Got my beautiful new sliding glass door installed today. Michael G and Josh T were the installers. These guys are AWESOME! So friendly and nice and very professional! I am very happy with the great job these two did. Thank you, thank you!

Very pleased with the work by Michael G and Josh T. They showed up on time and completed the installation of our patio door in a timely manner. They were very knowledgable and answered our questions promptly. We would welcome them back again.

I have attached the contract that all parties have signed. We work with home owners associations all the time and denials are usually a matter of clarifying some information that was missed or not understood when originally sent in.  We have asked on numerous occasions to be allowed to talk to...

the HOA and have not been given permission from the home owner till recently.  I have reached out to both the HOA and the president of the Tudor East Condo association to resolve this issue and get the window approved for installation.  We would like to resolve this issue and the best way for us to do that is to get the windows approved for replacement and install according to the contract.The original $1500 was to cover the difference between the contract price and the financing they were able to obtain.  The $8,130 was the 1/3 deposit that was stated would be collected from green sky within 3 days of the contract being signed.  We collect 1/3 after sale, 1/3 progress, and 1/3 at substantial completion.We allow a 3 day right to recsind as stated in the contract and state that there will be a 25% cancellation fee after that date. The right to rescind date was 4/10/17. The initial contact about cancelation was 5/4/17. We are working hard to get this resolved with the HOA and install per the contract.

We use the same process for every HOA.  We sell, then send a technical measurer to the home, and once we have all the sizes and options figured out with the home owner we contact the HOA to proceed.  This is the same process we used this time, and will continue to use in the future. This is a issue could have been resolved if we were allowed to speak to the HOA when this all began.  Since there seems to be no resolution that will be beneficial to both parties, our decision is to cancel the order and refund the money so both sides can move forward.

Just had new windows put in by Renewal by Andersen of Alaska. They are absolutely wonderful! Bob, Shelton and Greg were the installers. Their work was fantastic from the time they started till they finished nothing but professional. My house looks cleaner after they left. I would recommend them to any and everyone. Thank you, guys your the best???

I am rejecting this response because this contract shouldn't have moved forward without the HOA's approval. I am not at liberty to change anything without HOA approval. They just assumed that it would be approved and moved forward anyway. I can agree to anything until the cows come home, but at the end of the day, HOA has the final say and when they denied the windows, Renewal by Andersen didn't want to accept no as an answer.

We hired Renewal by Andersen to replace 4 large bedroom windows in our older home. Our salesman, Travis, was helpful, courteous, and wonderful to work with. This week Bob and Shelton installed the windows. These men were extraordinary; Andersen should be proud to call them employees. They let us know when they would arrive, arrived on time, worked hard while here, and completed the job on time. They were professional and did great work, and we are thrilled with the results. But beyond that, they were also friendly and courteous. They took special care around my garden, they left our home cleaner than they found it, they were friendly with our animals, and Bob even took the time to explain to me what he was doing from time to time. I am a major diyer and loved picking his brain! We knew Andersen windows would provide us with a quality product, but we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the employees.

Renewal by Andersen replaced two of my windows this month. Bob and Shelton were professional and efficient with this job. I would use them again for future jobs.

Bob, Shelton and Greg did an outstanding job installing our new patio door on April 2, 2018. They were professional and polite to be around. The weather wasn't the best as the wind had a definite bite to it, however no complaints were expressed by these wonderful men. You can be proud that they represent your company in a positive way.

Paul and Brett completed the installation of our windows and door. They had great communication, were pleasant, helpful, and kind. They took good care of the floors and our dog when he ran outside. They were very skillful in reinstalling the trim on both the inside and outside of the new windows and checked with me every step of the way to make sure it was what I wanted. The windows and door are a huge upgrade and we can tell an immediate difference!

I am so happy with my new kitchen window! Rob P and Mike D installed it this morning and, not only is the window beautiful, their workmanship is as well.

This started off as a great experience with the salesperson!! Jeffrey W on the Kenai Peninsula was very professional and great to work with!! There were some delays due to wrong sizing of door and other problems with communication with the main office in Anchorage. Door was installed today and it looks great!! The installers Paul and Brett were great to work with! They were professional and pleasent to work with. The installers is why I rate them at 5 stars. When it comes to the admin portion from Anchorage it would be 3 stars.

We just had 3 bedroom windows and a bay window installed and they done a wonderful job. They left no mess and were timely on getting the job done. Thank you Rob P. Mike D. and William. Great job!!
