I want Them to stop sending. Have returned 4 and it keeps coming. Stop please Cannot take Due to stomach issues
They keep sending me product when I have returned many and asked them to stop. It causes stomach issues and my MD said not to take. They have been charging me and I want my account refunded. I have called Amex for there assistance

nootropictech.com claims they are not Rejuva Brain, but the site directs you there and they Say have no record of above transaction.

I thought I was getting a free sample and only pay for "shipping" but my debit card has been charged with many unexpected charges upwards of $100.00
When I called 855-475-0500 and spoke with customer service rep Ace *** I told him I wanted to send back the products Amazin brain and OmegAmazin and get a refund he hung up on me.

Ad from which I ordered free trial (pay s/h only) said nothing about subscription. Cancelled but refused refund for two unopened pckgs. Over $200
Spoke with Tyler 497 re complaint. Cancelled but would not refund or let me return unopened packages. Refused to let me speak to her manager. She stated website tells about subscription but ad did not. Where is the FTC. These crooks are everywhere. Is there any recourse? Just want my money back.

I ordered a free sample of rejuva brain on 2/27/2020 which I had to pay $7.99 shipping for. I later read reviews of a subscription they sign you up for in which they collect $100.00. I cancelled subscription March 4 2020. It is now March 11 2020 and these thieves took 100.00 . Again I cancelled March 4

Was charged 222.80 for products I did not order. The same company charged me $111.90 for "30-day trial" of "Rejuva Brain" (ca. $40)
I ordered a single bottle of "Rejuva Brain" for ca. $40 and was charged $111.90 which I did not order, and was charged $110.90 separately from same company calling itself "Omega Fusion 100". Total ripoff was $222.80. These orders included "auto-pay" options which were unknown to me. I was able to cancel the auto-pay options but they refused to cancel the fraudulent charges of $222.80. This outfit is a scam. The claims for both products was outrageously false and fantastic. A complaint for one is a claim for both supposedly different companies being fraudulently disguised as two different companies.

I may have signed up for a $15.00 trail sample and then I get a call saying that I owe them $205.00 and I don't pay they will ruin my credit
I just got off a call with a sales rep who said that I ordered their product in November. She said I had 14 days to cancel and that since this time has passed and I didn't cancel I owed them $206. I said if I bought something I paid for it at the time of order and that companies don't ship product without paying. She said they do and if it's not cancelled then I owe them the full price of the product which I would have never ordered something like this (snake oil). She then got aggressive and said she was going to ruin my credit. If they do anything to my credit based on this scam then I will sue them - trust me. This is a scam company with unethical marketing, commerce and collections.

I just don't understand why some try to be dishonest to make a living when a honest living can be had just the same. These people should lose whatever rights they have to have a business license and market in the internet

I received the product, then was charged 110.90. I want to cancel the subscription but there is no apparent way to do that. No listed number to call.
I fell for the deceptive online ad for Reviva brain with Dr. Ben Carson. Didn't realize it was a subscription. I was charged 110.90 for a product I don't want and there's no clear way to cancel. No phone number to call and no email. I tried calling the numbers I found online, all either don't work or I jus get hung up on by an automated service. I just want to cancel.

I was charged for something I didn't order. .they won't respond

for " free trial ".On 12/21/2019,hours advert the trial order, I emailed, stating to make sure I dont get charged for anything else, nothing else is being ordered, and I will dispute any charges. I got that feeling, shouldn't have trusted them.

DID NOT ORDER nor have I received anything from them.
I have tried to contact them via
email, only the first email got a response. .which said nothing

I have emailed several times since then and nothing. I'm still looking for a phone number to call to complain to get my monies refunded but as of yet,
no luck. I am also concerned that they may try to "STEAL"
my monies again next month.
I'm on social security disability
and sure can't afford to flush
that kind of money. ..it's becoming a stress point that Im trying to keep control of but the frustration level is climbing.

Rejuva Brain is dishonest. Rejuva is falsely representing their trial advertisement for Reviva Brain and wrongly charging me.
I tried the product for the shipping fee of appx $7.95. There was nothing in the fine print alleging that I would have to pay a penny more than I had already. After using the product with no results I cancelled imediately. Aprooximately three months after I began getting threating phone calls from the company stating I owed them $100 for the bottle I got in my "risk free trial". I did not order or receive or order any further bottles. The company told me if I did not pay them the $100 for the bottle I received they will report me to the credit agencies. I do not want my credit ruined by a scam of a company. I am currently on disability due to severe health issues and can not afford this.

An add popped up on my phone about a product called Reviva brain. The add said that Tiger Woods was threatened To lose his master's title for taking the product because it enhanced his Performance so well. I have been having trouble with memory so decided to give it a try. I ordered the trial offer for 7.95. A couple of days later after doing some research on the product, I went back online and canceled my subscription with the company. Today my bank account shows I have been billed 103.95. I noticed online several amounts charged for the same product and none of them over $40. I called the company and told them what happened and they are telling me they can't refund my money. I would like my money refunded on the grounds of false advertisement!

The website stated $7.95 for a Risk Free Trial. This was in November, 2019. On December 25, 2019 I was sent product and billed $111.90. The website did not say anything at all about signing up for shipments after that. There was nothing to click on to see what the policy was for further shipments. It also did not say anything about monthly charges going forward. It only said this was a "Risk Free Trial". I called them in Tampa, Fl. and complained but they would not take the product back nor refund my money. They did agree to stop sending product and billing. I want a refund of $111.90.

We ordered a complimentary supply of Reviva Brain, found it ineffective. We were subsequently billed $110.00 a month for seven months, got -0-oCredit.
We asked why we got no credit and were told, no returns were shown as we
returned to a wrong address? We finally got a cancellation nember for future
but were shown no consideration for past returns?

I asked for the free trial of rejuva brain. I got it sent again without asking for it and I just called them. They told me they couldn't take it back because I didn't cancel. How can I cancel what I didn't expect? I asked them to cancel from now on. When I asked what I paid for it....$110! I told them amazon has the exact same thing for $30 and he didn't care AT ALL! This company is a rip off!

Company continues to send me products and charge my credit card. They have been told to discontinue shipments & remove my CC from being billed.

Called to complain and cancel account. Told service rep I wanted refund of $111.90 and cancel account. Service agent very rude, refused to refund money and indicated product was already prepared for shipment and could not be stopped. Saidwould get email to confirm cancellation. Company deliberately deceives customers. No cancellation email received

I ORDERED THE BUY 3 GET 2 FREE DEAL ON OCT. 28. ONCE IT CAME IN AND I RESEARCHED IT MORE, I DECIDED I DID NOT WANT TO USE IT. SO, I CALLED AND GOT AN RMA# FOR RETURN. I PAID SHIPPING AND RETURNED THE PACKAGE ON NOV. 12. THEY RECIEVED THE PACKAGE ACCORDING TO UPS ON NOV. 14TH AT 10:44AM. THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE 5 TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT. I CALLED DEC. 4TH AND WAS TOLD BY 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE THAT IT WAS PROCESSING STILL AND I WOULD RECIEVE MY REFUN BY DEC. 12TH. I CALLED BACK DEC. 13TH AND WAS TOLD THAT THEY CHANGED THEIR POLICY AND THEY ARE NO LONGER DOING REFUNDS.

HOWEVER, WHEN I ORDERED IT AND WHEN I RETURNED IT, THE POLICY WAS FULL REFUND. I STILL SEE ON THEIR SITE THE SAME ASWELL.

Ordered vitamins from Rejuva Brain for $7.95. Two weeks later my credit card was charged $102.95 for those vitamins. Co. refused to refund my money.
On or around 10/28/19, I ordered a trial bottle of vitamins from Rejuva Brain for $7.95. On 11/10/19, my credit card account was charged $102.95 for those pills.
Called the company in dispute and asked that they cancel my subscription. Was told that because I didn't cancel in two weeks, I have to pay full price for the pills. I thought I had 30 days. There is no way to determine if the pills work in two weeks from order as it even took several days to get them via the mail. Company refused to allow me to return the bottle for a refund.

I received a free bottle of this , just had to pay shipping..... I thought !
After taking this stuff it had no benefit to me . So I called them to cancel and did cancel but I received a charge of 102.95 and another of 103.95.
So I called them and asked why?
I canceled one day to late , so I was charged the full price for this product that I thought was free!!!!
