The response is a lie, I did contact them concerning the problem the very next morning and was promised a phone call from a supervisor since I had requested a different technician to figure out while the freezer that was working before the tech worked on it and afterwards it quit working, plus I was given an appointment that afternoon which caused me to miss a party waiting for tech who never showed or called to cancel plus I never received the call from a supervisor, since then all I've been able to talk to from them is the secretary who answers the phone, the owner and/or supervisors refuse to even talk to me except for email stating call the collection agency and pay for services  (that ruined my freezer).. I didn't complain to my credit card company till sometime in March I gave them plenty of time to work this out...I will never pay for service like this, ruin a freezer with wrong freon and demand payment, what a joke of a company, if they want payment then come on up to my house and check what was ruined, the tech knows the freezer was working when he arrived and one third of it had frozen items, this company is apparently run by thieves who don't care about service or responsibility and the public should be warned

The drum has been ordered, but the part is on back order. We have advised that you will be contacted once the part arrives. We havent called because the part has yet to arrive.

We came out the the customers home and found that refrigerator needed extensive maintenance, the condenser which is located on the top of the refrigerator was completely clogged. We proposed an estimate and up on acceptance proceed with a repair. The ice maker was not operating at the time since the...

temperature in the unit was not cold enough to freeze the ice and in some models ice maker has a thermostat installed inside where in the case temperatures are not as low as it should be the ice maker will not turn on at all. The repair we performed were done at the top of the refrigerator where we had no need to work inside of either fresh food or freezer units. Customer called for a recall stating that the ice maker was not working, we came out and provide an estimate on repair, at that time customer claimed that our technician broke the ice maker. At the time of initial service we would have no way to check ice maker operations since the temperature in the fridge was not cold enough yet after repair. Our technician did not break any ice makers at the time of service, we simply don't have the need to do that.Thank you

We called client and scheduled an appointment for today 2-5 to take care of his issue. Shortly after customer called back and said that he wanted to wait few days prior to us coming out. We asked his to give us a call and schedule an appointment when he is ready.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Apologies for the inconvenience caused by our administrative error. We have set things in motion to repair the ice-maker. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I really do not understand their response.  They say that please look at the back side of the agreement, I have enclosed that, it only says that the work is guaranteed for 90 days and to respond to their home office which we did.   To reiterate:  my wife called them out to look at our Viking Range without my knowledge; if I had known, I would of looked up them on Revdex.com or Yelp.  The Range was making clicking noises to the Stove Top when the Oven was on.  The person named Sharp look at it and did not diagnose it, he just replaced the parts as listed on the invoice which has no diagnosis.  We did not use the Oven for a month, but after a month we used the Oven and the stove top at the same time and the stove top started clicking.  My wife called them up and said it clicks some of the time and some of the time it does not but as we are preparing for Thanksgiving, we need them to come out after Thanksgiving and scheduled a time to fix the Range under warranty on 12/1/14 with-in the 90 day warranty.The technician named Sharp came out and cut the wiring to the stove top and then said the problem was unrelated.  Now having the stove top wiring cut and destroyed, I had to say to go ahead to fix it and charge separately.  He cut some wiring to the stove top, turned it on and it started to click again and it was not fixed.  I told the technician to fix it and he got angry and very threatening and said he was leaving and to never call them again and they would never come to our house again and to never call them again.  We called the home office to send another technician to come out and they said this person Sharp was their best technician and if he can't fix it then they can't fix it and they were done with us and they hung up on us and now do no return our calls.  The range does not work and we paid them $722.00 and it is suppose to be under warranty and all we want is for it to be fixed.We could of bought a new range for not much more.  I have enclosed the back of the agreement and I do not see where the  back of the agreement exonerates them for honoring their 90 day warranty.  I did a inspectipedia research on the Rang and it says that the problems with the stove top igniters clicking is related to a short in the wiring and the so-called technician never did a diagnosis of the wiring with a multi-meter and diagnosed the short which he should of done.  He just replace some parts which you can buy on Amazon for $100.00 and hoped for the best and when that failed he walked off the job and told us to get lost.  All we want is our Range fixed and for $722.00 that is not asking for too much but we do not even have that.I really only want that stove top fixed but their technician who is suppose to be their best cannot fix it, plus he is quite threatening and my wife is afraid to have him back in our house.  If this so-called repair company would reimburse us 50 cents on the dollar I would let this go and get some one else to fix it but I do not intent to let this go.  I will go to the contractors board, their bond company and on to court if I have to, to get this fixed.  Please refer to their listings.  every city, lists 324 Cogan as their address,  They cannot have the same address is 6 different cities.  Do a Google search on 324 Cogan Way in El Cajon, it is a loading dock, something is wrong here.  The offer a 90 warranty and now coherent reason as to why they will not honor their warranty and I do not intend to let this go unsettled.

Below, is my initial email response:Hello [redacted],Thank you for sending the invoice from the company that claims we installed R134 freon instead of R12 (still wondering how they determined that by simply "quizzing" you...). Looking at the invoice left behind by our technician (invoice 225472), R12 freon replacement was installed without warranty for the work. Are you aware that R12 freon is no longer being produced (due to environmental damage it causes)? On 1/29/15 we installed HotShot, which is used in lieu of R12 freon.I've included the link explaining how it works. http://www.icorinternational.com/hotshot.html  Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have further questions or concerns.Respectfully,[redacted]ManagerFurthermore, the back of our invoice explicitly states "We want you satisfied! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the services provided, and cannot resolve the dispute through your local dispatch office, please describe the problem, and what can be done to satisfy dispute. Mail to: (company address)." It was preposterous to believe placing a dispute with your credit card company would resolve your nonpayment for services rendered. You've been placed in collections because you have failed to pay for the work we have performed.

We have clearly explained our position and we can only provide suggestions on what to do in the case of such, this is not a mechanical failure therefor we can't assist. The service call charge is a trip charge for us to come out. Thank you

The unit was installed almost 3 years ago. During our telephone conversation, you were asked to provide supporting documentation regarding your preposterous claim of our company installing an undersized unit (since you had TWO other companies out). However, you were not able to provide any...

legitimate documents. Although you no longer have any warranty for the work we have performed, we have made arrangements to send out an area supervisor on 1/24/15 to your residence to meet with the representative whom made the assessment of the unit being undersized. You are ineligible for any refund.

See attached customer's original invoice, invoice does not show $49.95 under total charges and payment method is not marked either. The cost of the service call was $49.95, which was never paid, and that is the reason why it does not show total charges or has a method of payment.
