Welk resort promised Dream Vacations, all free and included in the package we paid for. We repeatedly asked if any other fees were involved and the sales lady told us "NO"She showed us booklets of hotels in Europe, places we loved to go like Spain, Germany, UK, and told us we could go to any of them for total of weeks, free and included in the package we purchasedI have attached all the correspondence we had with them (which we never received a response to)In one email we received, they sent us the attached price list for the Dream Vacation and we found out it was not free!!! we had to pay between $279-$for each! It is a bad business practice to lie to consumer to get packages sold! If we were told about fees from beginning, we had never purchased the package. if you review the contract there is no mention of the extra fees, and my wife and I both were told that all trips are free. Not that we planned to go after finding out the fees, but we checked the packages online and not one of them included any of the countries and destinations we were showedThere were destinations we had not even heard of! We did not ask for refund even though were were deceived and we should have! All we are asking is for my credit report to be cleared and we do not wish to deal with Welks anymore. We will not pay the remaining balance and we will go all the way to higher authorities to fix our credit history

Once again, you (the Revdex.com), leave us (the consumer), no choice other than to "reject" said offer, SIMPLY because the Revdex.com ONLY offers "Accept" or "Reject", and no MIDDLE ground.As was stated in our first reply, we are waiting to receive products via snail mail from Welk Resorts, and then it will require up to SIX MONTHS for us to try what the company sends us, to make sure everything is working like Welk Resorts said it should.Also in that same (first) response, was a question to the Revdex.com, as to IF you (the Revdex.com), wants us or thinks we should close this complaint, and after we see if said product works like Welk Resorts says it should, but find that it doesn't, for us to open up another and new complaint, referencing this one, but apparently NO ONE is even reading these, for we haven't heard anything from the Revdex.com, other than for you to send replies to the company (Welk Resorts), and then send replies to us from Welk Resorts.It is a SAD day when it is so hard to just get QUESTIONS answered, and things to flow and go smoothly, but I guess that's the kind of world we live in nowEven the person replying, didn't leave a phone # - just saying that if his services are needed, for me to contact himNothing was said as to when we can expect what they are supposed to be sending, or anything else, nor have we heard from the Revdex.com, other than just forwarding replies back and forth between the company (Welk Resorts), and us - the consumer.Again, not all complaints can be settled with a simple "Accept" or "Reject" Your TEMPLATE and BUSINESS should REFLECT those cases and complaints by offering a THIRD OPTION
