We had our windows replaced this week and I absolutely love them. The house is noticeably warmer and quieter!
Thank you so much for sending Josh T and Jake H to install them. They were professional, friendly, and very thoughtful. I was particularly impressed with the angle cuts that Josh made for the windows. . Seemless!

I couldn’t have been assigned a more perfect pair of installers than Bobby, Roach, and Jake F. of Renewal by Andersen. From the moment they walked through my door, they were personable, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and performed their magic beyond what’s required of their job descriptions. They were prompt every day, cleaned up the job site before they left every afternoon, were pet friendly and accepted by my dog, and caused as little disruption in my life as humanly possible. The end result is that I have a beautiful new patio door and windows that will bring me pride for the next 20 years or more. Thank you Bobby and Jake!

Robert, Dustin H., and Dustin M., replaced my bedroom and bathroom windows and did an amazing job! I love how they put down cloth to protect my floors from any messes that could have occurred. They were a very hardworking team and I would definitely recommend them.

Robert, Dustin, Tracy, Justin, installed all new windows and doors at my house. They did an outstanding job. They were all very concerned about making sure that they did not make a mess in my house or yard. They were polite and considerate while doing an outstanding job. They cleaned and explained everything thoroughly. They worked hard and fast, completing the work in about half of the time scheduled, without cutting any corners to do so. Kudos to the entire team. We had four windows in our home that were 37 years old and needed to be replaced. Upon calling around to get quotes we decided on Renewal by Anderson. Their sales rep, Jessie, presented the info for the windows and the terms/conditions of the contract. In November the installers, Josh T. and Jake H., began the installation. Their professionalism and friendly manners were impeccable. They took special care to see that our critters were not let outside. We were impressed with everyone at Renewal by Anderson.

Besides the windows being great, the installation team of Matt R., Woody I and Justin were terrific. Fast, efficient, polite, and congenial. They even brought our newspaper up to us from the bottom of our driveway! Further, after they left you couldn't tell they had even been there except for the footprints outside. Great guys, wonderful team.

Very impressive. From the initial consult, measurement to the finish of the installation everything was done professional and positively. No way a private contractor could put in box-store windows and come back for no charge if there are issues. What a piece of mind we have knowing if there are any issues they are all under warranty. Precise measurements were done and Josh T. And Jake H. had six windows replaced in two days. It would have taken me two days to do one!

They are amazing! I will definitely be using them in the future for my next window replacement. I was overwhelmed with the idea of replacing an old window, especially since it was a large picture window. Renewal by Andersen of Alaska made it so easy and did a great job! Josh T. and Jake H. did the install and we so fast and nice! They took care of everything and left the room cleaner than it was before!

This was the best construction job that I have ever experienced. The crew installed two patio doors, three windows, and a bay window within four uninterrupted and perfect days. With such a big construction job I was expecting a mess, but they left it spotless inside and out! My master bedroom before felt small and limited; however, after they installed the bay window in there it has not only increased the value of my home, but it now feels relaxing and is simply gorgeous. My husband even took down a wall downstairs to make a window bigger and the crew actually cleaned up all of his mess. I am BEYOND DELIGHTED and I plan on using them again in the immediate future. Thank you Bobby, Tracy, Mathew, and Woodrow for transforming my house!

We recently had a patio door and picture window installed. We are very satisfied with not only the product, but the installers were exceptional. Through no fault of the installers, the wrong patio door was sent twice. The installers pointed this out both times before beginning the job and very professionally worked with us and the company to our eventual satisfaction. The door was installed without having to wait another several weeks for another new one. The following employees deserve a lot of credit for assisting us and the exceptional installation: Paul, Justin and Bob and his crew.

People from this company came in June to measure windows to be replaced. Had to go through a loan application for these windows for over 30,000.00 . To date, I have paid interest on this loan which in their advertising states...no money down, no payments, no interest for 24 months.
To date, no Windows’s have been installed yet over 10,000.00 has been charged to the loan account.
I have discussed this with the loan company. Have contacted Anderson . They have stated windows should be...installed by first of Oct. yet, they have had all summer to complete this project and I am paying interest on the loan ...and no windows,

This customer was confused about the loan they signed up for by a bank that is a third party.
Their installation began October 1st, as scheduled. The customer has made an additional payment to us for the Progress Payment on the 1st, and will make the final payment at completion.
This complaint should have been for the bank, not us. Please close and remove this complaint from our records.\

Anderson has started putting windows in the house. However, they have not finished the job,
We have tried to contact them about this with absolutely no response.
They still advertise (See attachment)..no interest...but I still pay interest.
Below is the list of unfinished items that Anderson Renewal needs to finish :
Upstairs Living Room: 1 of the windows has not been started and the other 2 windows have no interior or exterior trim.Dinning Room: The window next to the door has no interior trimUpstairs Master Bedroom: 1 window not started which still needs to be framed to fit the new egress window that is going to be installed.Downstairs Main Room: Both windows have no interior trim.Downstairs Bedroom: No interior trim.

Thank you for providing me the information from Anderson However when they stated they would pay for the interest on the loan This has not happen!
I have made another interest payment to the company which sends me the bill for this. I see on their statement Anderson has been paid for their part

Mr. & Mrs. purchased windows on June 28, 2018 and were scheduled for installation on October 8, 2018. Regrettably unit windows were damaged during shipping and had to be re-ordered. The arrival date of the re-order was November 19, 2018. Although damage during shipment is out of our control, we regretted the delay the you were experiencing and understood your frustration. At that time, we extended a $200 credit and, because financing was activated upon initial install, we offered to pay the interest on the loan until the installation was complete.
We were notified on October 31st that items on the re-order were back-logged and there would be an unexpected delay for receipt until December 10th. We were then scheduled for installation on December 14th, only to discover the window frames had been damaged. Due to this we have had to re-order both windows and now have a new estimated arrival of January 28, 2019.
We will schedule the installation the first week in February. Although the delays in this job could not be avoided we certainly understand your level of frustration and dissatisfaction. We care. That is why we will be removing the charge for both of the re-ordered windows from the account. We are also adding an additional amount to off-set the interest payments that have made on the loan. This resolution was agreed upon with Mr. & Mrs. on December 16th.
No reputable business wants a customer to have this experience. We know this settlement does nothing to remove the delays and past frustration but we look forward to the opportunity to complete this project.
Josh, Jake, Bobby, Matt, and Joe were all very cordial, studios, knowledgeable and all around stand up guys! Just a joy to be around. They would be welcome in our house anytime! Thank you Andersen for the Neighborly Professionalism!

Robert and Parker installed three windows yesterday at my home yesterday in ***. They were polite, professional, and very skilled. I could not be any happier with the work and service they completed, I recommend them you seek them out if you are looking to replace windows. Very thankful.

Our family had a bay window installed in Kenai. The Anderson employees were informative at all times, pleasant to work with, professional in installation of the window ensuring it fit perfectly and was installed correctly. Contracted Renewal by Anderson to replace 11 windows & sliding glass door. We met with the salesperson, Travis, within a week who explained options using sample products to help us make the best choices to meet our needs. We were given time frames and all were met! Our installers, Bobby R & Matthew were amazing! It was super impressive how well they worked as a team. Bobby was training Matthew though he seemed to have great skills. These guys were very courteous and professional. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up at the end of each workday. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs windows or doors!

Renewal By Anderson windows are wonderful and dealing with this company is very satisfying. We had an issue with a recently installed bay window and two fellows came today July 5, 2018 and took care and serviced what was needed. The excellent personal service was received from Rob P. and MIke D. We very much appreciated these employees.

The windows are quality and are certainly not the cheapest around. The sales team is pretty aggressive and not entirely honest. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get the sale even if that means being dishonest about the date of installation.
The installation team, Bob R, Shelton and Joe, did a phenomenal job. The windows installation went terrifically and installation could not have gone any better.
