Just had our windows installed by Wayne M and Tracy D. They did a great job, very professional and on time. When they left each day you would never know they were there, everything was cleaned up better than when they arrived. The windows are exactly as our salesperson Amanda H said they would be.

We had our windows replaced by Renewal by Andersen. The installers who worked with us were Bobby and Jake F. They were very professional and caring of our property. Our sales person was Kylee and she kept us Informed all process long. The new windows and screens are amazing!

The Joes did a great job. Very polite and prompt. They were here each day by 8 am and gave me a quick run down of what was expected for each day and answered any questions I had along the way. They used plenty of drop clothes around the house and cleaned at the end of each both in and outside. These guys even used a tarp outside to cover drive way so there wasn't a mound of saw dust at the end of the day. I was allowed to keep any scrap or unused materials for which I was billed.outstanding work through and through. ***, Eagle River, AK

POOR SERVICE
Renewal by Andersen of Alaska is an independently owned business, simply an affiliation of the corporate Renewal by Andersen. The molding they installed on a large bay window has a sharp angle, such that it is dangerous. I'm confident of someone from the corporate office looked at the pictures they would see that it is installed incorrectly. I've call twice and was told I would get a call back within "24-48 hours", but have not received a call back either time. I call this poor follow up and poor customer service.

Joe and Joe’s team installed all of my windows and front door during the coldest week in winter, their team did a phenomenal job minimizing the amount of time the walls were open and maximizing the beauty and function of my home. I love to stand next to the windows and not feel the outdoor temperature, and they muffle outside noise as well. Joe and Joe were courteous and personable, and enjoyed the company of my dogs. My favorite story about them has to do with my door. The door itself needed an adjustment, something that had to be done off site. So instead of just putting my old door back on, they fixed the threshold, actually improved the structure and then put the old door in place, it worked better than ever. Joe and Joe do five star work and Renewal By Andersen make fabulous windows, Thank you!

I had a maintenance issue that was handled very professionally and satisfactorily. The two trouble shooters both named Joe, treated our home and us with respect and courtesy as they worked the problem and solved it, all within about 20 minutes of when they arrived.

Joe H and his team at Renewal did an excellent job installing my new windows. Everyone at Renewal was so helpful at every step of the process. Kylee H helped me choose exactly the right windows for my home and Kyle G maintained contact with me through the whole process making sure everything was according to plan. I was pleasantly surprised at how fast the windows went in and I could not be happier with how professional and helpful everyone was.

I have made repeated requests over the last year to the office staff to remove our address from their advertising database. Each time I am reassured it is removed, but additional flyers show up. They have explained, and I fully understand, that materials are sometimes printed out up to three months in advance, but it has now been a year of requesting to be removed.

Top notch product and great personnel and derviche from start to finish. Brie did a great job of describing windows and helping me to prioritize which windows to do first. The installation crew was fabulous. Josh T. called each morning to let me know the crew’s arrival time and what they do be doing that day. The whole crew...Josh, Jake H., Justin, Tracy and Wayne ...were totally professional, took pride in doing an excellent job, worked hard, and irked well as a team. I would highly recommend the company and particularly this great crew of talented craftsmen.

Wayne and Tracy were professional, efficent and polite. They replaced 10 windows after a huge snow storm that dropped over 3 ft of snow.

I had windows install at two locations. Installers were Joe and Joe. They did an excellent job removing the old heavy vinyl windows. It was a very windy day to be up on scaffolding putting in the huge new windows. They took time to leave the area cleaner than when they came.
