I was NOT PARKED in YOUR LOT. I was parked ON THE STREET! Your business clearly needs to train its employees better, and/or quit hiring inattentive drop-outs. You have failed to provide me any proof that my vehicle was on your property as I requsted. You know why? BECAUSE THERE IS NONE! Why is that you ask? Because I WASN'T PARKED IN YOUR LOT. I hate property management corperations, such as yours, they ruin a city's culture and therefore I would NEVER park in one of your lots. As far as I'm concerned, at this point, Republic parking is run by liars and thieves.[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:A) I was never given a parking spot, as defined in the agreement. I was forced to park in the bicycle area, because my vehicle was a scooter. 
B) Even if the debt is due on the 1st of the month, if I Pay it on the 5th, then that entitles me to 1 month of parking. Otherwise I should have been charged less for the remainder of the month. you cant have your cake and eat it too. 
C) they clearly received monthly parking money from me, and thus I did pay for 7 months of parking. D) I did not receive half the tickets they claim I owe. I claim they fabricated or did not distribute the other half to me.E) I was originally told that I would not have to pay parking since I had to park in the bicycle area. then I was given a ticket. I claim that they intentionally entrapped me with lies.Sincerely,[redacted]
PS I will be taking Republic Parking to court ASAP.

I spoke with the notice Dept again, and this is what they say.
As stated previously, this notice was issued because the checker saw the customer leave the location as noted in the checkers notes as ‘walked off 36th St’. We are unable to make any adjustments to this notice, [redacted], as it was correctly issued. This notice has been paid in full on 12/2/16 and is now closed.

Notice number [redacted] was issued 6/1/2017 at our private lot located at 1701 1st Ave S. in Seattle, WA. The property line for this location is next to the City of Seattle property. Part of the private lot at this location is gravel, distinguishing it from City property, which is paved. Our location...

is also marked by the signs posted at the location regarding the parking policy as well as the numbered parking spaces. On this day, the customer parked both on City property as well as our private lot. As shown in the attached images of the violation, the right side of the customer’s vehicle is encroaching on our property. At this location, we require customers to park within the orange cones with their vehicle centered on the stall number. Any other parking is improperly parked.Per the “Terms & Conditions” posted at this location, any improperly parked vehicle is subject to a $45 parking notice and/or being towed. The event rate that day was $15, so we can reduce the notice to this price as this is a first violation.  Please contact the notice department in regards to the notice. Thank You

The manager called me AFTER I filed the claim.  He apologized and said he'd send a check for the refund.
As of 05/08 I have not received a refund at all.
