Renters Warehouse

I think we will have to agree to disagree on this being a situation of not a "good fit". My initial impression of Renter's Warehouse was that it was a reputable business. After your continued ignorance of valid grievances,and a hefty electric bill thanks to your agents leaving appliances and lights on after a specific agreement was made, I maintain my stance. I have yet to hear specific reasoning why they were unable to rent my house. My final question to this company is why a person wanting to rent a house is not a good fit?

We are very happy with the service we have received from Renter's Warehouse. Michael R** came out to set up us with a contract. He was really personable and gave great advice. Better yet he and Renter's Warehouse found us a wonderful renter that was interested in a long term lease. Bottom line is that we got a renter for three years and we did virtually nothing. Renter's Warehouse handled everything. I highly recommend them to anyone that has a house to rent.

Philip H[redacted] was great and found us a renter in just a couple of weeks, walking us through the process each step of the way. I would highly recommend Renters Warehouse to anyone.

I just rented a condo and used renters warehouse for rent process. The agent (Brandon G[redacted]) from renters warehouse was extremely helpful and provided me with all the info necessary for smooth transaction. I am very satisfied with the service, definitely 5 star service!!

Unfortunately, I also had a terrible experience with RW. The rep (Vince) was helpful and answered all our questions. He endured that the house he rented us would be move in ready. We asked if we could do a walk through before signing the lease just to make sure everything is fine. He again endured us he would be doing a video inspection and whatever is not up to par he would make sure it was corrected, but we must sign the lease before we could move forward. That should have been my red flag. After signing the lease, two days later we moved in. The floors/bathroom/showers were dirty and grimy. All of the appliances were filthy and I honestly mean filthy! I even found hair in the frig. I can't express how disappointed I was. I called to inform him of the status of the home and all he said, was that he couldn't do anything about. It was now my responsibility to submit a ticket to their website to get it cleaned. This should have never occurred. He was the rep who clearly stated the home would be clean and ready to move in. There was even stuff left behind by the owners of which he stated that it was our responsible to do what we wanted because it was abandoned.

Now I cannot even move in effectively. Either I have to clean it or wait to see if their maintenance will come to clean. Just don't want anyone else to experience what I am experiencing. Will not work or recommend them to anyone again. It is always good to learn who in business is truly ethical. Lesson learned!

Less than two weeks ago I called and was put in touch with [redacted]. Not even two weeks later my home now has a renter!!! I am beyond impressed with the service I received from [redacted]. From the get go [redacted]'s communication has been nothing short of amazing, quick and appreciative. Having debated on renting my home out again myself or entrusting in someone else in finding me a quality renter was not easy for my Type A personality. The process was not only professional, but painless, easy and most of all seamless. [redacted] came and met me at my property in the same day had my home up and listed and within hours notified me of the interest in my home. He helped me pick a price that was fair, more than what I had previously rented for and suggested an amount that would get the house rented sooner rather than later.....Again, I even got more than I thought I would & had been getting the two years prior. [redacted] kept me updated on the interest there was, feedback from prospective tenants, even went the extra mile in letting me know his appointments he had scheduled and how they went. [redacted] was not only professional, but quick and just beyond a joy and pleasant to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend [redacted] to anyone interested in looking for a quality renter and I would HIGHLY recommend him when searching for a home. I'm actually sad the process has ended as I ALWAYS looked forward to his feedback. [redacted], from the bottom of my heart, thank you for all that you have done. You have no idea what a relief it was to find you and take a huge weight off my shoulders. ABSOLUTELY without a doubt would I use him again!!!!! You certainly impressed this homeowner!

Absolutely loved working with [redacted] as we went through the rental process. He was knowledgeable, always available and the things he said would (or could) happen - did happen! I highly recommend [redacted] and Renters Warehouse.

I had a rough break up that got nasty unfortunately but [redacted] at Renters Warehouse was very helpful. She helped me get through an experience ive never encountered, thankful I had her to walk me through it all.

I found my house by chance. It was listed by Renters Warehouse. Phillip H[redacted] showed the house and he was a HUGE help. I did most everything by email and he was on top of it all!

Michael R** is not only a fabulous realtor, but pulls rabbits from hats! In two days from seeing the house I grabbed,my background check, credit check and app were approved. Michael R** had the first three-year lease to me, I met him the following day, gave him a check and I was able to get packing! He is knowledgeable, fun, smart and gets the job done to both owner's and renters' tremendous satisfaction!

This is the worst company ever! They lied to us about having a dog in the beginning. And than they never completed any of our maintenance request. It has been two weeks since my microwave and dishwasher have worked properly. And I have still yet to hear from them, however, on my maintenance request it says "scheduled" even though they have not done so. They are liars and only out for their own good. They may be good to the landlord but are terrible to the renters which in the long run is bad for the landlord because this is the first time me and my husband want to break our lease.

I will not play the "you can't fire us, we quit" game. The fact is your previous posts cherry-picked the weakest of my arguments which were invalid as you pointed out save not wanting to work with certain people. However, what I did notice is they did not address the fact that your agent did not keep her word, said I was wasting both our times, and when I retrieved the key apologized 2 times. Which brings me back to my original post and Renter's Warehouse response that there is clearly a certain "fit" that RW is looking to do business with. A person with a house to rent is apparently not a good fit, which underscores my original point. They care most about legality, and not about honesty or following through with their word. Also, their agent exaggerated the amount of times they showed my home. The agent said she was not getting enough people looking at the house, yet showed it "50" times. The Revdex.com website is for opinions of my experience with this business. I wish this business good luck maintaining it's record of infallibility and a clear conscience.

[redacted] with Renters Warehouse did an amazing job communicating with me and finding a tenant. He was very punctual on our first meeting, addressed my concerns and answered my questions. He took the necessary pictures for the listing and were up in a couple hours. Three days later he had a list of prospective tenants I could choose from and had everything settled within the week. He was very professional and communicated every step of the way and I couldn't be happier with his service.

[redacted] was the listing agent and made the whole process of getting us into our place effortless on our part- it was so smooth! I honestly did not expect everything to be as easy as it was. I would recommend using Renter's Warehouse, if you are looking for a home. Thank you [redacted]!!

My experience on 2/18/15, with [redacted], at Renters Warrhouse, in [redacted] was extremely positive and satisfying. [redacted] was very responsive and provided me with the answers I was looking for in the assistance that I needed. I would highly recommend Renters [redacted] in [redacted] and highly recommend dealing with [redacted].
