I made an internet purchase for $7.95 from "Palomin Smartproducts" on September 25, 2018. I followed the link from Twitter where the dietary supplement, "Revivia Brain", was advertised as a scientific trial, and only $7.95 must be paid for a delivery. When I purchased this one bottle the dietary supplement from the mentioned above company there weren't any indications about any additional price or further payment necessary. On October 9, 2018, my account was charged again for $102,95 by the same "Palomin Smartproducts. I called the representative of the company "Palomin Smartproducts, Revivia Brain" and requested to return my $102,95 which I never authorized to charge from my account. I also explained that I am allergic to this product. The mentioned representative said that I can mail the open bottle of the "Revivia Brain" back, and the company will issue a refund. I mailed the open bottle back on 10/11/2018 as I was explained by the representative of Palomin Smartproducts, but I never heard anything back from the company. No refund was issued. The company also didn't respond to my legal representative's letter.

We offer a trial period for our products, we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product you received. We do not offer sample sizes. The reason we send a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results.
Upon reviewing Ms. account, we can confirm that she purchased her trial products on September 21, 2018 and her products were delivered on October 1, 2018. Once the trial period ended, Ms. was billed the retail price for the two products she received. Ms. received her second order of products November 12, 2018 and her third order on December 21, 2018. Ms. then contacted our customer service department on December 27, 2018 to cancel her account. At this time, Ms. requested to return the product for a refund but since the products had already been opened our customer service department was unable to process a return, Ms. was offered a partial refund but she declined. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused Ms.. As a courtesy, we have issued a refund for last shipment of $107.90. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post in the account.

I saw an order for a free bottle of Rejuva Brain and Rejuva supplement Shipped to me.for shipping and handling charges of $7.95 each
I found the charges on my Bank account and I had used it for 2 weeks and didn't notice a change. I called on the 21st and asked to cancel my order did not want to continue. They said they did. My paperwork number was *** Talked with Agent ***Tunisa They said they would cancel. I called my bank and they fought it and called back and said that They said I didn't call within 14 days so they billed me $102.95 and would be billed monthly. I told them that I had called within that time and it took 5 days out of that time to get the item. They told the bank that I had them cancel it and they would have to take $102,95 out of my account. I got online to see if there had been any complaints from Revdex.com and there were numerous. I called the company back and said I would go ahead and pay that which I should not have been charged, They said that they had already cancelled it , but saw where others were being charged every month so I was specific and told them I did not want anymore of these items. The lady that I talked with tonight was agent*** on 12/17/2018. I told her I did not want anymore charges and she said it was cancelled, I see where other complaints still were charged monthly. and we don't even know if they were resolved. Also looking at complaints they said it didn't work. All I wanted was to try it to see if it would work and I didn't feel any change and I wanted to have more time to test it. I am a senior on a limited budget and can't afford to have money withdrawn from my account every month. I have medical issues and I probably should not have tried this stuff. I didn't think to see if it was a scam. It looked legit until these problems and checking to see what was said.

I would like to have my money back because they told me they would cancel it, but they say it is past the 14 days, and they said I didn't call them until the day after the 14 days. The invoice with the date shipped was 11/6/2018 they said The 14 day was on the 20th and that I didn't call till the 21st I told them that the 21st would have been 14 days. And they canceled the order. I do not want anymore charges and I will notify the bank in the morning and tell them no more charges!

Upon reviewing Ms. account, we can confirm she purchased her trial products on November 5, 2018. Once the trial period ended, we attempted to bill Ms. for the retail price of the products she received but we were only able to successfully bill her for one product. The transaction of $102.95 was successful but the transaction of $99.95 declined, meaning Ms. only paid for one of the products she received. On November 20, 2018 Ms. contacted our customer service department to cancel her account after she was billed for her product, Ms. also informed our customer service department that she had filed a dispute with her financial institute for the transaction of $102.95. We explained to Ms. that since she disputed the transaction already for her financial institute to refund the amount, we are not able to issue a refund on the same transaction. On December 10, 2018 we received a notification that the transaction had been successfully charged back.
Customer service is very important to use and we're glad Ms. financial institute was able to resolve her concern. We also hope she enjoys the products she received!

I am 80 years old! I signed up for what I thought was one trial bottle of Rejuva Brain months ago so that I could try it. In the last week and today I have received 2 bottles of this stuff and I did not order it! I have 5 charges on my credit card that I think has come from them. One for $102.95 that says "Young Muscle", dated 11/06 and another one just like it on 12/05 for $110.90, then there are 2 on the same 2 dates that says "Willow T Natural OM" for $99.95 and then $107.90, THEN there is one on 11/28 that says "Muscle Jack Test 80" for $19.93. I do not need or want this stuff and I want my MONEY BACK. I have NEVER received the other 3 items Young Muscle, Muscle Jack, etc, and Willow T, etc. If you can't help me, who can?

I hope to get a refund of my 100 dollars fee.
I make a purchase of a 20 dollars purchase roughly month ago, and figured out they charged me 100 dollars in the name of trial or membership. I called them nicely and hope to get a refund. However, they rejected and claimed that I have passed a certain date which never appeared when I purchased the product. So I really hope that the Bureau will find a solution. Thank you so much!

as per rejuvabrain supplement advertisement on internet I was led to believe that I will receive a free trial without obligations.
After I ordered product I was charged $18.00 for "shipping and handling" and I received another identical shipment about 3 weeks later on 11/2/2018. I didn't order anything since my "free trial" and this 2nd shipment was not authorized by me. Nowhere on there website does it state that I am obligated to buy more product at regular price if I don't cancel before 2 weeks from date of free trial.
I was charged 2 more times on 10/29/2018 for $107.90 and for $110.90 for a total of $218.80. I immediately called the phone # associated with these 2 charges: 888-256-5001 and after explaining what happened I was told I had only 2 weeks to cancel my subscription. I never subscribed and I was never told that I have only 2 weeks to cancel any further orders. I advised customer service that I didn't open 2nd package and can send it back immediately. Customer service hung up on me. I called back immediately and after waiting and arguing my case for one hour total I was advised I need to pay $15.00 restocking fee per item ( I received 2 items ) for a total restocking fee of $30.00. After arguing with a supervisor and telling her that I will report them to you I was finally given a total refund of $107.90 ( confirmation# XXXXXXXXXX) and a refund of 110.90 (confirmation # XXXXXXXXXX). I was told to wait up to 10 days before refund appears in my bank. I didn't argue the shipping and handling fee for my original order but it would be nice if I get a refund for that too since it was supposed to be a free trial.

I do not want any further shipments of any product and any charges from that company (or their subsidiaries) on my bank card. I request a full 100% refund of all charges from them. I do not want to have to cancel my card just because they still think they can overcharge me for their product.

On 10/8/18 I ordered Reviva Brain / one bottle of 60 pills and nothing more for $ 15.90 . On 10/23/18 Jadtran Jadsmart / Reviva Brain 1-800-293-5960 ( this is the telephone no. as listed and name on my bank notice telling me I am overdrawn) charged my bank Account $ 102.95 because they say I was suppose to call them 2 weeks after my initial order on 10/8/18 . I just called the telephone number as listed in parenthesis above the Woman I spoke to talked very fast and in a very heavy accent and she told me that they charged me $ 102.95 because I did not call them . First of all I ordered only the Reviva Brain 60 pills and NOTHING else and they sent me some fish oil pills that I specifically remember looking at and stating that I did not want the Fish Oil .I scrutinized the AD for this Nootropic and saw NOTHING about my having to call them back at all , let alone in 2 weeks . So now I have a negative - $ 504.25 balance in my bank account because I ordered several items on *** on the 23rd and everything has bounced ! I believe these people are scammers . They have refunded me thus far $ 202.90 but I am still $ 301.35 in the hole due to them . I just got a phone call just now that says not to do any financial transactions on my computer because I have been hacked ! The call was from Microsoft ! A firewall issue !

Ingredients were not listed in original add after consulting with my Neurologist I was advised not to take the pills.The subscription was canceled andI was refunded the $102.95 but not the $7.95 for the shipping of the pills. Thank you again, ***XXX-XXX-XXXX

They lied & deceived me.
I went in to order ONE free bottle of Rejuva Brain with fee of $7.95 for shipping. Instead they charged me $7.95 for that bottle, put me on an unauthorized subscription and, even though I opted out of a bottle of omega 3 supplements and video they STILL charged me for one free bottle of the omega and the video. When I received the receipt there was no phone number so I immediately emailed them and cancelled the entire order and subscription. I then called my bank to put a dispute in for this service. I need them to simply CANCEL MY ORDER ALL OF IT AND ANY ASSOCIATED SUBSCRIPTION because I CANNOT AFFORD IT SINCE, MY UNDERSTANDING IS, THE SUPPLEMENT IS $100.00+ AND I CANNOT AFFORD IT. This must be stopped because it is FRAUD.

I ordered this as a trial, pay shipping and handling only. Now I have been billed over 200$ for 1 bottle of pills that do not work.
I I ordered the trial on 7/09/18. Received July 27th. I tried it for 2 weeks, did not see any changes. I just saw where I was billed for $102.95 on 7/23 then again on 8/23/18. I called on August 27th to ask why and they said I had agreed to this by taking the trial option. I never saw anything that said I had 14 days to cancel. I didn't even get the pills in 14 days, I got them in 18 days.
I did get them to refund me 160.38, I asked why not $204.00 they said because there is a 25% return fee....
I don't agree with the way they do business. The medicine did not work. This was a waste of money, time and to much trouble.

Rejuvabrain's attempt to bill on credit card for unauthorized unknown charges totaling greater than $200.00. My bank closed card and fraud case pend.
I saw the advertisement on TV and placed an online order to get the product Rejuvabrain providing my credit card information. Unknown to me would be the problem I'm facing today. 1) unauthorized billing for products not shown in infomercial, 2) attempt to enroll me in some type of health system which would lead to *** 3) shipment of products not known Omega3 tablets, 4) bogus appearing information supposedly presented/shared with me within an EMAIL and 5) greater than $200.00 in charges on my credit card for which my bank (Compass) refused to honor. As a result, I received a call from my bank inquiring about charges and authorization for products. I did not at any time knowingly grant permission for REJUVABRAIN to bill for additional products, services. Upon responses from me, my banking institution has closed that card, with the promise to send another, which I have not received to date. I have been the victim of an attempted scam of some kind in my option. Please note that on the charges which were given to me by my bank, I have yet to see. The invoice on my EMAIL showed $18.89. No subscription/enrollment was requested which was presented in an EMAIL.
I am receiving calls implying some type of FRAUD against me for failing to permit charges to be honored/paid from my banking account. I will gladly return the unopened 2 bottles REJUVABRAIN and OMEGA3 products. Note until 4 days ago, I could find nothing. Replied to shipping/billing EMAILS attempting to cancel, but nothing.

No further attempts to collect bogus payments from a closed card/account at my bank. No charges of attempted FRAUD against me. Who would agree to pay for false advertized billing and products/services not known? Rejuva Brain and Omega 100 products arrived after requesting a trial product with charges for shipping and handling.
Automatic charges appeared on my credit card soon after receiving the products. 05/16 7.95 S & H. Then 102.95 05/30, 99.95 05/31 and finally 107.90 on 07/01. In July they finally mailed me an invoice with their email address which didn't work when I tried to communicate with them. I've been working with my credit card company to block this company but it doesn't block them from charging. I don't want their products; in fact I returned their original offer unopened.

It took confusing directions after I completed the order, never told me the order was completed, and tried to get me to order an exercise routine and the same app I just declined. When I checked my bank account online, they had double charged me for the order, charged me for the exercise program I declined and for the app I declined. Their practice is predatory and should be illegal. No matter how good the product is, this business behavior reeks of con game level activity and it's clear from other complaints that they deliberately cheat people.

I want a FULL REFUND for the products and services for which they charged me. I do not want them sending me ANYTHING now and I refuse to be enrolled in their monthly subscription. If they charge me for items and services I did not order, I will file a criminal charges against them.

On May 16th 2018 I clicked on an advertisement featuring Dr. Ben Carson winning the Nobel award for Rejuva Brain Omerga. That click set into motion a continuing over $100 charge on my credit card. That web hot link also set up a like charge for a muscle Jack Pump. This is no trial offer it is a scam targeting senior citizens with brain disorders and it is very annoying.
