Got auto shipment of Reviva Brain and also Omega Fusion 100. I didn't ask for auto shipment and would liked it stopped. I feel like I should be refunded what the wrongfully charged me!!

Signed up on 3/27/19 they deducted 7.95 twice, one under Jad trans health other under *** On 4/10/19 Fortify.site deducted 102.95 not even thirty days On 4/11/19 Jad trans health deducted 99.95 again not thirty days. On 5/13/19 Fortify.site deducted 110.90 and 5/14/19 Jad trans
health deducted 107.90. This was cancelled on 5/14/19 I received the package from them, called got rma# cfXXXXXXCF78. They only gave me credit for 87.95 on 6/4/19. Now telling me I had to get two rma# but they shipped in one bag so I thought I needed one. Called several times they will not even talk to me about it.

The product does not work.

Stop taking money from my account and stop receiving product
I was never under the impression that they would keep taking over $110.00 out of my account and they don't send me anyway to stop receiving the product. They owe me for 3 months at $110.09, $330.27 and $19.63 for stress, so overall they owe me at least $350.00

company is billing my account after canceling the product 3 months prior.
On 5/23/2019 we placed and order with Reviva Brain to see if it would help with memory. After receiving the product, we decided we did not want to keep getting it so on June 1, 2019, we sent in a cancellation to the only site they had on the paperwork which was Lucky777Omega.com. This is the response I got from them.

So, we thought it was over and done with. In August while checking on my bank account, we found out that they had been in fact taking money from my account. In June they took $102.00 that I did not authorize. In July and August, They took $ 110.90 both months. And I had cancelled back in June and they still took my money. And I never received any product to show for what I was being charged for. Being on a fixed income and finding out they are taking from you still, is wrong. We need to get the word out to all that this company does not stand by their word when you cancel.

All I would like is for the company to put back the money they took from me illegally and never contact me again. This is just not right and like I stated before, living on a fixed income is not easy. On August 12, 2019, I sent this, I cancelled this order back in June. And you are still charging me now in August? I want my money put back in my account and never send me another bottle of anything. You owe me $110.90 back in my account.

I cancelled my order after trying the 1st bottle by email because nobody answered phone, & I figured it be better in writing.they refused to ref. me
I tried trial, tried to cancel by phone, no answer, so I emailed them & called for a RMA#, they refused to give me 1 even tho their website says 1 return per household, as long as unopened. I then asked to sk to a supervisor, none available. I called 3 times, & I have PDF'ed 91 complaints on this company. I also scanned their terms & conditions. I wouldn't buy a product w/o being able to return it. Now I'm disputing with my credit card company. These people are Scammers, and should be sued. I just want my $110 back. I have a tracking #, they have to sign to receive my return. Can you help me?

My partner, *** sent for an initial bottle of Rejuva brain back in June 2019. He immediately tried to send an email canceling the order. Unfortunately, he is unskilled in using email and the cancellation request never went through successfully. He did not realize this until we started receiving ongoing bottles. Each bottle cost us $107.00 !!!!
As each bottle arrived, I immediately wrote "Return to Sender and Cancel Subscription" on the unopened plastic bag and sent it back. As of today, we have received 4 bottles totaling $428.00 !!!!
I called the company on Friday and also again this past Monday. On Friday I was told the ONLY way to cancel the subscription was by phone. I immediately cancelled future shipments and I received a confirmation email. I asked to speak with a supervisor about a full refund but was told I had to call back on Monday. I was also told they would NOT be returning my money even though I had returned every shipment. On Monday, I spoke with a supervisor and was again told they do not issue refunds.
I WANT MY $428.00 refunded. !!!!

I ordered Reviva Brain and Omega on free trial. I did not realize I created an auto shipment on these two products by not cancelling within 30 days.
I called to see why I had charges of $107 and $110 on my credit card. I kept getting product I did not order. I called the company 5.28.19 and they said I created an auto ship by NOT cancelling within 30-days. They would agree to cancel my shipments but would not issue a credit and did not want any product back for possible credit. My daughter called on 6.3.19 and explained that I am 91 years old, cannot afford this expense, did not think I agreed to any type of automated shipment, and requested a refund. Tianna agreed to credit my account $161.45 upon receipt of the last order. She gave specific mailing instructions with authorization numbers. I mailed this back on 6.4.19. To date, I have not received the credit back on my credit card. I also received two additional charges in the amount of $110.90 and $107.90 that have been disputed through Sears Mastercard Customer Service. My daughter called on 8.8.19 and spoke with Kaneesha. She advised they never received the product and would not issue a credit due to the additional two disputed charges. This has nothing to do with what they agreed to do in the first place. Those were additional charges they passed through on top of the $161.45 credit they agreed to provide upon receipt of one bottle of Reviva and one bottle of Omega. (They did not want any other product back, even though it was unopened). Kaneesha hung up on my daughter rather than escalating the problem on up to a supervisor.

I want the agreed upon refund of $161.45 back on my mastercard. I have two authorization numbers I can provide, if needed. Product was returned and labeled as instructed.

I got an email to try reviva I waited to get my product and it never came, They said the it was delivered but it must have been taken off my porch.
Reviva took money out of my account without letting me know the price of the product that I never received, they are scam. You have 14 days but if you don't contact them and say you don't like the product they take your money and will not refund just want to send out another bottle for 99.95 and 102.95. I wouldn't mind paying it if I had tried it and liked it. This is so sad because everything is written so small you need a bifocal to see it. I thank God for this as now I know never to buy anything on a trail period with crooks. They are making a lot of money off senior class which probably believe what they say, but I never did get to see it .

The same issue as most other consumers, I imagine. Bought the Rejuva Brain (some say Reviva, but they both have the same logo). I ordered the "free trial" @ $7.95, but didn't bother asking for a refund because I had opened the bottle. It didn't work, and my ankles swelled up and are incredibly painful. I haven't been able to walk for five days, so obviously I stopped taking the product. They've changed the ad to include the President, and Anderson Cooper was the test subject. I know better, but the internet reels you in hook, line and sinker. They've charged my card a second time without even sending their fake product this time. I am disabled and live on $771 per month. Is there anything I can do to stop this? I'll just take the loss and try to be more mindful of what I purchase, sticking to nationally known companies and/or Amazon and eBay. Amazon advertises this product, but Amazon will refund your money.

ordered Reviva Brain for cost of shipping only. $7.95. Charged on Master Card. On 7/21 14 days later I received a $102.95 charge from Clean divine digestive health site. Master Card identified it as fraud. Payment stopped. This is their automatic monthly product enrollment scam. Will call Monday to
hopefully get them to stop. Master Card will not honor their charges in the future.

Received a second bottle of the product without knowing that it would be coming automatically on a regular basis. I ordered the trial bottle of the product for $4.95, then I received another order for $105. Called them to discontinue getting the product, and that I was returning it on 7/16/2019, and that they refund my money. "Maria" stated there would be a $19.00 re-stacking fee, and a refund of $90.95 would be refunded. Had I not greed to the re-stacking fee, the refund would never have taken according to the information that she gave. Final analysis was to terminate receiving the product, and get my refund, even she kept trying to get me to keep getting the product for 1/2 price. I was adamant that I wanted no more exchange with this company.

I keep receiving bottles of Reviva & Omega Fusion. I don't know if I'm charged and no contact from this scam company. No paperwork showing bill amt.
Receiving pills and after I saw the other complaints,I know it's a scam. They don't send a bill , tell you how or if your are being charged.
I don't even know if they are charging me.
I plan on trying to contact the company again via phone number.
They don't answer.
How in the heck can I find out if I'm being charged.

To Whom It May Concern, After reviewing Ms. complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion she may have had when she placed her order. We offer a trial period for our products, we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product you received. We do not offer sample sizes. The reason we send a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. Upon reviewing Ms. account, it looks like she purchased her trial on April 18, 2019 - and once the trial period ended, Ms. was billed the retail price of the product that was sent to her. We had not previously received any contact from Ms. and did not know that she wants to cancel her subscription. We can affirm that her subscription with us has concluded as it was cancelled when she called us. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. Her account was refunded a total of $315.75. Ms. is also is not required to return any products she received. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunds to post in the account where the funds were debited. We are committed to providing our customers with the best *** and apologize for any inconvenience. Rejuva Brain sends a $7.95 trial but then provides ZERO way to cancel and then they charge you but don't send the product.
I purchased the $7.95 trial on May 19, 2019. Received the Reviva Brain and Omega products some time later. On June 2, 2019 I notice a charge pending on my credit credit card for $102.95. I sent an email (because they do not provide ANY number to call to cancel) and tell them to cancel my account and never send me anything nor charge me for anything again. Of course I don't get a response. I am charged another charge of $99.95 the next day. And, again on July 2 and July 3. Still no response to my email. I should have known better than to order something from a company like this. I want my money back and I never want to be charged again for your crappy products. They're barely worth the $7.95!

Desired Outcome

A full refund for all 4 charges totalling $421.70. I have called my credit card company to block any further charges from Champai*MuscleOne and Palomino Health and am disputing the charges.

This offer was seen on TV endorsed by Bill Gates. I tried it and was sick
The company took out of my account $103 Ã?2. I just spoke to a person demanding my money back and she properly hang up the phone. Please help. I live on a very tight budget.

First, I do not remember ordering this. In the event I did, I certainly didn't realize there'd be a second
shipment at the ridiculous price of $110. I never opened either shipment because I didn't know what it was. After I saw the credit card charge, I called and said I'd mail the product back, UNOPENED. They said they best they could do was give me $49 back and I could NOT return the product for credit. This is totally unacceptable, but they don't care. Fraud as far as I'm concerned.

Billing Adjustment I just want the total $110 back to my credit card. Thank you for whatever you can do.

We have no record of Ms. contacting us to request a refund until July 2, 2019 where she had the option to return the product to us for a full refund minus our restocking fee. Her account was cancelled on this day as well. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. As a courtesy, we have refunded Ms. June transaction of $110.90 in the form of a check. Ms. is also is not required to return the products she received. Please allow 3-5 business days for the check to arrive. We are committed to providing our customers with the best service and apologize for any inconvenience.
