My memory father challenged father who purchased this item during the trial assumed he was getting a deal What is since cost him $330.
My father has received four shipments of this product according to the company and his bank statement . He does not recall receiving the second norther shipment nor have I been able to find it in the house. . When I noticed the fourth shipment pending and call the company I was told that I could not cancel the order because the shipment was in process and the agent hung up the phone on me. I called back and spoke with the supervisor who gave me a cancellation number for the services. Upon receipt of the fourth item I called to get a return slip number and was told that I could not return the part product for credit. They should have canceled that order and when I call while it was pending. They should not market to Senior's with memory problems in this manner.

Desired Outcome

I wish to have my father's money refunded. I wish to return the last shipment and I'd like proof the second and third shipment.

I bought the Reviva Brain on a sample basis, but they insist that I agreed to buy a 3 month supply. I've tried stop the purchase with no success.
I found there was a problem when I received an email from my bank last Friday asking if I recognized a suspicous purchase; I didn't and informed them. On the weekend I received a phone call from the bank's fraud department also asking about the purchase - $103.95. I said I didn't recognized it but suspected what it was. Then I called the Reviva Brain people and they said they couldn't stop the order, and I called the bank and they said they paid it! I said their fraud operation was faulty. I noted that it's sold on Amazon so put up a query as to the effectiveness, and several people responded that it isn't effective, so I plan to inform Amazon. I also filed a complaint with the Maryland Attorney General's office.

Refund, and promise not to continue this practice.

I ordered a "free" months supply of Reviva Brain.on 11/8/19. They misled me and suddenly charged $103.95 to my bank acct and won't refund.
On 11/8/19 I ordered online from Willow T Health a "free" bottle of Reviva Brain for $7.95 shipping & handling and paid with my debit card. On 11/22/19 they charged my bank account an additional $103.95. I called the company at 1-800-983-9750 and spoke to Dre agent #026 and they claim I agreed to contact them within 14 days of receiving it, otherwise I would be charged an additional $103.95. I never agreed to that and told them I would report them to Revdex.com, he offered to give me a 35% refund, I said no. He then offered me a 50% refund and then a 65% refund. I demanded a full refund. He said they are at 3201 Hillsborough, Tampa FL and they will not refund. I am going to my bank in the AM and hopefully will be able to get this money refunded somehow. I feel stupid for falling for this scam.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund to my bank of the $103.95 that I did not authorize them to withdraw and that they do not try to take any more money in the future.

They stole my personal information and charged me $200+ for a bogus product.
I saw an ad for this that said free just pay for the shipping. I provided my information, and then saw the fine print and closed my browser without submitting the request form. They had already captured my personal information and charged my card $200+ When I called them, they refused to refund the money they charged. I never signed up for this! Total thieves.

I want a refund, but I called their customer service line 3 times and they refuse.

I never submitted my information to this company nor did they ever send any information to me about this subscription. They stole my information and my money. I do not want this product, I never ordered this product and I have not used this product. I want a full refund or will report this activity as fraud and theft.

I have asked to be removed from their automatic shipment, but I continue to receive the products.
I have attempted to discontinue by submitting what I thought was a canceling request, but to no avail have they honored my request. I also attempted to return the package unopened to sender, but the postal services here has returned the package. I even went to the post office in Tampa FL to return ALL the packages by mailing it back to them and requested in the package to please discontinue all mailing and to cancel my subscriptions. As of today, November 4, 2019 I received yet another package.

Desired Outcome

I would like to be reinbursed from all the transactions and to be removed from all automatic shipments and to discontinue any further shipments.

This is a scam! Sending free samples then charges me over $200. for something that costs $34. online. Canceled my subscription with no reimburstment!
I ordered Reviva Brain for free trial online on 10/19/19. Just pay shipment of $7.95. I receive an e-mail from my Chase credit card fraud protection services about fraudulent activities. Reviva Brain known as "A subscription merchant charged me $102.95 on November 2nd! Then the very next day tried to charge me $99.95 on November 3rd and that charge was declined! Thank goodness!
That is $202.95 for a trial supplement that costs $34.00 on Amazon! This is fraud!
I called 1-877-560-2001 to cancel subscription and asked for reimbursement of funds. They cancelled my subscription and did NOT reimburse me for funds! Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there is no one available. Said I would hold and was told they had no supervisor available.
I called 1-800-293-5960 one minute later and a Supervisor answered the phone! Her name was Sivon and her number Was #474. I explained that I was not aware that these charges were made and that I was not interested in this product, asked to refund the fraudulent charges and she declined. She was not cooperative and did not care to refund the Charges.
Still not sure why they tried and charge me $102.95 on November 2nd then again $99.95 the very next day(that was declined)
Bottom line, They charged me $102.95 for a product that costs $34.00 on amazon.
I am Disputing the charges with my Chase Credit Card company with hopes that I get my funds back for this fraudulent charge!
I'm hoping to help consumers in the future to not get scammed!!

This offer was seen on TV endorsed by Bill Gates. I tried it and was sick The company took out of my account $103 Ã??2. I just spoke to a person demanding my money back and she properly hang up the phone. Please help. I live on a very tight budget.

I ordered a trial of this and cancelled the monthly charge/delivery of any more of this product because it doesn't work. Stop sending and charging me!
I received my trial order and cancelled it immediately but for some reason I cant get them to STOP charging me or delivering this product to me!!!! Help me get them to stop and where can I return the products that I am continuing to get!!!!!

I was not aware that I would be charged anymore than the shipping and handling of 15.99 for the product on the free trial but they have charged 102.95
I want a full refund the product is unopened and it does not contain the ingredients that I thought it would have that actually is recommended by Drs. to be beneficial to and for the brain. These ingredients do little more than a cup of coffee.

Rcvd call 10/15/19 saying I ordered Reviva Brain &Omega Fusion 100 on 7/3/19 & delivered on 7/6/19. Today, when I told my husband came home I asked about this. He said it was downstairs b/c it came in his name. I ALWAYS write all orders in a book AND, if there is a cancel date, I wriTe a cancel date in my planner. NITHER was shown in either Book. I asked the caller for the original price and Hailey said it was $202, when I said I would NEVER order ANYTHING at that price, but she insisted. She had a debit card # she said did not go through and if I did not pay the $202 T that moment tonight this charge was going to some collection source that would cost around $400 and could affect my perfect credit score. I did give her a different card #, but the original price should have been $39-&49, NOT$202! They said that is b/c I did not cancel, but it was sent to the wrong person. PLEASE help.

palomino smart keeps charging me
Palomino Smart charged me $102.95 on my August 7, 2019,debit card for something I did not purchase. I called them and saidI never heard of them and did not but anything from them.They stated they would remove me from their so called membership and I told them I didnt know what they were talking about. Fake "Business Insider" web page links to "https://revivabrain.com/..." and then proceeds to offer a trial bottle. Confirmation email includes charge and apparent subscription. There is no apparent way to cancel the subscription and it was unclear that there was a charge or subscription in the first place. Unable to access website that submitted the charge. (TL;DR - it's a scam).

Hello! I was able to connect with the company- Reviva Brain. Due to the terms of their contractual agreement- they stated they can cancel my subscription/orders moving forward but are UNABLE to refund any previous purchases as there was a 2 week time period upon subscribing that I had to cancel future orders. I have attempted to call this company several times at the following phone# 1-844-265-2200 but was unable to get a customer service agent to speak with. I am still requesting a refund as I have emailed them as well as called several times in the last 6 months in order to request cancellation of the subscription. Thank You.

Refused to cancel subscription, and to provide a number for product to be returned. Company continued to bill credit card.
I purchased a trial bottle on about May 10 and notified the company by email on May 23 that I wanted to cancel the subscription. I received a bottle the next week and was charged $102.95. I tried calling to cancel subscription, but after a 22 minute wait on the phone I hung up. I was sent another bottle and charged $110.90 This continued for 2 more months with me calling and getting no results (that's $332.70). So I called my credit card company to dispute the charges. I called the company again; When I finally got someone on the phone, I explained that while taking the product I didn't feel, but when I stopped taking it was felt fine. I was asked to try another product. When I refused and explained that I wanted to cancel, and get a cancellation number; and get a # to return the unopened sealed product. The representation said she was a supervisor and she suggested that I give the product to a family member or friend. I asked to speaker to her manager and she said as a supervisor she could not pass the call on, then she hung up the phone. I called back and spoke to another person who said she was a supervisor; she said she could cancel the subscription and would give me a cancellation. I got a cancellation number but was not give the # to return the product. This is a scam company!!! Once the get your information, they continue to charge & refuse to cancel your subscription until they have charged you for several months.

Since Ms. has disputed the September and August charges, we are unable to issue a refund on this; and though it is outside of our money back guarantee, we have refunded Ms. for her July transaction of $110.40. She will receive her September and August refunds from her bank. There is no need to return any of the products in your possession, you may keep them. Reviva Brain used deceiving advertising to get me to try their risk free trial. Billed me $102.95 for a product I don't want and have not received.
I did not search out this product. It came up as an ad that convinced me to try their RISK FREE TRIAL, including an endorsement from Anderson Cooper. On Sept. 21,2019 I checked the credit card billing and found a charge from S.W. Trans Young Muscle of $102.95. At this point in time I had received the RISK FREE TRIAL but nothing else. I contacted Reviva Brain and was told there was a 14 day trial in which I needed to call and cancel otherwise I would be billed for a months supply. I told them I was not aware of any such policy, did not want their product and wanted a refund of $102.95. I further told them if I had known of this policy I would not have even tried the RISK FREE TRIAL. Agent 095 said I needed to speak with a supervisor but this was 6:30 on Friday, Sept. 20 and the supervisors don't work weekends. 095 asked if I wanted my account canceled and I said yes so that I wouldn't get further bills. 095 said a supervisor would call me on Monday. Nobody called me on Monday so at 3:30 pm Central time I called Reviva Brain. Agent 212 then told me she could not issue a refund because my account had been canceled. I told 212 I wanted to speak with someone who could issue a refund. 212 said she would connect me with a manager and then put me on hold and I waited 30 minutes but no one picked up. I then called back and got agent 006 who said she was a floor supervisor but was told she could not issue a refund because the trial period had expired and that anyone I spoke with would tell me they could not issue a refund. I spent at least 1 1/2 hours on the phone with three different agents and got no customer satisfaction at all. I did not see anything on the original order about a 14 day cancellation period and there was nothing pertaining to a cancellation period in the trial shipment that I received. I have ordered other products with trial periods but those companies were up front about it from the start. Reviva brain was not upfront and in dealing with customer service it is obvious this marketing scheme was set up to deceive and their customer service reps have been trained to handle the influx of calls from the expected disgruntled customers. All I got is a runaround. This product is a marketing scam and the company should be made to reimburse the disgruntled customers.

The product was shipped on 9/5 but not received until a later date. We were then charged $102.95 on 9/18. So, we were charged before the full 14 day trial period(which I was unaware of) had even expired.

This company ( Rejuva Brain) keeps sending me this product and billing my credit card, They are calling me and threatening me with phone calls.
This is a scam ( Id # XXXXXXXX ) and they need to cease and desist or I will report them for fraud to the authorities.
Your help is appreciated.

This company are keeping advertising its product through Russian web sites *** They claim they are selling the unique drug to 100% cure with no side effect the older people brain problem.

I found this product that stated just pay the shipping for the first bottle . I stated I will try it and if it works I will sign up for a monthly refi
On 7/9/19 I ordered a pay shipping only to try this product. I stated I don't want to be on a monthly mailing list as if I like product I will call to reorder I paid $7.95. On 7/23/19 they took $102.95 and mailed second bottle.I never opened it .8/23/19 I they took another $110.90 from my account again.They stated if not completly satisified send back what you haven't used for complete refund.I found these charges on my account today 9/4/19 so I called and the person I talked to said your not getting a refund. I will call my bank to dispute charges . I am mailing 1 full bottle and a half back to Rejuva Brain 3201 W Hillsborough Ave 153201-1367 TampaFL 33684 .This is the order #CF1CCXXXXX On 7/8/19 This company is a scam.

Desired Outcome

Not getting any help from them so you are my last hope. I am disputing charges at my bank.

After reviewing Mr. complaint, we want to apologize for any confusion he may have had when he placed his order. We offer a trial period for our products, we allow our customers to try our full 30 day supply for only the cost of shipping and handling for a limited time of 14 days. Once the trial period expires, if not cancelled, you are billed the retail price of the product you received. We do not offer sample sizes. The reason we send a full 30 day supply to try is because of the overwhelming response and feedback from customers who love the product, and want to continue seeing their results.

Upon reviewing Mr. account, it looks like he purchased his trial on July 08, 2019 - and once the trial period ended, Mr. was billed the retail price of the products he received. We received a phone call from Mr. on September 04, 2019 where his account was cancelled. Customer service is very important to us and we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. As a courtesy, we have refunded Mr. July and August transactions of $213.85 via check. Mr. is also is not required to return the product he received. Please allow 5-7 business days for this check to arrive. We are committed to providing our customers with the best service and apologize for any inconvenience. We hope this resolves Mr. concern.

Like everyone else, no reference to further charging for Rejuva Brain was referenced on the free trial. Upon receiving the second bottle, I thought they had mistakenly shipped the second item, however realized with the third item; that it was not a mistake and without indicating the automatic shipping list and amount they were charging for the item; realized I was being charged. I called and cancelled the Rejuva Brain and have recognized it to be a likely fraud and scam. I will never respond to a free trial again and would discourage anyone from doing the same.
