Spent $130 on two pairs of jeans on July 18tg, It is now August 9th and they haven't arrived. Bad customer service.
My order number is #*** and I ordered two pairs of jeans on July 18th in hopes that they would arrive before a music festival I'm attending on the 10th-12th. It is now August 9th and I've received zero shipping information or my items. It took me emailing their business 5 times before receiving a response. I emailed both their general public email and their influencer email. The one for the general public responds with the same generic "we're sorry it'll ship in 1-2 weeks email" and the other email for influencers which is under the name *** said "waiting on production but it'll be 1-2 days." So far *** has stopped emailing back and those 1-2 days have passed. First off, why do you have two different emails for two different customer bases and why does one say it'll take longer than the other? I'm sorry extremely unhappy with this company and do not recommend it to anyone. If I had read these reviews in advance I would have saved my money for a company with better practices. Unfortunately I paid through afterpay so now I have to wait until it's paid off and contact my bank again for a refund since they do not offer refunds. Hopefully Revice gets their *** together soon enough because they really could be a great company with their products but until they get things figured out I would ***% not recommended buying from them.

I would simply appreciate a refund if my items aren't going to arrive by Friday August 10th and today being August 9th I know they won't arrive.

2 pairs of jeans I've paid for have not been delivered to me from 8 months ago and customer service no longer responds to my emails.
I have ordered jeans from this company in the past and have been relatively satisfied but there are 2 pairs of jeans that they haven't sent me from January 2018 and April 2018. I've reached out at least 8 times regarding this issue and requested updates or a refund and customer service initially responded that my denim would be sent out within 8-10 business days. I still have yet to receive anything over the course of 8 months and customer service no longer responds to my communications. I paid via Visa online. Order #s: XXXXX and XXXXX. The last communication I received from them was 6/5/18 and I've reached out 4 times since then with no responses back.

Desired Outcome

I'd like my jeans to either actually be sent out within the month or a full refund for both pairs of jeans.

I'm giving this company 4 stars because even despite how long my jeans took to arrive, and how frustrating it was to continuously get inaccurate ship dates, they did finally arrive and they're AMAZING. I have a really hard time finding denim that I like and both styles that I ordered make me feel like a million bucks when I wear them. I placed another order for two different pairs today because I'm so happy with the first two I got. I do think this company needs to be more up front with the fact that it takes at least 3 months for them to complete the orders since it seems to be a trend, but I love the jeans so much that I feel that redeemed them! Hope this helps.

I ordered a pair of jeans from this company in November of 2017 and didn't receive my order until May of 2018. They sent me the wrong size. When I emailed the company they said "I'm sorry it didn't work out for you." They recommended I RETURN(not exchange) the jeans at my own expense and provided a web link. When I followed the link I realized revise only allows returns within 30 days of purchasing... I didn't receive my order for 7 months after numerous emails.
I gave the company a second chance and ordered a second pair of jeans...BIG MISTAKE.. they sent me the wrong size again and now won't give me my money back or provide me the proper size that I ordered. Don't buy from this company and don't let your friends either. Its a shame that the company cares so little about their customers and are so unorganized because I truly loved the style and concept.

Same here I'm waiting my order almost 4 months so disappointed

I am at my wits end. I ordered two pair of jeans from this company last November and finally received them in March. I sent one pair back, following their return procedure. I was suppose to get an in-store credit code via email...I still haven't received it. I've tried numerous times to emailing them with no response. I am out not only the $49 for the jeans, but also $10 shipping costs. How can this company get away with this???

Requested refund before product shipped. Company confirmed. Stopped responding to my emails and now rebelling my credit card company.
Placed order on 4/7 for a pair of jeans and a pair of shorts. Emailed company at the beginning of May to refund and cancel order if it had not shipped. Received a reply that the refund would be processed in 8-10 days. 20 days later still no refund. Contacted company via email and got no reply. Contacted company again via email explaining I would have to dispute the charge if they didn't credit my money back. Again, no reply. Disputed charge with credit card company and received a credit. July 28 company rebilled the amount of $136. Credit company is still pursuing dispute as I have the emails stating they were refunding my card and the emails that I sent to which I got no response. I never received a product and now am having to make multiple complaints regarding my refund. I have never dealt with a company with such poor customer service.

I ordered two pairs of jeans from Revice in December and have only received one pair. I have sent many emails and have been told false shipping dates over and over. It is extremely frustrating and it feels like I will never get my jeans.

I've reaches out numerous times with very misleading responses. I ordered black Venus crops on May first. The site had said they were pre order for January. As this had not been changes I assumed they just didn't update the site and the jeans were in stock. After at least 4 emails telling me "they'll be shipping in the next week" or "they'll ship in the next 5-8 days" I leave the situation alone for about a month to give them some time as I understand they get busy with all their advertising and sales on Instagram! I go check the site June 30 and they say pre order set to ship out week of July 15. This was two weeks away so I didn't bother to ask where my jeans are as I had ordered them months prior expecting them to ship when they "back in stock" here we are July 31 and I haven't gotten a response from Revice. This is just flat out a bad way to run a business. If you don't care about your customers then what are you working for? I'm beginning to think my jeans I ordered never even existed! And still don't!

After returning the 2nd pair of defective and not worth the price jeans, I have never heard from them again! I have sent multiple emails and called.
Kind of a long story- First of all, after waiting 3 months for the Venus Flares, they were defective. The stitching/lining was wrong. Also, they claim that the jeans are super stretch material, but I would strongly disagree with that. The second pair of jeans that came were also defective in sizing. I am a size 27 in pretty much all jeans, but these were tiny in the waist, and huge in the hips and butt, not a normal fit at all. The first pair fit pretty normal other than the no stretch, so therefore I would say that the second pair were also defective. Here's the real problem- after sending back the 2nd pair, I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! After multiple emails and calls (their phone number is not listed on their website, I found it on this one), I didn't know what else to do but to file this complaint. I saw that many other people have had this same horrible experience with this company. It's essentially theft because they have my nearly $100 and I have no product! This is ridiculous, what a scam! They just disappeared and stopped replying to me after I had a problem. I really want my money back, but at least I need someone to reply to me and send me another pair of their (not good quality) jeans.

I would really like a refund at this point because I have never had this bad of an experience with a company keeping my money and not replying to me and not sending me money back or another product. They only have an exchange policy so I guess I have to take that.

I have only received one of the two pair of jeans we ordered almost 2 months ago, and the fit was way smaller than advertised. I have reached out to the company several times requesting help with how to return/exchange. However, they have offered no help. I have no idea if we will ever receive the other pair and if they will fit.

Without indicating a backorder when ordered, product was shipped over 2 months after ordered to an address we no longer live at.
Order XXXXX was placed on 5/16 it was not indicated at the time of the order that it was a pre-order in the product description or order summary. When I inquired on 5/30 when the product had not arrived, I was told it was a preorder item and asked to be patient. I asked for a refund and was told I missed the refund window. After repeated requests for a refund of $137.20 and notifying Revice that we no longer reside at the the original ship address with no response, I was notified of a partial shipment that was made on 7/23 and the other shipment was sent on 7/24 again to an address we no longer occupy.

I ordered the Venus Flares/Eclipse Wash size 29 on 04/20/18. On 05/18/18, my original ORDER *** ($78.40) was delivered. Upon delivery, I discovered I ordered the wrong the size and submitted a return request *** On 06/13/18, my return package was successfully received. Also on 06/13/18, my exchange ORDER #*** was confirmed. I was exchanging for the Venus Crops/Lightyear Wash size 28. On 07/02/18, I looked to the tracking link they provided when ORDER #*** was confirmed to see when my pants would be delivered. It provided no information. On 07/02/18, I contacted the company to inquire about the status of my order and received no reply (on their website, they claim to reply within two business days). On 07/08/18, I emailed them again in hopes of getting a response and again heard nothing back. On 07/08/18, I also messaged the company on Instagram in case there was a problem with my own email in contacting them. No response. On 07/20/18, I forwarded my second email to them again and demanded a an explanation for my missing order. I still have not received ORDER #*** though I never was refunded for my original purchase.

I would like to receive ORDER *** as well as an explanation from the company as to why they have disregarded my customer service inquiries.

I ordered the Venus Crop jeans from this company June 28th expecting to receive them in early July due to them being on a preorder. When I originally purchased these jeans, they were supposed to ship the week of July 4th, then their website changed the date to July 10th, then to July 28th. Not once did I receive an email or an apology from anyone at this company for the extreme inconvenience. I needed these jeans for a certain event at school and was really counting on getting them in a reasonable amount of time. Their customer service is terrible. I send emails and get a response days later if I even get a response at all. I called their phone number numerous times and left numerous messages and got no phone calls back. I am very angry and frustrated with a company that charges so much for a prouduct they can't deliver. I know I am not the only one who has dealt with this issue because I did research and found that many other women were having the same issues with the company. I hope whoever in charge of this company realizes this isn't some fun little hobby to have...it's handing people's money, Time, and trust. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know.

Honestly I'm not sure why I'm writing this review. They only respond to verified reviewers. This company is the worst. Placed an order in early April and have not received it. I would be more understanding if they didn't lie about "estimated shipping dates." They mean absolutely nothing and they just pick a random date in the upcoming 2-3 weeks. Time and time again the date passes *** yet my order has not shipped. You can buy similar styles at places like PacSun, or virtually any other a company that keeps a better inventory of their products and doesn't scam their customers. Please do not support this business.

I'm super disappointed to leave a review before receiving the product. Like the structure of the pre-existing reviews, I placed an order in May with a pre-order ship date at the end of May. It is now the end of July and still no confirmation of shipping. The pre-order date has been changed four times. Each time I have reached out to customer service and have been reassuring shipping will happen early next week, or within one to two weeks. This not being the case I have asked for a cancellation and refund as I am not sure if I will ever receive my order. I have not received a response.

I am disappointed as I feel like customers are not valued. The company continues to run advertisements and promotions to get sales that they cannot support. The focus is on growth, and not on sustaining customers and orders, as can be seen by all the reviews.

Horrible customer service!!! Ordered the jeans over two months ago and no info on if or when they will be shipped!
I have never left an online review before but I had no other options. This company would not respond to my emails or my instagram DMs. They clearly do not care about the customer once they have your money. It's been two months since I have ordered my jeans and I have received only one email to the 5 emails I have sent. There's no information on anything. This company has to be the most disorganized business ever. They give no actual information just incredibly general statements that don't actually mean anything. I have mentioned my frustration with the company multiple times and they do not care and they do not seem to want to make the customer satisfied. Never again will I order from this company. This has to be some type of fraud! I paid way too much and I have not received a product and I'm sure I will never receive a product. If I don't get one sent soon they can be sure that there will be a court date. Other customers have sent reviews saying how the company would not refund them for their purchases either. This is illegal and if they aren't careful they will be sued and loose their awful business. You've been warned!

This business should send me my order now. I have waited too long and have not had any contact even though I've been blowing up their email and other social media sites. I want my order and a free gift thrown in for this headache and nightmare of an experience. They still have a chance to make things right otherwise I will never buy from this company again and I will make sure my voice and distaste for this company will be heard by many.

Revice Denim charged my credit card four months ago and never shipped the order. Customer service unresponsive. Basically stole my money.
***. Card was charged on 3/20/18, and never received shipping date estimate. I emailed them a month later asking when the jeans would be shipped, and was told they'd be sent "within the week." Now nearly four months later, nothing has been sent, and they have ignored all my email requests for a refund. Horrible business practice run by horrible people.

Was promised my order would be cancelled and it wasn't- instead, it arrived over five months after ordering and I never got the refund I was promised.
I ordered jeans from Revice on December 15th that were not backordered. When, by March, I had not yet gotten the jeans, I requested to have my order cancelled. Someone at revice informed me that my order would be cancelled and my money would be returned. Not only was I never refunded my money as promised by Revice, but the low quality jeans came in in May- over 5 months after ordering.
