their vehicle was parked on the property, making the vehicle unauthorizedPer the “Terms & Conditions” posted, any unauthorized vehicle is subject to a $parking notice and/or being towedThis location provides parking for patrons of Factoria Village tenantsThere are only two restrictions for parking at this location: you must not park for more than three hours and you cannot walk off the premises while your vehicle is still parked on the lotSigns of the parking policy are posted at the entrances as well as locations in the plaza where it is most common for customers to walk off the premisesThe customer contacted us via email on 2/7/stating they were a patron of both *** and one of the *** located at Factoria VillageWe sent a response via email on 2/13/informing the customer that the parking lot is only for patrons of Factoria Village tenants, and that patrons are not permitted to park at this location and to leave the premisesWhile parked at the location, they must visit only Factoria Village tenantsThe customer was also provided with pictures of signs posted regarding the parking policyThe customer responded via email on 2/13/stating the picture that was sent states there is three hours of complimentary parking, and that they were within that time limitThe email also advised that, if the notice was not canceled, the customer would take legal action and would file complaints with the Revdex.com and the Washing State Attorney General’s officeWe respond to emails in the order they are received and within business days as stated in our automatic response sent for every email receivedThe customer’s email sent on 2/13/was not read until 2/17/The customer paid the notice on 2/14/We did not respond to this email as the notice was paid and closedThe notice was issued correctly and is validNo refund will be issued

Notice *** was issued at our privately-owned location, 30-071, 3rd and Stewart Garage, for the $lost ticket amount as the customer had lost their ticket obtained when entering the garageAs stated on the signs posted at this location and attached to this statement, ‘lost ticket’ notices are issued for the ‘max rate’The ‘max rate’ at this location is the 24-hour rate, $The customer refused to pay when exiting this location and was issued notice *** for $By parking in this garage, the customer is agreeing to the terms and conditions as posted in this location, which includes full payment for lost ticketsAs a courtesy, we have extended the due date of the $original amount until 1/18/17, when the late fee of $will be reappliedThe customer has been emailed the payment information in an earlier email from our notice department dated 12/9/

Notice *** (file number ***) was issued on 4/11/for ‘No Payment/No Receipt’On this privately-owed lot, vehicles without the appropriate Republic Parking Northwest receipt displayed are issued a ‘No Payment/No Receipt’ notice for $as per our ‘Terms and Conditions’ signs posted at the locationOur records show a note with a City of Seattle receipt received from the customer on 4/21/We returned a letter to the customer on 4/21/stating the receipt was for a different company and with the notice adjusted to reflect the payment due for the time parked at our locationThe return letter and the following two late payment letters were mailed to the name and address given on the customer’s original correspondenceThis notice was sent to collections on 12/14/as no reply was received from the customerOur Notice Department conversed with the customer via email on 1/15/16, 1/18/16, and 1/19/discussing the reason the Notice was issued, the return letter with the notice adjustment, and how best to contact collections for further assistance.

It was early morning and I intentionally parked my car a bit away from QFC, where I usually get tea from, so I can get some walking time in the morningMy car was one of the few cars there and I think the checker may have mistaken my car with someone who parked there for other reasonPlease look at the time stamp on the ticket and the time I made purchase at QFC, which is INSIDE the propertyIt is not humanly possible for me to walk off site while I am waiting for the barista to make my drink at the time the ticket was issued I have called more than times to Republic Parking and request to speak to someone, but have never gotten any return callsThe payment was made because Republic Parking has refused to speak to me or admit any error made on their end, and I have basically being bullied to make a payment or be billed for even more for something I am not responsible forFeel free to ask QFC to review their security camera footagethis is unacceptable and I will seek legal channels to make sure this is correctedSincerely,*** **

continues to be that I am unwilling to admit to an offense that I did not commit. Republic Parking offered to "forgive" the fine they incorrectly imposed. No, they need to expunge my vehicles record from their system. I do not require an apology for their mistake, just make the erroneous event go away

Hello, I spoke with the manager of the locationHe said there is a weekday rate, and a weekend rateOn Saturday at 6am, the WindMaster sign is turned around at the entrance to display the $all day rateOn Monday at 6am, the sign is turned back around to display the weekday rates.The
only reason a customer would pay $is if they lost the ticket, or they are parked more than hours
