 We acknowledge that we called [redacted] and spoke to the technician [redacted] at which time he advised that the part was on back order.  However, he advised that he would receive it on Wednesday of the following week. We waited until then, my wife called back and was told the part was in and therefore scheduled a service date and he would be at our home to install the part between 8 am and 12 pm.  On the schedule date of delivery and installation, my wife called [redacted] at 11:00 am to confirm that he was still on schedule and was told yes that he would be here.  After the scheduled time came and went, my wife called again, at 1:00 pm the office advised that they would send a message to the technician a to call me.  We never received a call! and haven't heard back since. That's when I was prompted to file my complaint with the Revdex.com.  Since then we purchase a new dryer and no longer need the part order back over 30 days ago.  We kept are part of the deal in making a deposit, but [redacted] failed to deliver their services.  Therefore we are asking for a refund of our deposit.

[redacted] I have repeated, over and over and over, asked for the exact Frigidaire part that was installed on my freezer as the representative at Frigidaire told me that the number provided by Reliable Appliance was NOT a frigidaire part.  I was told twice, once by [redacted] during the install and the next day by [redacted] on the phone after I lost my food, that he had installed a frigidaire part but that he had lost the part number.I want a clear identification of exactly the frigidaire part that was installed in writing so when I have frigidaire come out that they can verify 1. The the correct part was installed and 2. That I was not mislead in being told that I had to install "this part right now" in order to save my food, which was lost.

This is a financial matter, which is beyond agency's scope of assistance.

A whole lot could of happened during the two years after we've performed the repairs, and the warranty for the work has expired.

Unfortunately this is a situation beyond bureau's scope of expertise. Please follow the instructions listed on the back of your invoice.

When the part installation appointment had to be postponed due to factors beyond our control, client got extremely upset and became hostile with our technician. Instead of charging the deposit, as per our agreement, we've ended up charging only a service call fee for the estimate and diagnosis.

Customer is under a warranty and if they have any p[redacted]lems with a repaired appliance, they are free to call us back for a warranty repair. Customer was advised of that already however has not called us back for any recall appointments.Thank you

You were advised to contact an actual vent cleaning company due to excessive accumulation of lint and other debris located in the vent beyond a physical reach.

I contacted this customer and left a message to call us back for a resolution. Customer needed to call back the office to schedule a recall appointment because technicians do not make their schedule, office does.

I would like to know why the technicians provide you with their personal cell numbers and instruct us to call them if anything else comes up. Apparently, after looking on [redacted] I am not the only one that was given the technician's personal cell number or have had this problem. I do not wish to have this company to come back to my home or have any other dealings with them. I have no faith or trust in this company. My only wish now is to make others aware of this company.

To address the concern regarding our technician failing to troubleshoot the system correctly, our technician felt it was necessary to replace both the bi-metal thermostat and the defrost heater. However, our technician was not able to proceed with repairs because the model number was ripped off. The...

claim regarding the ability to retrieve a part number on the failed part is a false statement because not all parts have the number written on them. In this circumstance, the parts needed for replacing did not have a part number written. The service call fee was denied for a refund because it entails our technician's time to evaluate the refrigerator and also to give his professional diagnosis and estimate. And to support my reason for denying the service call refund, when customers call our office to schedule an appointment, we inform every customer our script prior to scheduling, "our service call is free with repair, if no repairs are made, the service call fee is only $49.95." Although it is a rare occasion we are not able to fix an appliance, our script does not provide a guarantee that repairs will be made, such as this circumstance of not having a model number to allow us to order the correct parts needed for this specific unit.
