that a US Veteran company appears to be a fraud and scam.
A dispute has been filed with Paypal for refund. This company needs to be investigated !

If I could give it a negative rating I would. After placing an order with them on line through Facebook I was informed that it would be a 6 week wait time. Mind you no special order requirements were with this order. I"ve sent many many e-mails to the company. Finally Received an E-mail saying that they would ship by the 14th of December and I would have a shipping e-mail confirmation for tracking purposes. I emailed yesterday on the 13th of Dec and heard nothing back from the company regarding shipping or anything else. I bought presents for family and friends and now will have to go and buy something else because I will not get them in time to re-mail for Christmas. Something really needs to be done about this company, they have more negative reviews than anyone I've seen in a long while

I ordered 2 products on Nov 26, 2018 with a guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Order # XXXXXX. I called their support tel # XXX-XXX-XXXX and consistently the message is "too busy to answer." I went online ***@redlinesteel.com and there is no info re: eta. Just "4-6 wks production time." Nothing specific to my order re: production status or delivery eta. There is no way to contact RedLine re: a complaint. I think this is a scam and would like this company investigated.

Their response doesn't specifically address my order # XXXXXX that was placed on 11/26/18. It is a "general, non-specific" response. I would like to know specifically what timeframe or ship date will the paid for items be sent to me. This is why I do not accept their response one month after my inquiry to Redline Steel and just a few days before Christmas.

Promised a refund, Redline Steel has not followed through.
Placed an order on 9/22/2018, have had several communications with customer service and was promised a refund (by *** CS Manager) in an email dated 11/30/2018 if the order wasn't shipped prior to Thursday (12/6/2018). Customer service is no longer responding to my e-mails. Have also filed a complaint through my Visa card.
I want a refund! I have patiently waited since September 22, 2018 for my order. They have had my money since then and I have nothing to show for it. It wasn't until I inquired about my order that I found out that the standard shipping time is 4-6 weeks. Something that's not easily visible on their website. I've had several emails indicating when it "should ship" and those dates have come and gone.

I am so glad to be able to support a company that employs veterans & is owned by a veteran. I have ordered 3 times. Once for each of my 2 sons & once for myself. All three items are different & we are all pleased with the work & craftsmanship of our pieces. I have passed on the website to friends.

They are no longer answering emails or social media posts. Product ordered on 10/9/2018 and est. shipping 4-6 week. 9 weeks later, still no product.

Emailed company 3 times and called once about an order. No response.
Placed order#XXXXXX on 11/23/18. $96.85 was immediately charged to my debit card. Emailed them December 8, 10, and 12th with no reply. Called their phone number, goes straight to voice mail. Wanting to know if I will receive this order by Christmas.

Ordered a customized product from this company and have not received the product which was guaranteed to be here within the week. Paid in full.
This product is a gift and was ordered a month ago, paid in full and still not received. Sent numerous emails to support services, only to receive auto- generated responses. Phone lines are not accepting calls. The company is still advertising "Guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas" even after their December 5th deadline. This is obviously a scam and payment needs to be refunded immediately!
Complete refund or delivery with the correct product by December 19, 2018.

Unfortunately the only way to get any resolution was to report the company, but as of yesterday a complete refund was issued and by 8pm today 1/4/2019 the completed product is "supposed" to be delivered.
I do not have any regrets reporting this company. They are a company that I will never recommend or do business with again. It's a shame we have scam companies within our wonderful USA that advertise as Veteran owned. I have never had to report any business regardless of the type of service I had received.
Because of the type of service with auto generated emails, continued promised advertising for a specific delivery dates, automated answering phone system this company will not survive. It gives all indications of a scamming company within the USA.
My recommendation for Redline Steel is to hire a person to re-organize the processes and implement a set of procedures that will ensure a smooth product ordering, assembly and delivery systems.
People are more leery of ordering online and the way this company is managed will ensure that they will not order online again.
I decided to place an order from redline steel despite it being too late for Christmas & I am so excited for my product! I know they catch a lot of grief on mix ups and late deliveries but for being a smaller business that's just getting started they're doing a fantastic job. They have responded to all of my questions & concerns in a timely manner as well. I can't wait to see the growth they achieve & and to receive my order. Great quality work for an ever better price, you they can't be beat!â?ºï¸

I did end up receiving my order, and communication, from Redline. In addition, I received it in time for Christmas. I 'almost' regret filing a complaint. The quality of the items is exceptional, the lack of communication from this company was not acceptable. I understand growing pains and only hope that their growth includes better customer service. There should be an option for a zero star review - This company has dubious and unprofessional business practices. There is no communication between this company and customers, no communication among the support staff, the "CEO" and whoever manages their fb page. Trying to cancel an order within half an hour of ordering it - trying to reach someone for 4 days and I get no response from the support e mail. There is no customer service number. Had to resort to fb messaging and someone assured me it would be cancelled however I am still receiving e mails that my order is in progress and I will be notified when it is shipped. No one will respond to me.

First, we'd like to mention that our Customer Support Team is out of the office on weekends. Given the high volume of emails that we've received lately, it is common that if an email is sent on Friday, it won't be responded to until Monday. In your particular case, the order was placed on Friday December 7th, and your emails were indeed responded to as soon as possible. Furthermore, your order was fully refunded on Tuesday, December 11th.

I love this company! just received my order which is high quality, no snags, beautiful work!, even nicer than the pictures! From the time I placed my order on line, they kept me updated on the status of delivery! I ordered a product in Oct. and have never received anything,but they did take my money!
I placed my order on Oct. 31st, 2018 (order # XXXXXX) I paid $65.00 with my *** credit card. I've contacted them several times,and I received one response where they said they were working on my order. I haven't heard anything in 2 weeks.
I would love to receive the product I ordered. The photos they have on their home page show the beautiful metal work they do.

Please ship my order that was placed on Sept. 24th. It has been over 9 weeks now.
I placed order my on 9/24/2018. It has been 9 weeks and still have not received my order. My credit card was charged the day I placed my order. And it has been paid for. You can not call them it goes directly to voice mail. I have sent 6 emails to their support email and have received 2 responses saying my order should shipped soon. One item was for a wedding gift and the wedding was last weekend, so that gift will be late. The others are Christmas gifts. I need them immediately. If I can not get my product then I want my money back now.
