We have received your initial email and will be contacting you with a resolution.

I was previously emailed by Ms [redacted] concerning complaint No. [redacted] but had not replied because the firm I had contacted you about has still not returned to replace the gas valve on my stove that is...

still leaking. They did say they would be back with a new valve but have not done so. This seems to be their tactic until I just give up and or stop complaining to the Revdex.com. Thank you again, [redacted]Replace the leaking gas valve on my left front burner as they said they would the last time they came to correct the problems that I've had with this stove.

Job was completed per our agreement, if we charged a service call of $50 customer needs to call our company, explain the situation, accounting will check and will refund if it happened.Thank you

I am disputing Reliable Services statement that they have records indicating a payment of 110.00 was made. As noted in the previous paragraph I have included a copy of the posted check paid to Reliable Service in the amount of 135.00.I am also disputing the claim that they were hired for a vent cleaning. I originally called Reliable Service to repair my dryer that, for unknown reasons, was not heating. The technician came out and I was told that he fixed the issue. I then immediately attempted to use the dryer and discovered that it continued to not heat and therefore was not repaired. Upon calling Reliable Service and notifying them of this  I was advised by a company Customer Service Representative that any additional services to repair the original issue  were covered free of charge by Reliable Services warranty. She then proceeded to schedule another service appointment to repair the issue. It was not until several missed appointments later and another failed attempt at repairing my dryer that I was told by a company supervisor that I needed to contact a different  company for a second opinion  and to hire a professional vent cleaning service because Reliable Service does not provide any vent cleaning services.I originally asked that the job be completed by Reliable Service to resolve this complaint. However I have since had to pay another company to order and install parts to repair the dryer. And now it is operating fine. I would like a refund of 135.00 as they were paid for a job/service that they did not provide or complete.Thank you,

Thanks for your feedback.

When we come to inspect an appliance, we can only express an opinion based on our previous experience. It is possible that you can turn off the fridge and restart it and compressor will turn on, however it will stop again. I believe the diagnoses are correct however I will refund $49.95 after the...

invoice will be in our office, which will be around 15th of this month. Then we will be able to check a form of payment and contact customer for a refund.

If you claim arrangements were made to cease processing of the payment, placing a stop payment on the check would not have been necessary. Furthermore, we do not have a record of such claim. Please discuss the matter further with debt collector.

Our company policy does allow for installation of parts purchased elsewhere.

Still charged me for a crane that never came.  The entire condominium complex is electric and not gas.  They never told me that they couldn't put electric heater back in instead had to put in a heat pump.  They lied to me and said the "coil" was missing from my heater and the one removed still had the coil in it.  Besides, the unit they put back in is not a heat pump but an electric heater like the original one that was removed.  They did charge $50 for a service call and I paid [redacted] cash.  It was never deducted from my bill and I never received a refund.  These people take advantage of the elderly and people who trust and believe in them.  All they want is as much money as they can take from you.  Not a reputable company.

As you were advised during our telephone conversation, the rewiring our technician performed was unrelated to the initial repair, and labor charges should have been calculated and presented to you. The appliance was operational for over two months before you contacted us for a recall appointment....

Furthermore, we did the work in good faith and effort to leave you completely satisfied. I have personally advised you of the reason why the igniters are making a clicking noise. Please refer to your invoice for terms and conditions of our contract for further assistance.

I find that there are...

discrepancies in the accuracy of the charges. Yes you did send a region manger out after I cancelled. I was ask by: him what do you expect. I demanded my 100.00 back because your company did not do anything except put me off for a week. Your X repairman "[redacted]" made the repair with his part charged me another 50.00. I expect my 100.00 I paid as a depoist refunded.

We came out to a property owed by the customer, tenant opened the door and we proceeded to diagnose their system. It was an old system r-22 refrigerant and used a electricity for heating. You can no longer use electricity as primary source of heat and we needed to change the system to a heat pump....

We provided a system replacement estimate for total of $6,000, upon it's acceptance we took $500 deposit Ck# [redacted] and set up a replacement date and time (The service call was never charged). On the date of the installation, crane company was running late and we were forced to lift it by hand in order to make all our appointments, we send another technician to the property and paid crane cost to our installers who did raise the unit to the roof. When the job was completed customer refused to pay to the installers and asked for [redacted] the original technician to call him, [redacted] did as customer asked and we tried to run the card for the balance of $5,500, however the credit card was not going through. We advised customer to call his Credit Card to clear the funds, they did and we charged the balance. If for any reason customer has any problems with equipment installed they can contact us, as they are under a warranty. See picture attached of what technician left behind when he accepted a deposit for the job.

I called the main office again on Wednesday,  October 29.  The receptionist said [redacted] would call me by the end of the day.  Their initial response to the Revdex.com complaint said the same but also included we could buy an extended warranty.  For one, [redacted] or anyone from Reliance returned my call (it is now 2 am the next day, Oct 30).  And two, I did not request to purchase an extended warranty.  Again, the issue we have with the heater is the backing/back panel was never installed when we purchased it back in December and according to the tech who came out on Friday, October 24th,  said it needed a special sealant/caulking. I understand if we removed the backing or caulking,  causing issues and consequently we'd have to pay for labor and parts.  This is not the case!  The backing and sealant should have been installed/completed in the first place.  According to the SoCal Gas Company technician,  the heater is UNSAFE to use.  Is he wrong then???  Why is it difficult to correct the problem that would have been prevented had Gurtovoy completed the job correctly back in December?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Their response that the parts in question did not have part numbers on them is incorrect.  Their technician did not even see the parts in question because they were covered in ice when he was there and he made no attempt to view the parts.  I removed the ice from around the thermostatic switch and discovered that the seal had pulled from the housing separating the electrical connection. I in fact did get the part number off the thermostatic switch and went to an appliance parts store and purchased the replacement part for less than $20. I installed the part and the refrigerator has been working ever since. I still request the refund of the money because the technician did nothing to earn the money charged.

Thank you for your feedback. This issue has been resolved.

Thank you for your feedback. We are currently waiting for the official dispute from our merchant service provider.

Thanks for your feedback. As we have previously attempted to clarify, you are ineligible for a refund of the service call due to failure to follow our simple protocol. You've received a response with an update within hours of reaching out to us as per instructions on the back of the invoice. It is...

unfortunate you've waited four weeks to do so. Nevertheless, services have been rendered in accordance with our agreement.
