Made an order, never received it. Company will not respond to emails or posts on their social media.
I made an order with Revice on July 7th, 2018. It said it would ship out the week of July 14th. It is now August 27th. I have not received my order nor have I gotten a shipment notification. I have emailed and reached out to the company multiple times and on multiple social media platforms and yet they REFUSE to respond or look into it for me. I have ordered once from revice before, and although shipping took about a month I did receive my item (although the belt loops ripped immediately after I put the jeans on). This company is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. I would just like my money refunded and an apology. Amazed they are still in business.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund for the shorts and T-shirt I ordered and have never received.

They stated that my order was a pre order. The pre order had an expected ship date of July 14th. As you can see, it's OCTOBER and I still have not received anything. This far exceeds any "pre order" time frame. Additionally, they stated in the response that the order would've shipped within the next week or two. I have yet to receive anything and I can say with 100% certainty that they have not shipped anything. Additionally, if I have to contact the Revdex.com in order to even get a response from a business, that business shouldn't be allowed to run. This is completely unacceptable and is completely in bad faith. It has been almost 3 months since I ordered shorts and a T-shirt. It's about to be winter I have no use for these things anymore. I don't want the order anymore I want my money back and if I have to dispute the transaction with my bank I will. They've been sitting on my money for months with nothing in return for me.

1 STAR too many!!! Same story as rest. I ordered 2 pairs. Was originally on back order. Returned (too small) to be placed back on back order ð???ð???!! I'm not sure why they still taking new orders? Seems like their back orders and outstanding orders will keep them busy for some timeð??²ð??². WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER! I tried their FACEBOOK page to get a reply but no luck.

This store deserves no star but I need to give it at least one. It has been over six months and I have not received my order, haven't received a refund, and any response I get back are copy and paste responses that mean nothing. This store is an absolute fraud.

I filed a complaint with you already and the company reached out and said I would have my jeans in another week. Still nothing.
I originally ordered the jeans in April of this year. I have reached out and asked for a refund and all I get is a generic email back. Please help me get a refund. Order# XXXXX. I do not want the jeans anymore I just want a refund.

I ordered these jeans in April. Most companies don't charge you until the item is shipped. I want a refund. I have read reviews online and some people have been waiting for their jeans since last year and the company is ***. Please help me get my refund!

ordered clothing from Revice late May. Money was taken from my account but the status of the jeans still say ordered and no one has responded to email
I purchased the jeans July 8th 2018. Under the description it was stated that the jeans would be shipped the week of August 7th, I was charged for the jeans on July 9th although they were never shipped and my status online remains "order pending shipping". The estimated ship date still says august 7th and no one at the company has responded to the emails I have sent. I asked for a refund both times and was not provided a resolution or a response.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund for the jeans that were never shipped, It has almost been two months and there was no mention of the order taking this long.

My items have never been shipped! Company refuses to respond to any of multiple emails! Do not offer the phone number to call! Stole my money !
Order numbers XXXXX and XXXXX were placed on August 5 th! Since than no order has been shipped or any information has been provided ! I have attempted to contact the company more than 10 times via customer service email they provided! No responds! Than I googled this company and apparently there are multiple customers that have same issues! They have to file claims with credit cards to cancel payment because company doesn't appear to exist ! It's a fake website with fake products that never get shipped

Horrible. Jeans are not true to size. But worst of all I'm begging to get service. Haven't gotten responses in over 8 days. It's disgusting. You spend top dollar for their "designer jeans" and just get thrown to the side and ignored. Never will I buy again. Or recommend.

"Good Afternoon,

I am emailing because I am beyond furious with my order at Revice. Here is my details. Order #***.

It has already been TWO FULL MONTHS since I received my confirmation email of purchase. I purchased 4 items, and have still only received ONE ITEM, regardless of the fact that they all said they would be delivered within 2 weeks.

I emailed you about this order a month ago AND HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK. This is unacceptable.

I expect a response with a full explanation. There is no excuse for a company to take this long to send my order..

I still have not heard back from them and have not received any additional shipping information or anything. These items were initially supposed to be received within 2 weeks of the order, according to their website when I purchased my items.

This company has been absolutely *** in delivering on their promised consumer purchases.

Desired Outcome

I expect to receive all 3 items that I have not received in an extremely timely fashion. I would be shocked if they did not also discount my purchase or throw in a free item, but regardless I want my items that I paid for!!!

I ordered jeans from Revice Denim in December 2017, they keep ignoring my emails and it is know August 2018 and I haven't received my jeans.
I originally ordered my jeans on December 25, 2017 and was charged for them on December 27. On January 27, 2018 I received my jeans and they were damaged so I sent them back on February 15, 2018 - and received an email saying they were "SO terribly sorry for the inconvenience regarding my order" and "prioritized getting this issue sorted." I continued to email them with no response and have yet to receive my jeans. My order number is #XXXXX and I ordered the Venus Crops/Lightyear Wash in size 27 and my total cost was 69.00 and I paid with my debit card.

Desired Outcome

I would be pleased with delivery of jeans or a refund to my account.

Much like the rest of the reviews on here, I placed an order 2 months ago and still have not received shipping confirmation or any response via email, Instagram dm, or Instagram comment. I ordered a pair of jeans on July 4, and at the time it was a pre-order item with an estimated shipping date of "week of July 4." It is now August 21, and my jeans have not shipped, and my efforts to contact the company regarding my order have been ignored. I plan on filling a dispute with my bank if they will not issue me a refund. Very disappointed as I loved the jeans and thought about buying them for almost a year.

Revice Denim continuously refused to provide adequate information relating to my order, returns, and questions regarding my order.
I sent 10+ emails through 2 different email address to their order inquiry email provided on their website. They ignored 3/4th's of the emails I sent, and I have had to pay for shipping to get a pair of jeans shipped back to them, for the correct size, even after sending 5+ emails asking them to change the size. Their customer service has been inappropriately non-existent, and I ordered my jeans IN MARCH and I still do not have them. To be a young, customer driven business - you have to put in the work. They are able to make hundreds of social media posts, describing their customers as "babes" and their insignia is "xo revice denim", yet they can't uphold simple communication. As a young woman, it's been an incredible waste of time and money to just get two pairs of jeans.

Desired Outcome

They state they do not offer refunds, but I do not have my products and it is August. That is 5+ months since I ordered 2 pairs of jeans. I want my money refunded immediately, or both pairs of jeans sent immediately in the correct sizes.

I ordered the Venus Cutoff shorts over a month ago and they haven't shipped despite multiple (unanswered) emails.
I purchased the Venus Cutoffs on July 7 and I'm order #***. It has been a month since they were supposed to ship and they haven't. I've been charged the full amount of 59.79$ and emailed ***@re-vice.com THREE times about when I would be getting them but haven't gotten a single response from them. I don't understand why they keep pushing customers to buy their products if CLEARLY they ca't keep up with their value of orders.

Honestly I was hesitant to buy from this company after reading all these reviews but my experience has been nothing but good! I ordered my jeans on a super good sale, read what size I should buy and measured myself according to their measurements. Saw that my jeans were on preorder and that they would ship the first week of August. They actually shipped the second week but I had tracking information and received them very quickly! These jeans are AMAZING and fit like a glove! I'm obsessed I will for sure be ordering from Revice again!

This company has accepted my exchange for a different size and then never answered any of my emails. Did not get my exchange.
I have ordered the Mon Amour Crops / Sugar Wash Ã? 1 from Revice on March 15th, 2018. The total cost was $80.65 USD and the order number was ***.

At first, everything was fine, the customer service was answering all the questions I had. After the jeans came and I tried them on, they turned out to be tighter that I wanted so I applied for an exchange. The exchange request #*** was approved on April 5th and on April 2oth I have received an email from Revice that they have processed my item.

After that I have wrote them multiple emails inquiring about the time it takes for them to ship the new pair, I was given a timeline of 2 weeks.

After a month has passed I tried contacting them about my order and they tried to tell me that they have never received it even though I have screenshots of the USPS status and the original Revice email that confirmed that they have received my exchange.

Three months later I still haven't heard anything from them and by this time this company looks like a scam to me.

Desired Outcome

I would like to finally get a pair of jeans back. And I would also like to be reimbursed for the stress and hassle this has caused me.

I hate this company. I ordered jeans in February, it is August. Every time I reach out to the company they tell me they will be shipped within "two weeks". They have since stopped responding, never received my jeans. They are rude, irresponsible, and unreliable. I hate this company, it is a complete wreck with no customer service.

I paid for my products from Revice Denim in May and have yet to receive 1/3 of my order. I contacted them multiple times with no response.
Despite my best efforts to resolve the issue, I have not been successful. I bought around $150 worth of clothing from Revice and have only received one item in my shipment. The two other items I was supposed to receive have been a disaster. One item came defective (broken zipper on a pair of jeans) and the other item (denim shorts) were never received. It is now August. Every time I have tried to contact them (through email, Twitter, Instagram) they have refused to answer me.

Desired Outcome

I'd like to be fully reimbursed for my order and aggravation. I also think Revice needs to do a better job of providing for their customers. They consistently complain on social media that they are a "small team of 4 girls in LA." OK, so hire more people if you cannot keep up with demands--judging by the looks of your social media, you can afford an intern or two to help with the flow of orders.

I made an order over a month ago. I was estimated to ship the week of the 30th. It has said that up the beginning of August. Now it says estimated to ship August 30th. I'm very frustrated bc the people who ordered before the estimated date changed should have their order shipped the the week of July 30th. You guys dont reply to anyone emails but have time to advertise like crazy when orders should be being fulfilled. I ordered being told my items would ship the week of July 30th so I thought I would have it by now. I ordered these items for ab upcoming trip next week and I need my package before then. Please help me. You guys have a lot of bad reviews and this does not look good. Especially if you are wanting to be recommended. Thank you.

I have previously submitted a complaint against this company in case #*** and it was never resolved.
Revice denim responded to this complaint (case ID) saying they would issue me a refund and I still have not received it. I would like my refund on full for Order ***. They have instead ignored the refund they promised me and sent the pants (after 10 months of waiting and lying about the shopping date). I do not want this order or anything to do with the company. I will send the pants back after I receive my refund in full.

This company's estimated shipping dates are far from correct In my case, it has been 2 months with no communication (unless I proactively reach out)
On the website, it states that you can cancel orders until they are shipped. I tried to cancel my pre-order and was then directed to a DIFFERENT part of the website where it states you cannot cancel pre order items because it is "not their fault". I was told my item would be shipped the week of July 10th, which it is now a month later with no confirmation on when this will ship. Completely unethical and a poor excuse for a company.

All I expect is a full refund as my item has not even shipped to me in over two months after ordering.
