Dear Mr. [redacted],This notice is in response to your letter dated August 24, 2017 with regard to the Bank of America check in the face amount of $155, I stopped payment of this check for the following reasons:Your company, called "Reliable Appliance", dispatched a technician to my homé on Thursday, July 6, 2017. The technician's name was [redacted]. He inspected my refrigerator, but completed no repairs. [redacted] provided an estimate of $443.80and promised me and my wife that the parts would be ordered and he wouldreturn the following Tuesday, July 11 2017 to complete the repairs.Tuesday, July 11 , 2017 came and went with not a single visit or phone call from your company. It was on this day that I started making several calls between July 11 and July 17, 2017. My phone records will reflect that I repeatedly attempted to call your company and ensure that your company was going to complete the jobfor which had initiated payment in the form of a deposit of $155. This deposit to be used as a down payment for parts and labor, and the refrigerator wassupposed to be repaired on 7/11/2017. I recall attempting to reach your company by phone four times alone on Monday, July 1 7, 2017.Each time diat I contacted "Reliable," I was told by your female receptionist that [redacted] would call me back. No one from your company ever retumed my telephone calls. Your company left me with a broken refrigerator and I lost over $400 worth of meat, vegetables, and dairy products. I am 87 years of age and my wife is 83 years old. I am a retiree on a fixed income who goes to dalysis 3 tirnesa week. We depend on our refrigerated food to sustain our nourishment and keep our food and/or medicine cool as required. This one-sided businessexchange caused my family undue stress and financial hardship. I do not have the disposable income to pay for a job that is not completed as promised. I do notknow how you manage your business, but your business became "Unreliable." It is very unprofessional and completely unacceptable for an appliance repair company such as "Reliable" to take advantage of the elderly and disabled, and I am outraged by this awful experience. The fi• st time I heard from your company since July 6, 2017 was from your letter dated August 24, 2017. Your letter specified that I was to "refrain from calling our office to resolve" this matter. Your business practices are appalling!After my repeated unsuccessful attempts to contacl 'Reliable Appliance," I had no choice but to hire anofrer company to repair my refrigerator. I have been a respectfulcitizen of fis country for many decades, and I have worked hard and raised my family to be decent and law-abiding citizens. I am thoroughly disgusted with your company and your business practices. I will not be bullied to pay you for a job that you did not complete. I should not have to waste my time to write you this letter. These are my sunset years. I suggest that you take fre time and talk to whomever on your staff was supposed to complete my job and investigate why an 87 year Old customer would be so upset over the complete silence of your company over a seven-week span from uly 6, 2017 to August 24, 2017.

[redacted]I have been calling and leaving messages for [redacted] the manager who promised me the refund but he totally is ignoring my messages and did not talk to me since he promised the refund a week ago.I will wait one week to get the refund back

We came to customer home, his compressor was not running and there was a possibility that his compressor in his built in fridge has failed. To his luck we were able to install a part and get his compressor to start. We applied all possible discounts and agreed on a price of $345. We went ahead and...

completed a repair. When we were done customer requested for us at no additional charge to move his built in fridge and hook up a water line, a job that we did not quote nor is something that we do, since we do not have equipment to move built in fridges and run into a potential floor damage. As a result, the fridge is working, we have completed the job based on what was agreed to, customer has cancelled his check and wrote a Revdex.com complaint.

We came out to the house to check LG washer machine, our service call to come to the house is $49.95 and customer are notified about by phone. Our office staff are not a service technicians and always advice that a technician could come to the house to assess a problem. We got to the home looked at...

a washer that had no mechanical failures and customer complaint was that it was smelling of a mold. We advised client to try and run a cycling pouring vinegar solution inside or purchase a cleaner solution in Lowe's or Home Depot. No refund is due, we only charge a service call.

[I do not accept this response because, I did not purchase another part and do the work myself as stated. I purchased the part that the Reliable technician instructed me to purchase, which turned out to be the wrong part, because he misdiagnosed my problem, he caused me to purchase a Special Order part, therefore it could not be returned.
