Pricey investment but definitely worth it! Bobby and Jake F. Installed a window in my living room and did an excellent job! They were professional and had great work ethic. I could definitely tell they were there to do a job well and efficiently while doing everything to make the customer happy. I will definitely recommend these windows to others! Thank you!

On the pricier side, but my installers (Mike D. and Jake H.) were absolutely professional and these new windows are fantastic. Everything leading up to the install was less than perfect (the sales guy didn't really explain everything very clearly, he proposed a price and rate but then ended up signing me up for something different) but I can live with the poor sales experience because Mike D. and Jake H. did such a great job. I would easily give 5 stars to the installers, but probably 2 stars to the sales. My advice: if you are considering Renewal by Andersen, make sure the sales people go slowly, explain everything clearly, and deliver what they promise.

Pricey.....but worth it. We had a new patio sliding door installed, the temperature in the house went up, it was amazing. Robert and Griffin did the job.....very professional. They walked me through the process and when we hit a bit of a snag on the colors not matching they went above and beyond to fix the situation. We can only do a piece at a time on the house, but we have always been more than satisfied with the outcome.

Bobby R. & Jake F. did an excellent job with an eight-window and two-door install this September 2019. It was professional from finish-to-end. If you're ever in need of new windows and doors Renewal by Andersen of Alaska is highly recommended. Excellent job!

Mike H and Jeffrey did an outstanding job, replacing 15 39-year-old wooden frame windows in our home. Most important to us was the workmanship - absolutely excellent. Beyond that, there was minimum disruption, accommodation (of some large shrubs) of our needs, great helpful attitude, and of course, being on schedule, superb clean-up, exit 'orientation' to the new products, how they work, how to clean them, etc. Was gratifying to observe their work style - respectful and moderated communication (no yelling from one spot to another), healthy sense of humor with one another and with us. We still have several windows for a later time, and while these are expensive to buy and install, their yield back to us in beauty (bringing the outside in), smooth operation, thermal benefit, and the company's repair and replacement guarantee, will likely make them our next call. Thank you to Mike and Jeffrey and to Andersen for the very best in quality work and product.

The entire process was seamless and smooth. From the in home consultation, to the in home measurements and then the installation. The installation was by far the most enjoyable aspect of the process. The installers we're meticulous in their work that they did. Wayne M., Tracy D., Bob R., and Kyler Q. did their job so well that we felt like they were part of the family. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. These 4 guys were attentive to us, the customer as well. A 5 star rating doesn't do these guys justice. If you had 100 stars you would be getting close to their professionalism and attitude. Will definitely us Renewal by Andersen again ONLY if I can have these 4 guys do my project.

We are extremely pleased with the new windows and patio door, that were installed by Robert, Roland and Kyler. They did an excellent job, paying close attention to the smallest detail and resolving any questions we had. They were all very friendly, and professional, and explained the features and operation of the patio door, window hardware and how to clean the glass and the frames, trim etc. They carefully placed drop clothes throughout the area and covered furniture near each site in the house.
