Renewal by Andersen of Alaska

Over the past several years we have had the majority of our windows replaced by Renewal by Anderson, to our high satisfaction. Our August 2017 installation of three new windows in our master bedroom was completed meticulously and on time by Mike and Jeff, despite challenges of rain, 2 1/2 story working elevation, and of course MUD. Our home was left clean with all work completed to our satisfaction and special requirements.

We ordered 5 windows. One was not the right size and a new one was ordered. The installation guys, Mike and Branden were great and worked hard to make the trim fit in our log house. We are 100% satisfied with their work. When the window that they ordered to replace the one that was measured wrong comes in we hope these two guys come back and do the installation. They worked well together and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction.

When the new window that they ordered to replace the one that was measured wrong comes in I hope these 2 guys come back and do the installation. The company worked with my schedule and they showed promptly and got the work done in the time they said.

Great experience with installation. The scheduled install was done on time. The installers, Bob, Shelton, and Chris were efficient and quite professional. I enjoyed having them work at my home.

I found Renewal by Anderson to be professional and friendly through the entire process. Ivon and Brandon installed my windows and patio door quickly and cleanly. They noted a slight defect on one of the windows and promptly took action to correct it.

jeffrey and michael installed a new back glass door today. they did a great job I will be having them replace all my door and windows.

Having had quality Andersen windows in the past, we knew that we would get a good product. The Rba website states that they have "highly skilled experts" doing the work. And they are right! Jeff and Mike G did nine windows and a sliding glass door for us this past week, and we are just thrilled with the new windows. The guys are awesome--very professional and skilled at their craft. And they were also concerned about allowing us to go on with what we do with minimal intrusion. They were courteous, polite and very friendly--even taking time to greet the dogs. And the windows look fabulous!

Mike H and Justin Y completed the installation of our new windows. The work they did at our home was excellent. They were meticulous and thorough, as well as courteous and extremely conscientious. We highly recommend them as a team if you are considering replacement windows.

There's no question that you will pay a premium price for windows from Renewal by Andersen but I believe you get a premium product both in terms of the windows themselves and the installation. This project represents a huge upgrade to our 30 year old house and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We especially want to recognize our installation crew- Jeffrey, Michael, Shaun and Grant- for an overall outstanding job. They were to a person professional, punctual and excellent in every way. These guys could give a master-class on how to be contractors and provide excellent customer service. Thank you very much!

On July 28, 2017 Bob and Shelton repaired our front door. They were pleasant and professional.
