We provide an estimate prior to engagement in any repairs. The service call fee in the amount of $69.95 is a diagnostic/trip charge in event no repairs being performed. We hope this clarifies your concern.

The reason is that the technician lied about the diagnostics and did not fix the problem or did he show up as scheduled. He simply was a NO call , no show. So since the service was not rendered and he was dishonest about the diagnostic I feel I this was a fraud. [redacted] the tech ordered a part that was not necessary then didn't show up or did he call to reschedule. He simply lied and said he came and no one was home which was a lie because both my husband and I took time to be home from 5-8pm. This company is scamming customers. My washer is now working with no problem. It did not need a drain pipe replacement as [redacted] indicated.  And after further research I am convinced that this company should be investigated for fraud.I insist the $100 be refunded.

We are against ageism and our technician provided an estimate, which was accepted, prior to our engagement in the repairs. The price is accurate for services rendered. No credit is due.

Please follow the instructions listed on the back of the invoice for inquiries of such nature.

We tried to call you, but the number provided does not appear to be in service. We were able to confirm the part is available and can be delivered from the manufacturer within seven to ten business days. However, in order to set things in motion, we need to obtain a deposit for the part order....

The original issue was repaired and there was nothing misleading about our response.

Deposits are obtained once a mutual agreement has been reached (i.e estimate/diagnosis provided and accepted). Please refer to the back of your invoice for further assistance.

[redacted] We were not given a repair estimate upon arrival of technician. He only cleaned heads and igniters for twenty minutes and the bill was $255.00?? then the technician verbally told my husband that the bill was $295.00 which is what he wrote the check for.  I have been waiting to hear back from the manager.  This is highway robbery for a simple cooktop repair and I would not have done the repair had we been told $295.00.  That works out to $885.00 an hour!  I have never heard of such a thing.

Our protocols have been the same for over 25 years: We need to send technician to provide an estimate and diagnosis hence the service call fee.

The service call fee paid was for an estimate and diagnosis, which we have provided. Stop payment placed at your discretion. We have instructions in the back of our invoice should your experience was not up to par. You will be receiving a notice from us regarding your check.
