I will not play the "you can't fire us, we quit" game. The fact is your previous posts cherry-picked the weakest of my arguments which were invalid as you pointed out save not wanting to work with certain people. However, what I did notice is they did not address the fact that your agent did not keep her word, said I was wasting both our times, and when I retrieved the key apologized 2 times. Which brings me back to my original post and Renter's Warehouse response that there is clearly a certain "fit" that RW is looking to do business with. A person with a house to rent is apparently not a good fit, which underscores my original point. They care most about legality, and not about honesty or following through with their word. Also, their agent exaggerated the amount of times they showed my home. The agent said she was not getting enough people looking at the house, yet showed it "50" times. The Revdex.com website is for opinions of my experience with this business. I wish this business good luck maintaining it's record of infallibility and a clear conscience.

Tenants please beware!! We have been renting from them for almost a year and have had the same experience as other families as reported here. The absence of communication is huge. When you call you can not get to a live person and if you leave a message no one calls back. We had nails coming up out of the carpet, broken window, door keys that did not work, no water pressure and the list goes on.

It took MONTHS to get this resolved. It took being demanding and not backing down to their rude staff to get the landlord contacted. When we finally had enough and wanted to leave the response from Renters Warehouse us all of this is our fault for not letting them know.

Really, we as tenants can't let you know if you don't call us back. We can not call all day long when we have jobs. It took me yesterday almost two hours of repeated calls to get to a live person. Oh and then was hung up on and had call back several more times to get a live person. The answer I was given is it was my fault.

Do not rent from them.

We initially contacted the company regarding rental interest on a property in Tempe despite never hearing of the company throughout my native stay in the Phoenix Metro area. We were directed to agents ([redacted] & [redacted]), scheduled an immediate viewing and really enjoyed the property, but the agents weren't very interactive and only seemed interested in the financial aspect of the tour. Regardless, we opted to apply. I shared past experiences with the leasing agent with intent to ensure the application would meet their criteria prior to submission. Specifically, I requested that this information be reviewed, but was assured that it would not be an issue. Ultimately, we were trying to ensure that it would not be a waste of time or money for either party. Once we were told that it would not be an issue, we were directed to a website to complete applications and pay a $40.00 fee per person ($120.00). After submitting the applications, I informed the agent and was told that we'd hear from them soon. Well, a few days passed and I had not heard anything from the company. Therefore I sent an email requesting an update on the application status and received a short response stating that "the owners were taking the weekend to review" and that they'd "be in touch." This is the last that I heard from the company. Unfortunately, a few more days passed without correspondence and we began to grow frustrated. I sent more emails expressing concern and requested immediate follow-up, to no avail. I then followed with countless phone calls & left voice mails that were also ignored. We concluded with research of the original listing and were baffled to discover that it had been updated and reposted the same day that the agent noted our applications were being "reviewed over the weekend." It seems as if we were scammed into paying fee's to a company that had no interest or intent in leasing a home to our party at all. This should have been a red flag at the point of viewing contact, but we assumed that we were safe as the company appeared to hold a Revdex.com accreditation, despite receiving this accredit ONLY 2 years prior and hosts various complaints in excess of 10. Overall, I am filing in protest of this company as morals, values and communication practices appear to be non-existent. Not to mention, they practically took our money and ran with it. We intend to file with our banking institutions as well. I truly hope that this company will be reviewed and considered for revocation of the accreditation it received so prematurely. Our party is utterly disgusted and will NEVER recommend or conduct business with Renters Warehouse again. Be forewarned!

Brandon G[redacted] made the renting process so easy!

We just finished the process of renting our home through Renters Warehouse. Brandon G[redacted] was our rental estate consultant. From the first day of him walking our house to the day the new tenants took possession Brandon has been by our side every step of the way. He made sure that we understood all of the requirements that are needed to rent our house. We were able to take advantage of Renters Warehouse's extensive list of services in order to get our house ready for rent. I cannot say enough good things about Brandon and Renters Warehouse. They are top notch and I will be referring them to our friends. Brandon G[redacted] delivered on everything he stated!

Philip H[redacted] of Renters Warehouse found a qualified renter for my home in 4 days! He is a great representative of the organization. Organized, professional, courteous and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I recommend Philip to anyone renting a home!

We will never rent a house on our own again!! We worked with Brandon out of the Phoenix office and couldn't have been happier. He got us a great 2 year lease on our property! His customer service was A++. He was quick to respond to every call and email. We highly recommend this company for your rental needs!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Brandon G[redacted] using Renter's Warehouse. At the time the paperwork was initiated I was out of town and had difficulty getting access to the internet. Brandon was very helpful and patient and was able to use the information I had on hand to get the process started. When I came back into town we were able to pick up where we left off and did not lose any time. Brandon was also very responsive to my emails and addressed my concerns almost immediately. The entire process was very smooth and effortless. I will definitely recommend Brandon and your service to family and friends. Thank you!

Very prompt and upfront

Recently rented a property through RW. Property was not 'ready' when we did the walk through. Lots of things missing, broken, not working etc. Agent seemed irritated that we were doing it on a Saturday. Contract is non negotiable and written to lay all problems off on lessee with no recourse. Can't get any maintenance issues taken care of. Agent wants nothing to do with me, his part is done and he got his money.

[redacted] was absolutely terrific! This was the first time I rented my own place and [redacted] made, what I expected to be a long, grueling, tedious process, a very quick, simple, and happy experience. He was very professional but down to earth, stated everything to the point and mapped out exactly what we had to do to officially lease this condo. I was very relieved to have [redacted] as our realtor and I'm glad he is in the business to make this experience a gratifying one for others who choose to rent.
