Good afternoon Mr***,Recently I had issued a complaint with the Revdex.com, Complaint #***, which was to have my parents, Mrand Mrs*** ***, and my husband and myself, Mrand Mrs*** ***, on the deed as primary and secondary vacation ownersThe contract was updated as of June 2016; however, Welk has not provided us new Platinum ownership cards as was stated by the person handling the new contractMrand Mrs*** (my parents) received their own individual cards, we did not. This is the type of treatment that resulted in my original complaint to the Revdex.com which was to ensure that all parties were included in all aspects of the joint pooling of pointsI believe the new Platinum ownership cards would fall under "all aspects" of joint pooling of points.Your last correspondence to me was to reach out to you if I still had concerns; I am reaching out to you, now.Sincerely,*** ***

Here is the truthYes, we were contacted by their representatives and I accepted October 4th for a trip subject to consultation with my husband.Since,than I tried to reach representative from that Travel Company to confirm that but nobody pick up the phone or return your callsThey are very comfortable.I repeat,Welk made representation on first attemptThey choose that travel company as their trip provider.They are lousy company and Welk is responsible for promising wordsYes, we didn't purchased Time Share, so is that reason why we have to straggle ? I am sorry, but their advertising didn't said: " If you don't buy, you can't use promising bribe gifts".PeriodAgain,faise advertisingI am talking about Welk Resort, I don't care about Travel Company, with them I don't have nothing,they probably actin accordingly in this consumers scamPeople should be aware about this practices

I am not satisfied with the solution as my complaints are below and should be made to consumers on Welks history. There are others with similar circumstances and request this complaint be considered in renewal of Welks business license, investigation to selling practices and promises would suffice. Revdex.com, take a look at the contract enclosed, Page of (Second Page), would an "ethical" company as Welk claims need to put all these disclaimers? If Welks takes it service levels and ethics seriously very seriously I invite them to work with me on a compromise in this matter.1. The company uses high pressure tactics when they sell you the timeshare. You are put in a room with many people (like a trading floor) where if you purchase "win" the product they ring a bell and serve you Champaign. Who doesn't want to feel like a winner and purchase a timeshare. Especially after repeatedly telling them you are not interested and hey keep on coming back with, "we are expanding along the coast in California, let me tell you about the timeshare list, we are on the among and have most value than others....etc." My wife and I felt like we couldn't leave this place without signing. The product Welks sells is a timeshare of lies. When I purchase it I was told I would be part owner of the Mountain Villas that were not built yet, to my disbelief the next time I went there they indicated I wasn't part owner of anything and just owned points, this was issues another issue, the sales people tell you just about anything to sell you the timeshare, especially since the product was not built and no way for me to know until I visited the following yearWelks misleads you that they have rooms and locations always available, will find either you don't have enough points, weeks you want are full, and you need to plan years in advance. There is no way an owner can test or sample the product until after the days they give you to look over contract. They will lure you to their presentations by offering you a free gift "two Safari Animal Park Tickets" was my case, what a coincidence since we where there with the kids. When you actually start using the product you start to realize that booking doesn't guarantee you a spot
for the days you want and many times your points are not enough for day you want so they put you to purchase more pointsConsumer awareness of Welks practices when you need help. Consumers should be aware that if you are told by Welks they can help you if you want to sell your timeshare here is what it means. You will call them and they will give you the name of a local real estate agency who basically tells you that your timeshare is worthless. The agent told me that there are many people in this situation and there is no help, all they could do is refer you to local resources in area. This is reason I went back to Welks and asked agent for help. The sales person indicated only thing I could do now is try to add more points to rent one week and help me pay off my yearly dues. What other options to people who have been mislead and put in situations where they purchase items under pressure worth little or nothing. psEnclosed is my contract as requested

going to need some assistance from you to resolve this. According to the hotel where we had you booked the accommodations were used for one night but you did not show up for your tour. That is the reason you were charged. Your complaint states you did not stay the night.
