I placed my order from Revice on April 29, and it said it would take 3 weeks to arrive and it's approaching 3 months and my order hasn't even shipped.
On April 29th I ordered the 'Uptown / Rising Star' jeans with my debit card *** and expected my order time to be approximately 3 weeks and my order number given was #XXXXX. On May 9th I received an email from them that claimed my order was in the third step of the process and that I should be receiving my order within approximately 13 days after that, and a shipping confirmation within those 13 days. With no word of a shipping confirmation I reached out to Revice on May 29th letting them know that I would like to be informed of where my order is currently at and that I'm unhappy and concerned. The following day on May 30th Revice responded that they are experiencing a delay in shipments and to "allow 1-2 weeks, or sooner, as production finishes up this style" and that I'd be receiving a shipping confirmation soon. After 2 weeks of receiving no word back I contacted Revice once again on June 14th (at 10:49) with the request of wanting to know exactly where my jeans were and when I could expect to receive them, somehow at 10:51 that same day 2 minutes later Revice had responded letting me know that "have personally spoken with production to get to the bottom of this for your order specifically, and I was informed that there was an issue with the sizing of the jeans becoming incorrect after the wash process" and that I should expect them to ship "soon". I find it extremely unlikely that they were able to read my email, contact production, and then email me back within a 2 minute time period. After that I responded that I wanted to know an actual date that I should expect my order and not just approximates and they never answered that request. On June 17th (11:41 am) I contacted Revice again to let them know I'd had enough and would like to cancel this order and receive a refund, to which I have just come to find they closed my service ticket with this request at 11:48 am, just 7 minutes later with no response to my request. Upon this realization I contacted Revice for the final time on June 22nd letting them know all of my issues from not receiving my order, the length of this process, and the issues with customer service and now I am awaiting their response to the request to once again cancel the order and receive a full refund. I also find it curious that the same person *** has been assigned to every single one of my requests.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund, and not to store credit as I will never be ordering from them again. It is wildly clear to me now after reading reviews I won't be getting these jeans and at this point I don't want them I just want my money back.

This company: didn't cancel an order and refused to refund me and never delivered the exchanged product I sent back.
In April 2019 I ordered a pair of jeans. Within 10 minutes, I noticed I ordered the wrong size and submitted a cancellation request. I immediately ordered the correct size. They didn't process the cancellation and instead sent both pairs of jeans. Their website states they don't allow returns, only exchanges. I returned the pair that originally I wanted to cancel on May 6, and received no word that they received the jeans or were processing a return at all. I emailed multiple times, attempted to call, and used their website only to receive the same response: they would sent a confirmation when my jeans were sent. Now, at least two months later, I still have: not received the jeans, not received any confirmation that they are working on my order, and have not been able to stay in correspondence with anyone (as their email is a no-reply only).

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive the jeans I ordered. There website stated that they would begin shipping jeans this week, and I still have received no confirmation that they are doing so.

This company does not deliver, they take your money and disable all contact.
I ordered jeans from this company OVER A MONTH AGO and haven't received them. They were very timely taking my money but I have yet to receive an order confirmation or shipping. They do not respond to the email thread that they have on their website and their phone number is disabled. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have to go through my bank to dispute the charge, which costs half of what I paid for the jeans. complete waste of time and money

I received only half of my order. Have reached out three times have not heard back. It has been over a month.
I do not have the order number but I purchased two pairs of jeans, the Venus Crops and the Mon Amour Crops on May 3rd. The order total was $126.90. I received a "free" crop top for ordering denim that day as a promotion. I received the Venus Crops and the t-shirt. I have not received the Mon Amour Crops in the mail. It has been a month.

I want the jeans to be sent to me. They do not do returns which is inconvenient but fine. I just want what I purchased to be sent to me.

Late refund and no replies to second or third email sent to them about said refund
After ordering a pair of jeans online from this company, I immediately realized that I had made an ordering mistake, but was able to find on their website that refunds were granted if they were requested within 24 hours of ordering. I immediately tired to find the place to request for a refund, but the hyperlink to the email designated on the website for refunds led to a "no reply" email address. Finally, through having to use a search engine, I found the correct place to request a refund. I was contacted by a representative 3 days later saying that my request had been approved and that my refund should show up in my account within 24-48 hours. After waiting well over that amount of time and still not seeing a refund, I have tried to contact the company about the status of the refund, but no one has responded to me. I keep getting "status updates" on the order, but I was told from the representative that it had been cancelled. I do not want to be charged for something that I was approved for a cancellation and refund.

Give me the refund that I was promised and/or at least respond to my many emails and ways of trying to communicate.

Never received half my order. Also received damaged order. Company refuses to refund me for missing and damaged orders.
I ordered two pairs of jeans from Revice. The first pair arrived and didn't fit, so I returned them. I ordered another pair, which arrived damaged. I never received my first pair. Revice refuses to refund me for the pair I never received and for the damaged pair. I do not wish to receive store credit, because they never sent my first order! I am not confident that I will even receive store credit or that I will ever be able to use it. I just want a refund and to never purchase from them again.

I just want a refund for the three pairs of jeans I ordered from Revice. And I would like for them to be forced to amend their processes so this doesn't happen to someone else.

I ordered a pair of jeans from them, went to exchange them, it has been over a month and still no update on my item.
I placed an order for a pair of jeans on March 22 2019. Received the jeans on Tuesday April 9th 2019. They did not fit so I shipped them back to revice for an exchange. They did send me an email saying they got my jeans and processed the exchange a whole month later on May 7 2019. Since then they have been unresponsive to my emails, calls, and instagram messages. While I still would like my jeans, if they do not respond I would like refunded, My order number was order #XXXXX and the exchange they listed in the email is XXXXX-EX

I am seeking the jeans I wished to exchange and if they are unable to fulfill that I would like a refund of $60 for the jeans and to cover the cost of shipping I paid to return the original jeans.

I do not recommend! I ordered a pair of jeans and never received them. I reached out to costume service multiple times and never received any assistance. It was very upsetting because I loved the styles but buying was a mistake!!!!

I ordered my jeans 2 months ago and Revice has not sent them, given me an update, or responded to my request for a full refund to my card.
I ordered jeans, the Ex-Boyfriend ***, on March 31, 2019. I paid a total of $66.00, as the shipping was free, with my MasterCard. On April 4, I received an email saying my jeans were being worked on, "made-to-order," and I would receive a confirmation email soon.
On April 10, I received an unsolicited email "detailing" the process my jeans were going through, and it gave an overall maximum 13 business days that I could expect to wait before my jeans would be shipped.
I waited 12 days, and then on April 22, I sent an inquiry about an update (Request XXXXX) for my jeans. 12 minutes later, *** from Revice responded, saying that they were having a delay in shipping and to give them 1-2 weeks to finish production of my jeans.
On May 19, I sent another request (Request XXXXX), this time asking for my full refund to my card and for my order to be entirely cancelled. I never received a response.

Desired Outcome

I only want my full refund from this business. I do not want them to credit me the $66.00 to only be able to buy their merchandise, as I do not want to do business with them again. I do not want the jeans delivered, as I do not want the hassle of a return/exchange if the jeans do not fit. I simply want my full refund to my MasterCard.

I ordered two pairs of jeans, only received one, no response when contacted about the other pair.
I could list a laudry list of issues I have with Revice (I've been dealing with their unprofessionalism since November of 2018 when I placed my orginial order). I recieved a package on April 17 2019 from Revice that was said to have contained BOTH pairs of jeans I purchased. There was only one pair so I immediately contacted them through their website. I have contacted them 4 times now asking for a refund or the whereabouts of the other pair of jeans I ordered, and called several times. No response via email and every time I call, their mailbox is full. Probably full of complaints.

At this point I just want my money back. It took them MONTHS to even prepare/ship the order.

I had ordered 2 pairs of jeans from them in 2017 and received them without issue. They fit great and were so unique that I decided I wanted a few other pairs. I ordered an additional 2 pairs of jeans and 2 pairs of shorts in June of 2018 and have still not received my items. I have sent countless emails to Revice not receiving a reply and when they do reply, they tell me that my jeans will be shipped out in two weeks. I have asked for a refund to no avail and have nothing to show for the $300+ I spent with them. DO NOT order from them. Their customer service is horrendous.

Their sizing charts are in no way accurate, and customer service/returns departments take weeks and months longer than they should.

Hello, I have ordered a pair of jeans on the 16th of the 4th and have only received one pair of jeans today (23.05.19)
Sale of jeans 16.04.19 payment through paypal at the amount of $147.20 USD, ***. Only one pair of jeans have arrived and I didn't get any tracking information until last week! I have just received my jeans and have noticed that they never shipped the other jeans that I also paid for, Nor have they said that they have shipped them. Their shipping descriptions are some of the most vague and unprofessional I have ever ever seen online, I have sent them multiple emails to multiple listed email addresses to find that they have bounced, even the non-no-reply that are listed formally on their Instagram and website, they then said that their email was overwhelmed and to contact them via 'ZenDesk' which I did twice with no reply, at this stage I have never received a single reply. I am very very angry and upset and don't know what to do, I have never experienced such an openly dodgy company in my life, and when I commented on their Instagram pictures things like 'where are my jeans' and 'are you going to ship my jeans yet?' it was deleted, I then reached out to them in their Instagram message with no reply. Please please help me I don't know what to do anymore!

I would like my jeans delivered asap! and a refund, this is complete madness I have never seen anything like this in my whole online shopping experience, I have been ignored and blocked.

The jeans that were delivered were not the ones that I ordered.
I ordered a pair of jeans on August 15, 2018 in order #XXXXX. A pair of jeans was delivered on September, 24 2018, but they were not the style jeans that I ordered and paid for. I have tried contacting REVICE on multiple occasions and have only received this as a response:
"Hi!
I am so sorry for the delay in receiving your order. After looking into your account, I can confirm your order has not been shipped due to being a pre-order. Pre-order dates are listed on our website as estimates under the product descriptions. I completely understand how frustrating this can be, however each item is custom made and made to order. Our pieces are designed and made right here in Los Angeles, which we pride on ourselves on, but this can also factor into the delayed shipping times. We expect your order to ship out within the next 2-3 weeks or sooner.
Again, I sincerely apologize for the delay, but appreciate your patience so much!"

This message had nothing to do with my complaint and I have not been able to get in contact with REVICE since. I would like the jeans I ordered to begin with.

I would like REVICE to deliver the jeans that I originally ordered. If that is not a possibility I would like a refund for the $70.40 I spent.

Sent item back for exchange to smaller size. Haven't received a response even though it's been over a month and several emails have been sent.
I ordered a pair of jeans, they were too big so I sent them back for exchange to smaller pair. I didn't receive an email about what was happening so I've emailed them via their contact support and even on their social media over 10 times and I've not received a response to any. I would've happily accepted an exchange but if possible I'd rather take a refund because of the hassle and no longer want business with this company. Thank you.

Purchased 3/1/2019 order# XXXXX received confirmation of purchase with the process that it would take roughly two weeks because they were custom made jeans which is BS because they never ask for measurements. I followed up after those two weeks and never received a reply. On 4/18/19 I received an email with a tracking number that never registered to anything ... NOW I STARTED THINK I HAVE BEEN HAD! I sent an email stating the tracking number didn't register ... received no response. That tracking number didn't register until another week and a half ... whew now we are in business so I thought. I finally got those jeans that a 12 year old could fit and was immediately disappointed. To my dismay I went to their website only saw store credit only and cringed like a MF'er how could I overlook THAT?? Anyway stuff happens I followed directions to return paid $12 via UPS to Return ID XXXXXB never heard from them and it was delivered 5/2/19. Since I never heard from them I responded with an email got a generic response from a no-reply address that they received my request about my return (first time I ever heard back from them). Followed up again on 5/18/19 received no response. Now I'm just livid paying $80 for some kiddie sized jeans only to receive shoddy service too. I started researching this company which I should have done before and it appears they have a horrible reputation on products and service. That is my oversight and since I'm not on social media I miss out on info like this. I paid with my debit card I'm almost at the pointvto contact my bank on fraud charges from this company.

Seeking a full refund because as a business their practices are sloppy and inconsiderate to their consumer. Their practices and policies are almost scam worthy at best. After paying a ridiculous price for jeans following their sizing guide you still receive a pair that can fit a 12 year old. You have to pay to send the back then the correspondence from there ceases. It's unacceptable. I just rather have my money than promote a shady business that claims their product is made in the US OF A! JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY NO REFUND that IS THE ONLY AMERICAN WAY I see it at this point.

REVICE denim charged my card for my order but has not even sent any sort of shipping information nor have they even process my order placed on March 4
On MONDAY, MARCH 4TH I placed an order with REVICE DENIM for one pair of jeans that were NOT listed on pre order. Upon ordering them the website changed and placed them on pre order telling me to expect to wait 4-6 weeks to even PROCESS the order. My order number is #XXXXX. My card was charged $70.50. The address that I ordered these jeans to is an address I am moving away from for the summer and will not be back until September. No one will be in this house so if the jeans do happen to be delivered, the package will get ruined or stolen. I have contacted the company multiple times and have only received automated messages or an email denying me any sort of refund. I am now without $70 and no product. I even reached out to a model who represents them hoping to get some sort of response. The website has no contact phone number. Awful customer service. I know multiple people who have never even had their jeans delivered SIX MONTHS since ordering. I have no confirmation that the product has even begun being made or if the order was even processed.

Company said orders could be cancelled within a 24 hour period. I tried to cancel the order but was never contacted back. I want to return and refund.
Purchased the items on 4/29/19 and tried to cancel the order on 4/30/19 less than 24 hours after. The company promotes a 254 hour cancellation and refund period. I was never contacted back and have tried on multiple occasions to get in contact with the company about my issues. Since 5/29 and it is now 5/15/19

I ordered a pair of jeans last year back in October, received them months later, and then attempted to exchange them as the size was too large for me. I have not received any confirmation of receipt of the jeans I shipped back to them, and they ignore my attempts at contacting them. They have stolen $60 from me. I have no jeans and have paid $60 for absolutely nothing.

Really wish I had rad reviews before ordering from Revice. I ordered jeans on 4/15/19 and on the site it said they were on back order until 4/21/19. On 5/1/19 I received an email saying the jeans are still being processed.... After reading reviews I decided I do not want the jeans and I just want my money back - I sent in an email expressing my frustration and that I wanted a refund. They ignored my request and just said the jeans will be shipping soon. Today, they finally have shipped and they provided me with a tracking number, but I looked to track the package and the tracking number they provided me with is INVALID. Assuming I will never get these jeans and wasted my money.
