Called to cancel shipments of product which was advertised as a single shipment. Service rep said they couldn't find my account in order to cancel.

Wanted to try product. Purchased what was advertised as single shipment. Shipments kept coming (as of 6/25/2019 I have received 4-ish?)

When I received the 2nd unexpected delivery, I contacted them and they said they couldn't find my account (to cancel), that they handle hundreds of products, and they didn't know why I was still receiving shipments.

Yet my account is still being billed and I am still receiving product.

Desired Outcome

Just STOP sending product and STOP billing my account. Here is info RE: latest shipment: ShpDate: 2019/06/17 SLSORD: *** (or *** REF: XXXXXXXX-XXXXX SHIPPER: Reviva Brain SHPORD# XXXXX I believe they can "find my account" with this information (?!) STOP Shipments! STOP billing my account!

Fraudulent charges and sales practices by JADTRANSSMART-JADTRANSHEALTH Palomino Smart Products
On June 9, 2019 I ordered free sample of Reviva Brain + Omega Fusion. Understood would only be charged shipping and handling but other charges added without my consent. I ordered one free sample of Reviva Brain and of Omega Fusion from Reviva Brain on June 9 ,2019 and agreed to pay shipping and handling only of 7.95 and 7.95 for each product. The order number was 3C4DXXXXXX. I charged the purchase on my Chase debit Card. Later I found out that the company had, without my permission or knowledge automatically enrolled me twice in their automatic "subscriptions" and had attempted to charged my card 102.95 plus 7.95 shipping and handling for for a facial cream that I had not ordered. I became aware of this situation when the Chase fraud unit called me to question the transaction on Saturday, June 23, 2019 to find out the details of those unauthorized charges and was informed that there are companies who use deceptive or hidden information advertising to get customers to purchase what they think is a free sample, only to find out the company has automatically enrolled them in a bogus and unauthorized ... bogus and unauthorized "automatic subscription plan." This is what happened to me. I asked Chase to deny the payment. I then attempted to cancel these unauthorized "subscriptions" to prevent these companies from charging my card for any additional unauthorized and fraudulent charges and automatic sending of products." On Sunday, June 23, 2019, I found JADTRANSHEALTH website, which had sent the Reviva Brain and was unable to cancel my "membership" or "subscription" on that web site. I tried to track Reviva Brain complaints on the web, found the Revdex.com site which listed a number of different company names, addresses and phone numbers for this "company," which seems to be the same enterprise under different identities, and found a listing for a supposed parent company called Palomino Smart Products. I went to their website and cancelled the "membership" or "subscription" which was listed there in my name on Sunday, June 23, 2019 by completing and submitting a cancellation form. Just to confirm the cancellation, I called the phone number at the bottom of the cancellation form (877-560-2001) and was told that the only way to cancel the "subscription" was to call. "Agent *** advised me that I would have to pay $39.99 for each of the two bottles of product received on June 9, 2019 in order to settle this matter in a timely manner. The other choice was to cancel my debit card and be burdened with having no access to money for 5-10 days as well editing many automatic payment accounts including Medicare and supplemental health insurance. I agreed but cannot understand how this is a free sample when in fact it is a scam.
In both cases I received a written confirmation that my "membership" or "subscription" had been cancelled. So my credit card was charged twice in the amounts of 39.99 and 39.99, on June 23, 2019, for a product that was supposed to be free.

Desired Outcome

I am asking for a full refund of those two charges of 39.99 and 39.99 made to my Chase Debit card on June 23, 2019 to be refunded and a full written apology for deceptive advertising practices and fraudulent business activities by this enterprise/these enterprises. This is clearly a scam operation.

I ordered a bottle of Reviva Brain and a bottle of Omega Fusion100 on trial but I neglected to cancel further pills before the trial time was up due to phone calls not answered or emails not answered. Then on Dec 22 I received a bottle of each product again, and I have been trying to cancel my name off their records so I didn't receive any more because they don't work for me and all I get is a recording on the phone saying" I can't hear you so you will have to call back later" and still no emails were answered either. The Omega Fusion100 billed me $107.90 and the Reviva Brain billed me $110.90, which previously was $107.90. I would like to return the 2nd bottles I received in Dec 22 but if not I really need to get my name and credit card cancelled so I get no more of the products. I really don't know how to reach them any longer. Can you help'

At this time, Ms. account was cancelled to avoid any future shipments or billings. Ms. also accepted a 75% refund for her December order in exchange for being able to keep the products she received. Customer service is extremely important to us and we understand that Ms. was unsatisfied with the outcome so as a courtesy we have refunded the remaining amount of her December transactions, for $26.98 and $27.73. Ms. has not received a full refund for her December order and is able to keep the products she received as a gift. But I do wish that these companies could NOT recharge and recorder more products unless approved by customer. I'm sure a lot a people get ripped off by this practice that every "free sample bottle, just pay postage." company does. Then if you hadn't read the fine print, they keep sending more and charging your credit card.However, I am satisfied with the results and I Thank You very much for making it happen, because I couldn't. The email for refunds never ever worked.

It is absolutely a scam. I read the advertisement very carefully and there was nothing in the fine print about further charges for the product. Furthermore, the product does nothing for your brain or your memory. This company should be put out of business for fraud. Please Revdex.com, go after them.

I ordered one free sample of Reviva Brain and of Omega Fusion from Reviva Brain on Feb. 15,2019 and agreed to pay shipping and handling only of 7.95 and 7.95 for each product. The order number was XXXXXCD058. I charged the purchase on my Master Card. Later I found out that the company had, without my permission or knowledge automatically enrolled me twice in their automatic "subscriptions" and had charged my card 99.95 and 102.95 plus 7.95 shipping and handling for each on March 2 and April 2. I phoned Master Card on Saturday, April 20, 2019 to find out the details of those unauthorized charges and was informed that there are companies who use deceptive or hidden information advertising to get customers to purchase what they think is a free sample, only to find out the company has automatically enrolled them in a bogus and unauthorized "automatic subscription plan." This is what happened to me. I asked Master Card to freeze my card until I had the chance to cancel these unauthorized "subscriptions" but was told they can't freeze my card, and advised me to conact both companies which had charged my card diectly to cancel these unautorized "subscriptions and automatic sending of products." Thus I cancelled this Mastercard on Saturday, April 20, 2019 to prevent these companies from charging my card for any additional unauthorized and fraudulent charges. I found JADTRANSHEALTH website, which had sent the Reviva Brain and cancelled what they listed as my "membership" or "subscription" on Monday, April 22, 2019. I tried to locate the other company, listed as Fortifysite on my credit card statement, but could not find any such website or company listed anywhere. I tried to track Reviva Brain complaints on the web, found the Revdex.com site which listed a number of different company names, addresses and phone numbers for this "company," which seems to be the same enterprise under different identities, and found a listing for a supposed parent company called Palomino Smart Products. I went to their website and cancelled the "membership" or "subscription" which was listed there in my name on Tuesday, April 22, 2019. In both cases I received a written confirmation that my "membership" or "subscription" had been cancelled. So my credit card was charged twice in the amounts of 107.90 and 110.90, on March 2, 2019, posted March 3, 2019, and again on April 2, 2019, posted April 3, 2019 for a product and "service" I neither requested, ordered, knew about or wanted. These charges were made without my consent or knowledge.
I also sent an additional email to JADTRANSHEALTH customer care email address but it was returned and marked "undeliverable."

I am asking for a full refund of those two unauthorized charges of 107.90 and 110.90 made on March 2 and April 2 2019 placed on my Mastercard without my authorization or knowledge and a full written apology for deceptive advertising practises and fraudulent business activites by this enterprise/these enterprises. Website was very unclear about recurring shipments and the cost which ended up being a ridiculous amount of over $100 per month totaling over $400
Deceiving website that was hard to understand. I was expecting maybe half the amount,,,, This is a big problem with these types of transactions where it is obscure pricing.... especially for seniors.

We see he gave us a call on April 10, 2019 and cancelled his subscription but up until that day it seemed on our end that Mr. was happy receiving our products on a monthly basis. REFUND REFUND REFUND!! I signed up for the 7.95 trial, and without knowing, they charged me 102. I sent the product back, and still haven't refunded.
In october of 2018, I purchased a 7.95 free trial, and this scam of a company failed to communicate that they signed me up automatically for a monthly membership. I called immediately to get a refund, and they prompted me to send back the product to their Tampa location. I sent it back, and they said it would be a $15 restock fee, at this point I didn't care I just wanted my money back. But months went by and this company NEVER REFUNDED ME DESPITE MY RETURN. They have made it EXTREMELY difficult to contact them, so I decided to file a claim through my bank. My bank could not do anything as at this point it's out of their time frame. I NEED THIS MONEY BACK AS I AM A WORKING STUDENT TRYING TO PAY MY BILLS. Someone please help me !! I've tried everything at this point and all the phone numbers linked to this so called "company" were all numbers of different companies not even related to rejuvia brain. Misleading marketing resulting in a very very bad experience, this company basically stole my money.

I would prefer a full 100% refund for the 102.95 in my account, but I will settle with the $85 since they said my return would require a "restock fee." I am a VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

I Cannot cancel my subscription to the product Reviva Brain. No contact info available. I want a refund for last shipment and all orders cancelled.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)If customer service were important to them, they would provide valid contact information with there product. I was never able to reach anyone concerning my subscription. This seems like a shady practice.

Ordered and agreed to pay $7.95 for a "free, no-risk" trial bottle of Reviva Brain pills, got billed $110 a month for the last 2 months
Ordered the $7.95 "Free no-risk" sample of Reviva Brain and got a receipt for the $7.95 and the bottle of pills as I expected. I then was billed 102.95 2 weeks later of which I didn't recognize the charge, then another $110 dollars the following month and received another bottle of pills (I didn't order) in the mail at which time I figured out where the bills were coming from. There was no indication that I was going to be billed for the "free" pills or be sent anything else after that.

Desired Outcome

Refund what I did't agree to - $110.90 + $102.95 = $213.85 Very confident this is their business model - ship products folks don't order and don't refund anything by hassling them to death. No way these pills are worth 110 a bottle - I never even opened either one.

This company initially charged just shipping for the "trial" sample I received and then billed me for an amount which was not disclosed up front.
I originally ordered the trial sample and was charged "just the shipping cost" of $7.95 on my Citicard credit card on January 25th. Subsequently, I was charged $102.95 on my card on February 8th, before the 30 day trial was up. When I filled out the information for the trial, there was no mention of exactly what the charge would be if I continued, nor that this charge would be attached to the "sample" I had already received and not to a new shipment.
When I called and spoke to an "agent" today, she told me that I now had a subscription and I had needed to cancel by the 30 days. I asked for the "subscription" to be canceled and for a refund of the $102.95. She said I would not get the refund. When I contacted my credit card company, the representative canceled my card and has reissued a new one. She also recommended that I deal with the company directly about the refund, but they've already told me that they would not give one. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that anyone I would want to talk with had already left for the day.
My complaint is 2-fold: that I was not informed of the actual cost up front and that the company charged me before the trial period was up.

Desired Outcome

I would like a refund of $102.95 and assurances that the "subscription" has been canceled. I would also appreciate any investigation into the website and their marketing practices.

There is no phone number to call this business. They keep charging me but I want to cancel the product. There is no way to get in contact with them. I would like to return the products because they are bad for me and do not work. I would like to contact the company but their website has no information for customer support.

To Whom It May Concern, We have reviewed Ms. Peter's complaint and we would like to apologize for any miscommunications on our part. Our company has adapted to the monthly subscription model due to popular demand. Once you place your order with us, you are given a 14-day trial to see how you like our product for only the price of shipping and handling. After this period of time if you don't call to cancel, you are enrolled into our program and set to receive new shipments every 30 days. Our terms and conditions are listed on our website but we do apologize if there was any misunderstanding here. Following our research into her account with us, we have found that Ms. began her trial with us on September 29th, 2018 for the shipping cost of $7.95. After her 14-day trial ended, she was charged for the retail price of the products she received and enrolled in our monthly program. After reaching out to us on January 28th, 2019 her account was cancelled and she was refunded $218.80. Because customer satisfaction is extremely important to us, we have refunded Ms *** $437.60 along with respective email confirmations, making her total reimbursement $656.40. Unfortunately we are not able to issue any further refunds due to the fact that the charges date back to the past year. Ms *** will not be receiving any further shipments from us. I requested a sample, which I received. Then I started getting billed monthly for refills, which I did not request.
I responded to an ad to receive a free sample. I did receive that sample, but then started getting billed monthly for refits of Rejuva Brain, and Omega Fusion 100. I want to cancel these subscriptions, but can find no method for doing that, and e-mails I have sent to [email protected] are being rejected. My credit card is being charged under WILLOW T HEALTHY MUSCLE and SWTRANS*NATURALOMEGA. I need assistance in cancelling both of these products.

After reviewing Mr. complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion he may have had when he placed his order. We offer a trial period for our products, where we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product you received. We do not offer sample sizes. The reason we send a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results. Our subscription was created to allow our customers to continue seeing results after the first products they received run out.
Upon reviewing Mr. account, it looks like he purchased his Rejuva Brain trial on November 2, 2018 - and once the trial period ended, Mr. was billed the retail price of the products he received. We see he tried to reach out via email and we apologize for the miscommunication; however we have no record of Mr. calling us. This is not a problem however, we have cancelled his subscription with us. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. As a courtesy, we have refunded Mr. March transactions of $107.90 and $110.90. Mr. is also is not required to return any of the products he received. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunds to post in the account where the funds were debited. We are committed to providing our customers with the best service and apologize for any inconvenience. We hope this resolves Mr. concern.

Thank you for the follow up response. Coincidentally, I received e-mail today from the vendor, confirming cancellation of my subscription. They are also reversing the last charges. I am satisfied with this outcome, and appreciate your assistance resolving this issue.

They're doing they're taking people's money out of their account without them knowing about it after a free trial of a supplement

They claim in the fine print that they tell you they will charge you an additional $200 for pills/supplements but I am a fine print reader every time and NO WHERE did they put anything in the fine print. This business is a scam. It took me weeks to get my money back!!!

Complaint is they make it impossible to contact them. Tried multiple phone #'s.
I wanted to order ONE bottle but was put on a monthly subscription. I returned-to-sender the second bottle but was still charged for it. Now I just received another bottle during the third month which I was charged again for. I would like to receive a refund for the second and third bottles.

A refund for the last two bottles sent to me. They make it virtually impossible to contact them to cancel the subscription. None of the four phone numbers I tried worked for them, there is no way to contact them through their website, and they provide no email address or contact information.

On 12/18/18 I ordered 2 products from this company. Reviva Brain & Omega Fusion as a trial for $18 something dollars. Today I see charges on my card for $202.90 dollars which I DID NOT KNOW I am going to get charged.I hardly can pay my bills which are necessary to live. One product I open and used just one capsule only, and the other one is not open at all. When I took that one I was dizzy and became confused all day. I did not call the company because I though you get what you order and that's it,and because was my first time ordering a trial. I didn't know that was a trick behind it.I contacted the company and explained the situation that but, they said that it's past the 30 day trial & they can not refund the money.Plus they hung up on me. I'm VERY,VERY UNSATISFIED and ANGRY with this company for saying that they can not refund my money for the products that I DID NOT ORDER . I know it is my fault that I should have checked the rating & reviews fist, but please do something to refund my money which I need to use it to pay the doctor. They have done this before , which I saw it on the reviews today.If they want to succeed in their business they should satisfy their client and be more professional. billing problem ad said 7.95 for free bottle
the pop up ad was on my facebook page about a brain support pill.that is endorsed by doctors and ben carson.the ad stated 7.95 for shipping the pills were free.I tried it and after 5 days they made me feel ill so I stoped taking them.I thought that was it now I recieved a phone call from themand they want 102 dollars because you have to cancle and return the pills before a 14 day trial in the ad that was not there.they told me they tried to charge my credit card but it declined.it would I got a new card because I was hacked.I feel the ad is misleading to trap you into trying the product then hitting you up for 102 dollars a month.

Rejuva brain rep told me I could mail package back for refund. No refund given and they are making it very hard to get refund.
My elderly father *** (zip code 37923) was scammed by rejuva brain. He thought they were "free" because of the "free trial" and he didn't realize he had given his debit card to them. As his POA I have taken over this matter for him. I called and asked how to return and was asked 3 times if I was interested in keeping the pills for a greater discount each time. I finally got them to send me a return label and was told I just had to pay for shipping to return them for a refund. I never saw a refund so I called last night and was told that I had to provide the shipping label in order to get a refund. I was never told this in the beginning. I put all the appropriate tracking info so they could link it back to my dads account for a refund. They should be responsible for their own tracking. I am beyond mad at this scam of a company.
