I ordered and canceled the same day. I have tried to send the stuff back and cancel that way to no avail. I cant Fine # to cancel, still get charged
I ordered on April 15-2020 the bill was 7.95 in Mays bank statement the bill was 103.95 June was 111.90 and the same for July and August. I can't fine a phone number to call them, I have sent the order back and still get billed. Order #***. I used my debt card to pay. My order was for the amazin Brain which comes under the name Rejuva Brain and is shipped from 3201 w Hillsborough Ave, Tampa FL 33684

I thought I was ordering rejuva brain on a trial basis. I have sent back the product. And asked for a refund. They keep sending me more.
I ordered rejuva brain on a trial basis only. They keep sending it to me and automatically Bill my debit account. I keep sending the product back expecting a full refund but they just keep sending me product.

This is doubtful a mistake on their part. It is likely an intentional part of a deceptive process to make it difficult to know that they will continually bill on going basis after request for a sample. Then impossible to get them to answer their listed phone numbers. You can write a cease prospective billing letter but their is no response or acknowledgement of communication attempts. I asked for a sample to answer a patient's questions about potential use. The process that followed and the billing sights on my credit card record that appeared unrelated to the product and not recognizable, made detection difficult. There were two separate sites billing for the one product unrelated to the sample request. All seems to make it hard to recognize and fly under the radar while billing continues. Once detected, it took 3 hours with my credit card provider to back into the cause of the billings. I'm told by the credit card investigators that this is not uncommon in their experiences with contested charges. Hope everyone who requests a free sample reads all the fine print and watches their credit card charges for unusual activity relative to known purchases.

AS stated in return/refund policy, I called several times to obtain an RMA to return the product and receive a refund. All csr's refused to provide.
After looking up the terms and conditions at amazinbrain.com and finding the return/refund policy for the product I received I attempted to obtain an RMA# as the policy stated I needed. I called the number listed and spoke with agent *** who said I did not qualify for a return. She kept offering me a discount in increments of 5% to 10% down to 65% before I told her I was not interested and that I just wanted to return the product and receive a refund. Again she said that was not possible. I then asked for her supervisor, agent ***, who repeated the same. I asked for her supervisor and was put on hold for approximately 3-5 mins then hung up on. I called back and allegedly was speaking with another supervisor, agent *** to which I read the return/refund policy published on-line. I explained that I had just received the product 8/7 or 8/8 so I was within the 30 day requirement and that I demanded an RMA and refund. He stated that was not possible and to have a nice day. That was the end of our conversation. Amazin Brain is not honoring it's published return/refund policy. It's also overcharging ($111.90) for a product that can be obtained for a much lower costs ($7.90) on other sites. This company and product is a scam.
I was also told that all csr's I spoke with were in Tampa, FL. I do not believe this to be true as they all spoke broken and hard to understand english.

Desired Outcome

I just want a refund and hope they don't continue to scam people out of their money with false and misleading information and endorsements for an inferior and overpriced product. I also wish to see them uphold their return/refund product.

First off this makes no sense, "we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days." So 30 days in 14 days??? I followed the procedure published on your website, and still have the unopened product, to get an RMA and refund. Your customer service agents refused to provide me with one. All I was told is that they were unable to do so. Review the recorded conversation, at no time was I told I was outside of my trial period. I demand a full refund as originally requested.

I have attempted to unsubscribe using both email and phone calls. No reply or hang ups. Tried website but down. Want refund.

I have attempted to email but get no reply and called but they hang up on me. I tried using website as directed to unsubscribe but it was not available multiple times so I started emailing and calling. I tried to unsubscribe after receiving first order which I did not even want. Then a second one arrived and I am being charged for this product although I have not opened it or used it. I would be happy to return it if I could get someone to respond from the company. I am requesting a full refund as I am not even certain how I even got signed up for this product. This is something I would not be interested in using and do not need or want it. I am very frustrated by the lack of customer service I have received and would never do business with this company in the future. This has been a terrible experience and I will tell everyone I know not to use this company as they are not reputable. The product itself may be fine I just don't want it.

I paid for 2 trials, canceled by email.they still charged my card 2 times. Then again 1 time 16 days later. Called and canceled but they won't refund
I paid for 2 trials 7.95 each 6/24 for Amazon Brain/Omega Amazon. Received the pills and realized I needed to cancel subscription. Emailed support on canceling 7/2. I didn't know you hAve to send pills back and didn't authorize full bottles charged of $103 and $102.95 on 7/6 and 7/8. Ok fine they got me on the trial although their ads very misleading. THEN 16 days later the sneak another unauthorized 111.00 on my card...IcI cust service told her I didn't authorize this don't want another bottle and to Cancel and refund now... I also sent email.. the rep tells me she will cancel my subscription but there is no way she can refund me.. she offered 60 percent off future orders, which I replied there's no way I would order anything because what they are doing is stealing and fraudulent. On 7/24 they deducted the 111.00 and she said system would NOT let her refund me but sent me an email on my cancelation. She refused to let me speak with mgr or anyone else...so they kept the 111.00 and I didn't get a second bottle of pills want it or authorize or order it... they stole 111.00 from me and refuse to give it back.. I want my card refunded asap. The charge was for 111.90. from MZ Bright-Tranz.com order # was AXXXXXFA7D...and when I canceled same day they charged me that number was *** I am worried they will take from my account again even though I am cancelled...since I cancelled as soon as charge showed in my account pending my cancelation should've never let it go thru. But she refused to refund or stop it...please help me with the 111.90 back to my account. They are stealing thinking people won't notice and justify it with you didn't read the trial well they don't tell you this and not printed anywhere when you do order but to charge 3 times at 100 etc within 24 days when it's supposed to be $7.95 for a 30day trial is sneaky fraudulent thing to do. please help!

I didn't authorize three charges of over $100 a piece but since they say you have to send bottles back after 14day trial. I did cancel by email a ondon 7/2 which they ignored and charged anyway 200 etc...if I can't get all refunded I need at least the 111.90 ASAP back to my account and they better not ever charge me again. Make sure I'm cancelled.. I feel I am owed all of it due to them sneaking the charges onto my account at 1 and 4 am in the morning. I see they do this appt to people and they need to stop doing bad business.

Hello, Thank you for your immediate response to my complaint. On the night of 25 the or 26th of July, the pending charge of $111 went thru my account...At that time I did not receive any 2nd bottle of pills fr Rejuva Brain...Today is July 30th and guess what arrived in my mailbox..???.another bottle of pills that I didn't request want or order....These people have some nerve...if they think they can charge another 111....(which the first charge was 102 and 103.95 - so that means they charge another 7.95 to make it 111)... *When I CLD to cancel and she refused to refund my account saying system won't let her after my cancelation. She then instead mails me the bottle I just was on the phone canceling with her ( on the 7- 24th) So they can say they didn't do anything wrong that they charged 111 and they think it makes ok by mailing me pills so if there were a complaint they think they covered their ***. They charged me over $300 in less than 24 days...I am livid they think they can prey on people during these hard times in the world.. SOooo they get caught stealing out of people's account with numerous unauthorized transactions and when people do call them on it, WELL they just send some pills acting like you are the one that ordered them and why would they refund because they have an order request (Made by THEM - not customer) showing cust received the product. . They have some nerve sending me these and not refunding me or refusing any other solution...I want all 3 charges refunded...the pills do not work they are fake. I will gladly send this bottle back to them if they need it... I didn't not know about the first two $100 Dollar charges unauthorized and now they get caught taking the 111 on 7/24 without auth from me and trying to shove these pills by sending some out after I cancelled subscription...They are stealing from lots of people and false advertising. I would like to hear how they think this is legal or ok for them to do it.... I feel very taken advantage of by this company. I tried this and canceled 4 days later this was the end of May now I just received another bottle and charged for this! This product is not good for anyone don't buy this! I want my money!

unauthorized autoship; lack of conformation emails; billing slips not inside packages; no way to contact.

18 packages sent individually to my mom who was unable to locate who they were from; what they where and didn't know why they kept coming. They were building up in her bathroom I asked what they were. Her response was she was going to figure out how to send them back and asked me to help her.

I have each individual tracking number and the package they came in as it is written on the bottom. I do know know how much she was charged and I would need to find her credit card receipts. I only have two receipts I could find in her email from Rejuva Brain for "Reviva Brain" and "Omega Fusion 100". The two products from two emails were both billed under different names.
This company used her computer's IP address to create her autoship and they need to be held accountable

Sorry guys, I have proof it was your company, are you not Rejuva Brain at 3201 W Hillsborough Ave 153201-1367, Tampa Forida, 33684? You are really going to say the proof that I have was not from this company? I believe your records were billed under different names but I have each individual package and proof that the products were sent to my mother from your company. As I explained in my case,I filed the complaint to help my mom. the products were sent to my 88 year old mother: *** XXXXX *** Encino, CA 91316. I would really appreciate you taking responsibility for her "autoship" that was used by her computers IP address. Please see attached documentation.

I have more to say about this but I don't accept this because I will not accept the response until I am speak directly to this company as I have been unable to find any legitimate phone number for this company. All forwarding links go to a different company. You play your game very well and have taken advantage of hundreds of customer.

I have contacted Rejuva Brain customer service 3 times by telephone and every time they have basically hung up on me. I have asked to cancel my subscription but have not been able to get this done.

Total scam.. With all these similar experiences of being scammed by this company, that the authorities are not after them. I fell into their trick of charging me $103.90 shy of the 2 weeks trial period where you can cancel at no extra charge. They charged me this amount on the 12th day after my original order for a free bottle. I immediately called them to cancel and return my money which they refuse. I called back 3 times total to speak with their manager but was told management will call me back. That was 27 days ago. What is our recourse here??? Hopefully the news media will get a hold of this and investigate them...

The company is sending and charging me for a product that I didn't order. They are planning to charge my credit card and I didn't authorize it.
I recently ordered, paid for and received a product from this company and nothing else. Then on 6/6/2020 at 1:53 AM I received an email from them that I had ordered another and different product from them at 1:27 AM ( I was in bed sleeping at that time). They say a purchase and subscription was placed from the IP address: ***. I don't know if this is my IP address or not but I do know that I didn't place the order and I don't want the product or subscription. Please advise me how I can stop this fro happening.

I want the order cancelled and no charges now or in the future made to my credit card. If possible FRAUD charges made against them for trying this.

Reviva Brain sends a $7.95 trial but then provides ZERO way to cancel and then they charge you but don't send the product. I purchased the $7.95 trial on May 9, 2020. I sent an email requesting to cancel same day on May 9, 2020 to [email protected] is what is referenced on the Reviva Brain website and no response SCAM. Received Reviva Brain and Omega products some time later. On May 25 I notice a charge pending on my credit credit card for $102.95. I sent an email (because they do not provide ANY number to call to cancel) and tell them to cancel my account and never send me anything nor charge me for anything again. Of course I don't get a response. I am charged another charge of $99.95 the next day. And, again on may 25 and may 26 Still no response to my email.I found contact # on my bank acct from the transaction that was unapproved on May 25 and told that I could not receive a refund and was hung up on. my wife got a hold of this information and called and spoke to 3 different people 2 of which hung up on her. I should have known better than to order something from a company like this. I want my money back and I want people to know that this is wrong and these l
People should be ashamed of themselves. So disappointed to see so many disgruntled and unhappy people on here with the same reported problems. I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE.

This is the original email I sent to the same company website that the initial order was placed. This proves that I DID in fact CANCEL my order through their website following the exact way they ask customers to cancel an order.... They're claiming they never received this email & that I never sent it to them?! Therefore, they will NOT refund the unauthorized $200.00+ debited from my credit card! I wanted to forward this email to you in the hopes it will help speed up & make this timely process go through smoother & more effectively. Please let me know if theres anything I can do to help.

Upon reviewing Mr. account, it looks like he purchased his Reviva Brain trial on 5/9/2020 - and once the trial period ended, Mr. was billed the retail price of the products he received. Mr. called into our Customer Service Department on 5/29/2020 to cancel his subscription and request a refund, but unfortunately Mr. used a 3D Secure credit card when purchasing his product. 3D Secure cards do not allow refunds due to the prepaid status of the card. The account was cancelled. On 6/1/2020 Mr. called into our Customer Service Department to again inquire about a refund, the agent told Mr. once again that a refund is not possible with a 3D Secure card. On 6/3/2020 Ms. called into our Customer Support Department to inform us she sent an email same day to cancel and was requesting a refund but was told we could not refund the account. We are deeply committed to customer satisfaction and regret that you did not find that with our company. We sincerely hope that this settles any discord you have felt with regard to our company and want to again apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Apologies for the delay with getting back in touch with you on this matter! Obviously, during the time of this complaint being submitted we've all tried adjusting our priorities the best we can. With these horrific events going on ALL OVER THE WORLD after this claim originated... I've obviously chosen to keep my family priority #1! I apologise for the delay & I'm actually more confused because it STILL seems as though this Company has chosen NOT TO REFUND ME THE $$$ my family & I are DUE, not to mention... We desperately NEED during these VERY TERRIBLE times we're still experiencing today! Any/All assistance with this matter is GREATLY appreciated by my family & I! Thanks!

I canceled the order in time. a month later I got another shipment. I called and canceled again, this time I asked for a shipping label to return product for a refund. they put me on hold to talk to supervisor. Came back and said I could keep the product, when I said I don,t want it and wanted to return it for a refund they said they could not. When I said let me talk to a supervisor or someone who could, I was told they were in a meeting. When I asked, how they got an answer from a supervisor who was in a meeting they said they could not help me with a refund.

Refund Would like to ship it back for refund and no longer do business with them.

Upon reviewing Mr. account, it looks like he purchased his Amazin Brain trial on 4/1/2020 - and once the trial period ended, Mr. was billed the retail price of the products he received. Mr. called into our Customer Service Department on 5/22/2020 to inquire about the charges on his account. He was offered a 65% discount that he declined. Unfortunately all sales are final. Mr. account is cancelled. We are deeply committed to customer satisfaction and regret that you did not find that with our company. I asked to return the unused unopened shipment that I had just received for credit. They would not after asking their supervisors. I asked to speak to the supervisor. They said they were in a meeting. When I asked how could they have asked their supervisor if they were in a meeting they just repeated that they could not help me.

I am being billed for product I didnt ask for.
I am neing billed for product that was unwanted and cant get a refund out of them I just keep being hung up on and now they are calling me telling me I owe them more money.

I want a full refund of the $221.00 they have billed me for.

Our customer service department was able to advise Mr. each time of his trial period as well as the terms of the trial offer. Rejuva Brain has continued to send me and bill me for items I did not order. They continue to send me and take funds for items I did not order.
This company has used the information in my payment for the trial offer to continue to send me and bill me for items I did not order and do not want and have not used. No information is provided as to purchase date, model numbers, order numbers, account numbers, sales, rep, or other specific details. I want all shipments to stop and refund of unauthorized charges. There is not even an invoice sent with these unauthorized shipments and payments. There is no contract and no stated or inferred contract for these products. There is no response data provided.

They are charging my credit card after I canceled. Free trial ended up not being free. They charged me again after I have called and canceled. Fraud.
They are charging me after I tried a fee sample so the sample isn't free. Their fine print is to fine. I called and emailed them to cancel 10 days after. They charged me for the free sample and now charged me again. Trying to get a hold of anyone is impossible.
These are fraudulent charges. They are charging over 100.00 for a supplement that is BS.
I paid for shipping for free trial and they won't stop charging me.

This is an absolute scam! Advertisement says that if you pay shipping they will give you free vitamins. Catch is if you don't say you hate them within 14 days you get charged $100 for them! And then they put you on a subscription that continues to charge you outrageous prices for sy vitamins. SCAMMERS!!!! DONT buy!!!! Extremely deceiving. Read the fine print they know the loopholes to rip you off!

I was charged $111.90 without my consent, no way to contact the company.
The product is not what I ordered.
