Bobby, Shelton and Wayne are the guys to ask for the installation of your windows. They made the install process look painless and easy. Ice, strong winds and high windows were obstacles that they met head-on. When the job was complete, it was as if they were never there... except for the clean and shiny brand-new windows. They are the window faeries.

I had 4 windows replaced by Mike H and Justin Y. I am a very nosy customer and they handled it with patience, a lot of good information, excellent knowledge, and very professional.

We just had 14 windows installed by Renewal by Andersen of Alaska and we had a great experience. The installation crew (Jeffery, Mike G., Mike H., Robert, Gabriel, and Justin) were made the installation experience painless. They showed up everyday friendly and professional, they answered any questions we had and went over all of the things they did during the day. I loved the way they left notes on the white board everyday and explained what they planned for the next day. The product is awesome, they make the house feel so much warmer and look great.

We have a house built in 1972 badly in need of new windows. We researched a few options, and settled on Renewal by Andersen. From the first visit on, they were wonderful to work with, did everything they promised, and were very professional. The communication was exceptional and I always knew what to expect. The week of install I got several phone calls letting us know what to expect, including who our installers would be. The morning of install, Mike Haire called to let us the truck was loaded and how long it would take to arrive. He and Justin Young were in our drive exactly when promised and the day went as planned. Mike and Justin were both amazing. They were courteous, they were respectful of our home and explained what they would be doing so we knew what to expect. They cleaned up as they went, measured repeatedly, took their time and were meticulous about the install. I recommend Renewal by Andersen as a business with the highest integrity. Although we only had two windows installed at this time, my entire house will be getting replacements with them without hesitation, and I will specifically request Mike and Justin! You really won’t be disappointed. I really don’t know why we waited so long and it’s worth the investment to get the right windows for your house.

If anybody is looking for new windows and doors this is the place. I personally never have had a professional consultation and after I met Bryan from Renewal by Anderson it will be hard for anybody else to beat it. He was professional not pushy and never at any point did he make me feel obligated to purchase anything from his buisness. Just make sure you ask him about the 100 shades of white when he comes over. The team they sent out to docthe install where also very professional and curtious. Ivon the site lead was very meticulous when it came to the work that he and his workers were doing. He even made the other guys take down and redo some areas he felt where not acceptable when it came to the exact cut or installation. His team consisted of two skilled carpenters. Robert who was a retired veteran who was polite and respectful and spencer who is an ace with trim and painting. Thanks renewal for the amazing contracting experience and I will definatly be using your services again in the near future.

We just had three windows installed by Renewal by Anderson out of Anchorage. Installers Jeffrey and Michael did a fantastic job while braving the Fairbanks, Alaska cold. They were polite and a delight to work with. They efficiently finished the job in one day. Thanks Michael and Jeffrey!

I'm very happy with our new windows. Jeffrey, Mike and Spencer did an outstanding job with the installation. Even though it's November, I was able to turn down the thermostat about 5 degrees because we don't have drafty windows any more.
My over all review is positive but I do have a quality control issue with the factory. One casement window has two different color window cranks and although they are difficult to see another casement window has chips in the glass.

This is the second time we’ve hired Renewal by Andersen of Alaska to replace windows in our house (it’s a big place). Working with Bryan, the sales rep, was easy and quick, and Paul, Robert and Adam installed our window quickly, efficiently and properly. We’ll be inviting them back as we need more windows replaced. These guys are great.

I had several windows and two sliding doors installed, taking one week of work. The two that were there everyday working as a team, were Mike H and Justin Y. They were on time and worked all day with little or no breaks. I didn't see them on their phones, which was very impressive these days. They were professional, personable, answered all my questions and instructed me on how Anderson windows work. During the week, Adam, Jeff, Mike G and Robert also contributed their help. I am impressed with how well all are trained and the work ethic they all have. Good job guys.

I recently had a kitchen window installed. The window is very beautiful and well made. The installers, Bobby, Shelton and Adam arrived on time and worked efficiently all day long. They were polite and considerate of the house and each other and me. They cleaned up as they went and when they were done you couldn’t even tell they had been working in my kitchen all day.

I had 2 windows replaced in Aug. 2017. Installer's were Ivan and Brandon and they did a very satisfactory installation. They kept the work area very clean and worked very safely. We are happy with the windows.

Our beautiful new sliding door was installed earlier this month and we were very happy at the service we received from Amanda, Ivon and Brandon whom assisted. The installation was flawless and speedy. We would definitely use Renewal by Anderson again. Thank you.

We had a window and a sliding glass door replaced. Mike Haire and Jason Young arrived at 8:28am. They were polite, professional and respectful of my home. From the floor coverings they put down to the final vacuum of the work areas. They were out done and out by 5:45pm. I am very pleased with my new window and sliding glass door! Thank you Renewal by Andersen for supplying the products and sending Mike and Jason to install them.

A company representative who performed a consultation for a remodeling project falsely described/failed to accurately describe their product. We ordered a remodeling of a window into a patio door. During the consultation with the Renewal By Andersen representative had gone into great details describing their product and gave several samples of the materials they use. We pulled our credit and got a loan to the remodeling job and signed paper work and set up an appointment for installation. We eventually found out that the representative failed to accurately the product and failed to mention all the materials in detail. We contacted the company and I spoke with several representatives and supervisors. We have asked for a full completel refund to the loan company and cancelation of the installation but no one has been able to resolve the issue. The person who the company said would take care of canceling and refunding out order has not been answer her calls or replying to voicemails.

In February of 2016 we had Renewal come and give us a quote for window replacement at our house in Anchorage, Alaska. We were pressured into and signed a contract for a $65,000 window replacement financed with *** and the salesman handled the credit application for us. There was a 3 business day cancellation window, and while we did not cancel until 2 days after the window closed, Renewal had not even measured our house or done anything beyond the initial 2 hr appointment. Renewal however drew 1/3 of the total contract price on the 3rd business day (still within the cancellation period). After we cancelled the contract, Renewal refused to refund the $21,959.67 they withdrew from the *** account they opened for us, claiming a liquidated damages clause allowed them to keep 25% of the contract price as a penalty. Liquidated damages in Alaska are capped at $500 under Alaska Statute 45.02.718(b)(2). After the window company refused to release the 25% penalty, we sent a letter to the Alaska Consumer Protection Unit with the Attorney General about the window company's practices. The Attorney General forwarded our letter to *** as well. On June 13, 2017 *** sent us a letter cancelling our account and stating our balance was $0.

We forwarded this letter to Renewal and offered to pay them $1000 as a sign of good faith to assist in covering the actual costs Renewal may have incurred prior to our cancellation, in exchange for Renewal’s release of all claims it may have against us. On July 5, 2017 Renewal declined our offer, but waived and released all claims they had against us. However, it would appear that Renewal refused to refund *** for the $21,959.67 Renewal withdrew from our account, and consequently *** has reinstated the balance on our account.

BOb R and Shelton were at my house today on a follow up visit to adjust two windows and were so very professional and clean and I was grateful to see them and their work is spot on
