I canceled right after I found it they put me on auto ship but they keep taking money out of my account even though they stopped shipping the product.
I had ordered this product in April. I admit I did not know that there was going to be a trial period. After I had checked my bank account and saw the $109 charge I immediately called them and canceled. They were very nice and said they canceled it. I recently checked my bank account again and saw they still have been charging me the $109 every month and I have not received any product!! I've tried to contact again but nothing. I'm disputing with my bank.

Agreed to a purchase a one time free bottle of their Rejuva Brain Product that was supposed to be pay for shipping only. Since that time I have now received three bottles. I have made attempts to contact their number 855-475-0500 and either I am told 1) they can't find my info; 2) their system is down or 3) they don't answer the phone at all and after 3.5 minutes it disconnects. Still checking my bank statements to see where they hid the charges. Please help.

Beware. Read the teensy fine print because about 15 days after you receive your free samples you'll be enrolled into a monthly subscription for this supplement that will cost in excess of $100. Getting Rejuva Brain to cancel my membership and issue me an RMA for a refund was very difficult as they tried to stall and evade. At last I was issued an RMA for a 50% refund. When I screamed and yelled I was told that I had to pay a restocking fee. I screamed and yelled some more. It took a long time for them to agree to give me a full refund.

DO NOT AUTO SHIP ME ANY MORE OF YOUR PRODUCT. FREE BOTTLE IS A SCAM!!!!!!

Horrible Experience !!! Debit in my account $97.95 without my permission. They said 14 days free trial, but they never mentioned in their advertisement.

Did not authorize a $100 charge to my account. Only should have paid a delivery fee. They also falsely advertised, using Elon Musk.
On 2/1/17 I ordered a free bottle of their product which they falsely advertised by stating that elon musk was behind the product. They were authorized to charge $6.95 delivery fee, however added a second product which I was not aware of and charged another $6.95 fee. They sent these products in one package. I checked the receipt and emails to assure there was no further charges which there were none. On 2/20 I was charged $97.95. When I called the company they said I agreed to a free trial that expired in 14 days and I needed to call in to cancel. This I never agreed two. I also never received anything else that would warrent a further charge. When I called they refused to refund my money. This company goes by several names and is difficult to find detailed information. The names are RejuvaBrain, Omega100 and OmegaGlobal. The phone number I found only from my banking information which is 855-936-1100. There address is 3201 Hillsborough Ave XXXXXX-XXXX.

I want a full refund of the $97.95 that i had no idea I would be charged considering they stated you will receive a free bottle and never stated I would be charged anything in addition, nor indicated i needed to call and cancel within a certain time period, nor gave a number to call to do this either. They also lied and Used Elon Musk as behind the product which is completely false.

I found a number once and called it, told them to cancel membership-said ok. Next month still received the merchandise. Now I can't get them to answer
This company did not reflect what this bottle of pills would cost. It is costing me over $100 and the same bottle could be purchased on Amazon for just over $30.
I have tried to get it cancelled and they have not yet completed this task (even after telling me they would).
Since the one time that I got an answer at their customer service number, I have been unable to get any one to answer again.
In order to get it stopped from my bank, I will have to cancel my card and get another number. It seems unfair to have to make those changes because THEY CAN'T be a legitimate group!
The merchandise sold does NOT do what it is advertised to do, but my worst problem with them is their continuing to bill me after I have requested cancellation.

I want them to discontinue the membership and I feel like I am entitled to a refund for any bottles sent to me after I cancelled. As of February 1 - that is 1 shipment. I will be happy to return (at their expense) the bottle I currently have and any others they send in the future with a full refund from them.

They put me on autoship. I returned all packages unopened and undamaged. Would not issue full refund NO contact info or autoship termination info.
I received sample rejuva brain and omega bottles on 10/24/2017. I paid with a Visa card. There wasnt any customer service info or shipment return info. Researched online and found Customer Service #. I called to cancel my orders and was told the my orders were cancelled. Unfortunately I didnt write the cancellation number down. There was no record of me cancelling either when I called the second time. On 11/11/17; 12/11/17; & 01/11/18 I was billed total $307.75 for Omega shipments. On 11/07/17; 12/09/17; 01/09/18 I was billed $322.75 total. First I spoke with Angelica *** and was offered a 50% refund for all of the product I returned. She made excuses as to why I couldnt speak with her supervisor. I eventually got her supervisor, Kalandra *** who also wanted to only issue 50% refund. She made excuses as to why I couldnt speak to her supervisor. After arguing for a full refund for all of the product I returned unopened and undamaged, I was hung up on. I called back and got Kalandra 008 again, she said she was issuing the 50% refund and would have her supervisor contact me by end of day. I spent an hour arguing over this. Its thievery for them to receive all of their product back and only issue a 50% refund. Then I was told it was because I didnt return the product properly. She had no answer for my commenting there wasnt any return information or customer service information at all.

I fully returned their product each time unopened and undamaged and they all had tracking numbers on them. I expect a full refund for the auto-ships they sent and I returned. A grand total of $630.50. My Visa card was billed total $307.75 for the Omega supplements. 11/11/17 - $97.95; 12/11/17 - $104.90; 01/11/18 - $104.90 My Visa card was billed total $322.75 for the Rejuva Brain Supplements. 11/07/17 - $102.95 ; 12/09/17 - $109.90; 01/09/18 - $109.90 A grand total of $630.50 to be refunded.

I called to cancel my free trail but when I called I was told my name wasn't in the system. I am still receiving pills and being charged.
I had ordered the free trial of these pills in October and had called in November to cancel my order because I was not satisfied with the product. When I called in November they had told me that my name was not in the system. My dad had also ordered the free trial so they let me know that that was cancelled. After I had talked to my dad a little more I realized something wasn't right so I called back again a few days later. I asked them to cancel my trial and again they said that my name was not in the system but they assured me I would not get any shipments since I wasn't in the system. About two months later I received a bottle of pills in the mail. I then checked my bank statement and realized that I was charged $109.90 on 1/4/18 and $102.95 on 12/4/17 but I never received the product for the 12/4/17 payment. After I received the shipment on 1/4/18 I called customer service to cancel the product again. Again they told me that my name was not in the system and I told them that I was still receiving shipments and asked if I could send the product back and get a refund. The lady that I talked to said that there was nothing she could do since I wasn't in the system. She did say that she would pass my case along to upper management and they would get back to me within 24-48 hours, it has been almost two weeks and I have not heard anything back from the company.

They have a free trial bottle of Rejuva Brain where I paid the $6.95 shipping. At the time when finalizing the order there was no special warning or agreements about the trial product. However in the meantime my credit card got charged $102.95 by Rejuva Brain. On 12-8-2017 I contact the company and Agent Melisa *** took my call and after explaining the situation Melisa got the OK from her supervisor to give me partial credit if I am willing to pay $16 restocking fee and returning the unfinished bottle. Melisa also provided me with the authorized RMA # *** I shipped the bottle and it was received on Dec-13-2017 at 10:26 am. However today Jan-10-2018 my credit card was not credited with the $86.95 refund I was promised by Melisa.
When I contact the company again this morning Jan-10-2018 I was told flatly that they are not going to honor that promise. In the meantime the credit company charge me interest on the amount that was not refunded by Rejuva Brain. This is a fraudulent business practice.

Purchased trial for "shipping cost" and am now being repeatedly billed for items not even delivered.
Hello, I was stupid enough to purchase a "free trial" supplement from this company. After completing the online form I got nothing but a screen saying "Thank you for your purchase" and nothing else. The first additional charge a month later was for approx.$102. I spoke with my bank and they informed me that this company requires a cancellation phone call or they will add you to some sort of club where you are subject to recurring charges. I was never informed of any such clause, nor was I provided with a phone number. Furthermore, there doesn't seem to be any website to find a phone number. I have sent an email to the support email address on the email confirmation telling them to cease and desist. On Jan 8, they again debited my account for approx $92 and have not sent goods for either amount. So,in summation,they have stolen approx $195 from me without sending any merchandise which I did not consent to buy in the first place. Please do something to stop this corrupt thieving company from victimizing me further!!

I ordered what was described as a free bottle of Rejuva Brain. Now I find out it wasn't free, it was a trail bottle and I'm signed up on monthly deliveries. When I complained about it, they said it was in their terms on their website, which talks about the trail bottles, but I ordered a free bottle, not a trail bottle. Miss information/misleading on purpose. I got them to cancel my ongoing order, but they would not give me a refund and will not let me return the unopened auto ship order. Then they had the nerve to ask me for referrals. Then they wanted to give me a discount if I wanted to order some more, but would not give me the discount on what they are charging me. I have a "SLSORD" number of "FAXXXXXABD" and "SHPORD" Number of "XXXXXX" and a "REF" number of "XXXXXXX" and ship date of 12/15/2017. I think their company is running a scam by tricking people and forcing them to pay for two bottles of their product before you catch on to what is going on. The DA should investigate on the grounds of fraud and/or misrepresentation.

This product is fraud. The company is using committing fraud by sending this item again. I didn't order another shipment of this. Had it worked I may of viewed this differently. I want and need my money back. I am disabled and they took advantage of me

They have billed me for fish oil supplements I did not order and do not want.
This seem like a classic internet scam. There was some kind of reward on Amazon which they sent. What they did not clearly state is that they would be billing me for continuing to send me more. Worse, they sent me one kind of item and then billed me $100 a month for bad fish oil supplements I never ordered and do not want. If I can get no resolution from them and they bill me again, I will be contacting the Minnesota Attorney General consumer complaint/ fraud office.

The website was a pop-up advertisement claiming to be a free trial of their product,Rejuva Brain. It stated very clearly that this was a free trial and you're only cost was shipping and handling. The advertising was deceptive as they charged my checking account over at $100 two weeks later, with no notification to me. I searched out their website which took me to several dead ends and bad links. I was finally successful in finding a contact number for this business and even then had trouble getting somebody to answer the phone. When I finally did establish contact with the company, I was informed that it was not a free trial, and I had been charged the monthly fee already and there was nothing that they could do to refund that. Very deceptive advertising, which caused my bank account to go into the negative.

This company has automatically bill me for a product I do not want. I was never sent a confirmation on my continue to bill me.
On 11-5-2017 I ordered a trial only bottle of RejuvaBrain supplement. I was never given an option to be automatically billed again for an additional supply. This was supposed to be a one time trial. If I liked I could then reorder. However, this company has automatically charged my account again for a product I do not want. When I attempted to call them, the number has been disconnected.

Rejuva Brain (enhance IQ) keeps sending automatic shipments and charging x amounts to my credit/debit bank card.
I was in the understanding that I was requesting only a sample and paying for shipping and handling; however, I am receiving automatic monthly shipments of the Rejuva Brain and being charged for each shipment. I attempted to call the number given to cancel my shipments...XXX-XXX-XXXX to give them my information (name, address,last 4 digits of credit card) and was told they had no record of that information and could not cancel. I have returned my last two unopened bottles via USPS writing return to sender on package with my return address. My next step is to change my card number so they can no longer charge for shipments.

I was on *** Site and at the end of the presentation their was Free Gifts and it stated to Click on which Gift you wanted and I did.
This was for their Rejuva Brain & Super Omega Vitamins. It stated you just had to pay the Shipping & Handling Charge.

I also was Billed $ 97.95 for the HW Super Omega reference # XXXXXXXXXX / Credit Card reference # KXXXXXXX. Dated 08/31/2017.
The Internet Add didn't anywhere on that Web Site under the Agreement stating that I had to sign up for a Direct Marketing Subscription every month or along with that their was a time limit on returning or Cancelling this (Free Gift).

I called the Company when I received the Charges on my Credit Card and they wouldn't acknowledge my (Free Gift). They stated that I will have to Pay even though I opened the 02 bottles of their Product and was going to return them.

I contacted my Credit Card Company and Disputed the Fraudulent Charges. They Contacted the Company to No Avail. I also Contacted the Company and they Stated that I have to Pay what They Billed me.

The Company is Misleading in their Advertising and they Donot Honor Returns. They Stated that I had opened the 02 Bottles.

We sent you a full size bottle and allow you to try it for the 14 day trial period to see if you like it, for just the cost of shipping and handling. If you like the product after your trial, you are billed for the actual cost of the product and enrolled in a monthly subscription. The reason we send you a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. Unfortunately since a dispute with filed with the bank we are unable to issue any refunds on the account at this point to avoid consumer fraud. In addition, his account with us is inactive; therefore, she will not receive any further shipments. Yes, I've been scammed as well it seems. Or sucked in. But what surprises me is that it was attached to my purchase from Amazon so I believed it was actually some kind of customer reward. I am now holding and holding the line.
