I purchased jeans from Revice over 8 weeks ago and have still not received a tracking number. The company has lied to me several times over email.
I placed an order for the Venus Flares on May 22nd (Order number XXXXX) and the money was taken out of my bank account right away. They were on back order and were supposed to ship out the week of June 20th. However, when I never received a shipping confirmation by the end of June, I sent an email and they replied saying that said they'd be shipped out in 1-2 weeks, then again when they weren't shipped out, I emailed and received another email the confirmation would come in 8-10 days, however I still haven't received it. I bought these with the intention that they would be shipped to me by at least the end of July. I explained to them that I will be moving out of the country in August and must have my jeans by then or I need a refund. They totally ignored the idea of a refund and responded by saying "So sorry for the delay here. We understand your frustration and ship out all of our orders chronologically and as the denim arrives at our facility. We are working relentlessly to get your order out to you - please expect your order to ship very soon. You will receive confirmation when your order ships! XO" Which was almost word for word what they said in one of their previous emails to me and to many other customers, besides the part about orders being shipped out chronologically. In itself this message is ridiculous because on the website it states that anyone who orders the Venus flares today will have them shipped out within the week. How can you promise current customers a product sooner than those who ordered it months ago?! At this point I'm furious. I have never had to work so hard for a product that I ordered. I am now messaging people on Twitter who seem to have the same problem as me in order to figure out how to get mine resolved. Many of them have been blocked by Revice after writing to their social media accounts and some have still not received their product after more than three months! I wanted to love this company so badly and did not know about their bad rep until after I placed my order. I do not understand how a company with such an up-to-date instagram cannot afford a better customer service team or figure out a more effective way to ship out products. I was so excited to tell my friends who own an online boutique about this company, but now all I can do is warn people to never buy from them unless you want to work your *** off for a pair of jeans to finally ship.

I would like to have the Venus Flares size 27 shipped to me by the end of July or I will need to have a refund.

It's been 3 months since I ordered form them and I have received nothing.
I ordered a pair fo jeans for $78.40 from Revice on 5/03/2018. I got a confirmation email but that was all for about a month. I received no shipping confirmation or notice of delay so I emailed them asking what was going on and when I would expect my jeans. I received no response. I emailed them again and finaly got a respone that the order was delayed because of high demand and that I was to receive shipping info in a week. A month pased without any further contact. I emailed them again because now two months had passed and I had received nothing. They responded apologizing saying it would be 1-2 weeks for my order to be shipped out because of a "high delay" that was "out of their control". It has now been over two weeks since that email and still nothing. I have called and left messages and received no responded to that either.

I have been waiting for THREE MONTHS now and have attempted to get answers from costumer service multiple times. Still, my pants haven't arrived
I am not one to go to these extreme measures and publicly criticize a business but I am tired of trying to get in touch with costumer service and at this point I see this as my last resource.

I originally bought a pair of pants for $85.84 on March 18th (#***). It took about 3 weeks to arrive and they were ripped. I requested a refund and was told I could only get store credit and the style I had originally ordered was out of stock, so I had to buy a different pair for $77.08 and lose about $8 dollars in store credit that I know I will never spend.
The second order for the exchange was issued on April 24th (#***) and after MULTIPLE attempts to get an answer from costumer service, my pants are nowhere to be found, they give me no clear answers besides that they are behind on production but I find this poor business practice and a scam. At this point I want a full refund for my original purchase of $85.84. After reading all of the reviews and complains I am alarmed seeing that there is over 100 people going through the same thing.
I work for a local designer myself and always try to support business that advertise locally made products, but this is not it. This is wrong to expect costumers to wait for months for a product that from my personal experience, isn't top quality since my first pair didn't even make it through one day.

I have given your business many chances to explain, or at least give some ETA on a product that is long past its due date for delivery. Please issue a full return to my account as soon as possible.

ON 6/25 I EMAILED THE PR TEAM @***@RE-VICE.COM SHE RESPONDED WITH VERY LITTLE INFO. I WAS TOLD 6/25 I ORDERED A PREORDERED ITEM ITLL TAKE LONGER & I CANNOT CANCEL MY ORDER. ON 7/11/18 I SENT A FOLLOW UP EMAIL. THEY RESPONDED 7/14/18 SAYING DUE TO INCREASE DEMAND & DELAYS IN PRODUCTION THEY HAVE TO PUSH BACK THE SHIP DATE (P.S I NEVER RECEIVED A SHIPPING DATE)DUE TO "DELAYS IN PRODUCTION BEYOND THEIR CONTROL". THIS IS BAD BUSINESS THEY KNEW SINCE DAY 1 THEY TOOK MORE ORDERS THEN THEY COULD HANDLE AND TRIED TO PUSH THE ACCOUNTABILITY ON THE CONSUMER DUE TO THEIR IN PROPER BUSINESS MANAGEMENT WITH PRODUCTS. I placed an order with Revice denim on April 18, 2018 and still have not received my order. I have contacted them numerous times.
I placed an order with Revice Denim on April 18, 2018 for $63.36. My order number is XXXXX and I ordered the ying yang crops in the tokyo wash along with a free t-shirt. I have contacted them over seven times regarding this order and each time have gotten a response such as, "So sorry, we understand your frustration, will be shipping by the end of this week!" This has been going on since the beginning of May and I still have not received my order. On July 9, 2018, they sent an email to me saying, "Hi ***,
We understand your frustration completely. The yin yang crops have arrived at our facility and now we are fulfilling all of our orders chronologically! Look out for your shipping confirmation this week. XO" Yet, it's July 23rd and I still have not received any shipping confirmation and they have completely ignored my last two emails. I also have photographic proof of other customers receiving these jeans over the past 2 weeks which they posted on their Instagram stories completely disregarding my order. At this point, this is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. They change the "expected ship date" every week and then say "check the pre order dates!". When I placed this order, the expected ship date was the Week of May 1st. It has now been over 3 MONTHS since I have placed this order. I have never had this much trouble with any brand ever. This is a horrible way to treat their customers and I wish I knew how horrible their customer service was before I placed an order with Revice. They delete people's comments on your Instagram asking when their orders will ship to try and make it seem like you are a great company with no issues. I understand that they are a "small team of 4 girls", but that is no excuse for the terrible customer service and lies that they tell. I would like to receive my order, and if they cannot ship it now I would like a refund because this is not acceptable.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I wish I had read all of these disappointing reviews before I spent so much money here. I have ordered 5 items from this company within the last 2 months and only received two. I have emailed Revice several times a week asking when my items will be shipped. They only respond to about 10% of them saying the same generic response, "So sorry for the delay, xx" with NO real information about when my items will be shipped out. It's just unacceptable to take customers' money out of their accounts before items are even shipped out. They now have hundreds of dollars of my money and can't even reply to my emails. Horrible customer service. Not to mention I had to return an item that did not fit the way the other item did at ALL. The return got there on July 11th and they said returns take 2-3 days to process and I haven't even received an email that they got my package. I am so frustrated by my entire experience with this company. Please do not order from here, you will never receive your items and just deal with a painful process of begging for items that you paid good money for.

I have never written a review for anything until now because I am so desperate for a resolution to my issue with this company. I am so beyond frustrated and disrespected by their lack of communication and unprofessional business! I pre-ordered pants April 6th that were supposed to ship April 19th..... Here I am now, it is July 19th and I have still not received any contact, responses to my MANY emails, compensation, or ANYTHING from this company? I am livid!!! Order not shipped after 3 months. No costumer service. Ignored and lied to.
I placed an order(#XXXXX) on April 19 for three items ($144 total). One of which was a preordered item with a ship date for the end of April. Here it is July and I've received one pair of pants. I had contatced the company several times via email, social media, and messenger and the responses were dismissive and provided false claims of shipment. It's extremely disheartening to feel lied to and ignored while their social media accounts are very active; posting several times a day. As a result I used it as a tool to communicate and all comments left on their Instagram and facebook accounts request help or information are deleted and ignored.

I would either like my product or a refund. I think it is highly inappropriate you continue to advertise via social media when you cannot fulfill orders and negate costumer service. Other people should be warned of your unacceptable ethics and your disregard for costumers.

DO NOT order from Revice DenimTheir jeans look super cute, but the experience is 110% not worth it. Due to my experience I've convinced several friends not to make the same mistake I did.

At the end of May, I saw they were having a sale where orders over $75 would receive a free t-shirt. I already wanted one of their pairs of jeans (under $75), so I added one of their t-shirts to my order to make the total over $75 so I could receive the free t-shirt as well. The t-shirt I ordered was not on pre-order, however the jeans were. They said they would ship out within the second week of June (I ordered on May 29th). The second week of June came with no update or shipping info. I e-mailed them June 13th, asking about my order and received a very generic response ("We sincerely apologize for the delay," "We completely understand how frustrating this can be," and "We expect to ship by next week!").

The entire month of June then went by with absolutely no updates. My t-shirt should have shipped at the very least by then if the jeans were still on pre-order. I e-mailed them again on June 26th asking where my order was as it had not shipped out the week before as they said they had expected. They replied the next day with the same generic response and said to expect my order to ship "within the next 1-2 weeks."

1-2 weeks had gone by and I e-mailed them a couple of days ago, again asking when my order would ship and why my t-shirt hadn't been shipped at the very least. They responded several days later AGAIN with generic responses (so it's clear you're not communicating with an individual person. My guess is that they have pre-filled e-mail responses.) and they also COMPLETELY IGNORED each of my questions. I was told they "experienced an overwhelming demand" causing "delays in production" which they claimed is "sadly out of their control."

Seeing as how Revice claims to be a small business run by a small team of women, I'm not sure how that would qualify as "out of their control." I then e-mailed them back telling them that their response was completely unsatisfactory and that I would like to know an exact date that my order would be shipped out. I am still waiting for my response, my jeans, my t-shirt, and the free t-shirt (which I would be shocked if I actually received).

BOTTOM LINE: Revice is an incompetent business and a massive headache to deal with. Their customer service is, above and beyond, the worst I've seen anywhere. Overseas businesses on Amazon have better responses. I have already told, and will continue to tell, my friends not to buy from them. If you are an influencer or an IG model, you'll probably have no issues.

Ordered product in Feb, returned in March. Was told the product would ship in 8-10 business days. I haven't received my package or a tracking number.
Originally pre-ordered a pair of $80 jeans in February. They arrived on time at the end of March. In early April I returned them for a different size.

May 8th I e-mailed Revice Denim because I had received a "confirmation" e-mail that my product would be shipped within 8-10 business days. It had been 12 business days. I got an e-mail back on May 14th stating my package would be shipped out in an additional 8-10 business days.

May 30th I e-mailed the company asking if I could have a tracking number for the order and asked if I could get my product shipped to a new address since I moved.

June 3rd Revice did not acknowledge my request for a tracking number - but they said they would update my address.

On June 5th I provided an address, which was incorrect. I e-mailed them back with the correct addressed and requested they let me know that the correct address was updated. They never confirmed this yet.

June 8th I inquired about my package again and asked for a tracking number, a confirmation of address and stated this was getting out of hand and I was considering requesting a refund.

June 11th I said I'd be happy if I got expedited shipping.

On June 13th Revice asked for my order confirmation, again.
I e-mailed them back this:
"Yes, I actually do mind providing my order confirmation number again. This is ridiculous!

This email is a continued thread that dates back to May 8th.
The subject of this very e-mail is the order number # ***
You should have my credit card information on file.

I ordered the jeans back in FEBRUARY, returned them, got a return confirmation stating that my order would be shipped within 7-10 business days for a different size and never got an e-mail that stated my order was shipped. I inquired only to be told to be "patient" and was thanked for it.

And now, my order confirmation is lost?

I just want my money back. This has been absolutely the worst customer service and I don't want in-store credit because I quite frankly don't want to give Revice my business. I've been looking forward to wearing these jeans for MONTHS and have had many events that I WISH I had them. I've talked to my friends about them and am incredibly sad that it has come down to this.

If Revice has any other options they'd like to provide to remedy the situation, perhaps I'm open to it but for now I'm pretty disappointed.
March 30th was a return request.
April 26th was when I was told that my package was received and my re-order would be shipped within 7-10 business days: the subject of this e-mail, ***
And it's June 13th and I'm being asked to send over my order confirmation number: XXXXXA
I'm so sad and bummed I just want these awesome jeans"

I sent a follow up e-mail asking someone to call me.

On June 17th Revice sent me this:

"Hi

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and delay in receiving your order. I completely understand your frustrations, but it's not like we are purposely not sending you the jeans, you are a priority as all of our customers are a priority. But, there are certain regulations our company takes with pre-orders and we simply did not have the jeans in stock. There are certainly no other companies that make premium denim made with Italian fabric in our styles and price-point... ALL our denim is custom made in Los Angeles, we do NOT mass produce in factories in China, like other companies. Again, I understand your frustrations, but all of this information is made extremely clear on our website and can be a deciding factor in whether or not you decide to order with us. I apologize for the delay and inconvenience - However, your order has been shipped."

I immediately asked for a tracking number and confirmation of the shipping address.

I e-mailed asking for this again on June 29th, July 2nd, July 6th, July 8th and again this afternoon.

I haven't heard back from this company in over a month.

I would like a refund -if the product doesn't fit and I have to return it I do not trust that they will handle it.

I Purchased a pair of jeans from this company on 6/9/2018 (order number XXXXX). The size I ordered was too small so I requested an exchange on 6/17/2018 (return request number XXXXXX) and did not receive a response back until 7/2. The company stated their returns center was experiencing technical difficulties and to try to complete another return request. The website would not allow me to submit another request. I responded to the company describing this issue and have not received a response back as of 7/17.

Worst company I've veer ordered from. No one responds to your customer service emails, and if they do it's the same email everyone gets telling you your product will be shipped out in the upcoming week. I've never seen a small company with such a huge following mixed with such terrible customer service. I ordered my shorts at the end of May and it more than half way thru July and they're no where to be found and no one will respond to me telling me when they will be shipped. Yet I receive a promo email everyday if not twice a day from them. If they can't handle the amount of customers they currently have they shouldn't be trying to promote themselves to get more. I should've checked these reviews before ordering because all I've seen are negative review. A total waste of time, energy, and money.

I have been very patient but now it's been three months and they still have not been delivered, not even shipped. I have emailed Revice three times asking for a status of my shipping and they said the jeans would be shipped in 8-10 days. They weren't. I requested another update a month later and they told me by the end of the week. Still nothing. Finally I requested a refund and I got no response just another empty promise that my item would be shipped soon. I'm not afraid to take legal action against this company.

I received the package finally.

My order is 7 months late. My emails have been ignored and I know they have been ignored because when I use a different email, I get a response.
I ordered the Debbie Does Disco jumpsuit on December 7th, 2017. ORDER #XXXXX. January first came around and they still had not been shipped so I emailed and I got a response stating that the item would be back in stock that next week and it would be shipped out. I sent another email a week later and was told they'd be in stock in one more week and they promised to ship them right away. Then February first came around and I had no sign that they were on the way so I emailed them again and they said that they would be shipped that following Monday. I never received a tracking number so on Feb 8th I emailed them again asking if it had been shipped and they said no and it would be shipped early the following week. Between that time and now, I have sent so many emails asking them, and I never receive a response. I know that I am being ignored because I tried to email them from a different email or mine and didn't say anything about my order and they responded 2 days later. As soon as I gave them my order number, I got no response again. Also, I received emails almost daily with deals and discounts trying to get me to buy more pants from you, and I also see advertisement on all social media. I don't think you should be pushing sales when you have unfulfilled orders, especially from people who come back to you for their jeans every time, like me. I assure you that I am a very understanding person and just a simple response would have gone a long way with me. I love the quality of the of their product so much that I even ordered 2 more pairs of pants since the order has been placed. ORDER #XXXXX Another big complaint that really bothered me was I received one of the styles I ordered, the sunset bells. I ordered them in size 25 because I have ordered 2 other pants and that size fits me so perfectly. When I received them I didn't know that taking the tag off would ruin my chances of exchanging sizes. I was super excited so I took the tag off and laid them out and took a picture for my instagram and then I tried them on and they would not fit at all. I am aware that some jeans have stretch and some do not and that is stated in the description of the jeans, but these are dramatically smaller than my other size 25 pants from revice. I don't know if it a faulty pair of jeans or if the sizing is just off. I sent an email out on May 6th explaining the whole situation and asking if there wasn't any way that I could exchange sizes because they had not been worn at all. They still have not been worn once, they are still in the bag that they came in. I have not received the other pants from that order either. Given the situation that I have been put in by their poor customer service I ask that you please consider allowing me to exchange sizes. They are literally brand new jeans and I love them so much and I spent a lot of money on them and I truly expect at least decent quality in every aspect of your company. Thankyou for finally listening.

Company has not shipped my order. Has been over a month on an item guaranteed in 10 business days, max. Tried to contact multiple times, no response.
I placed an order for a denim skirt that was labeled "in stock" on June 14th. Shipping procedures said that I should receive my order within 4-10 business days. After three weeks passed *** no change on the status of my order, (it was still being processed,) I emailed the customer service staff and inquired about what was happening. Their response explained that there hadn't been a high demand for products and I was assured I would receive my item in next two weeks. They even told me to look out for an email regarding my new shipping status. It has been two weeks now and I haven't received an email. The status of my order is still pending. I have sent two emails this week alone in order to reach someone and find a solution with no success. The company is not even emailing me back at this point. I paid for a $60 skirt that I may never receive.

The business took 3 months to deliver my order, online it promised shipping by a certain date. They were unresponsive to many emails.
Order #XXXXX was placed on April 17th 2018. The items were expected to ship by "next week" at the time, which is what the company told me. It's now July 16th, and I just received my complete order a couple days ago. I have emails saved where I specifically asked if anything had shipped yet because I needed them by a certain time. This was 4/25/18, and they responded that it was all expected to ship by the following week. In actuality - this whole process took 3 months. One of the items wasn't even the right size! By 6/4/18 I had received 1 of the 3 items I ordered. On this date I sent an email asking them to cancel the rest of my order and refund my money because it was taking way longer than I was told to ship, and that I no longer wanted the items. I had I told them that I thought this was horrible customer service, and I'd already sent 3 emails that went unanswered. They finally respond to this email and say they cannot do anything about it and the rest of the items will arrive soon. It took over another month to get the rest of my order. I finally received the last item in my order on 7/11/18, I sent an email saying that they sent me the wrong size and the quality of the items are just terrible, and don't look like the photos on their website. I also stated how long it took me to get my order, when back in April they said it was all expected to ship by early May. They refused to acknowledge that they lied about delivery dates, and just said I could exchange them. Everything about this company is a scam. They hold your money hostage for as long as they want, Ive talked to multiple other people who have had this same issue with them. I just want my money back - and I don't want any of these items. They took WAY too long to come in so I was forced to buy jeans from other stores because I needed them and I didn't have time to wait. Please get this company to give me back my money and accept a return. I'm so disappointed in their customer service.

I am so disapointed with the quality of service. They are unorganized and impossible to get in touch with. They have failed to give me an exact date on when my order be will shipped too. It keeps getting pushed back because of "high demand and delay." However, if you are going to ship something the week of the July 1st....then you should. Now, my order is pushed back to the 21st of July? Revice changed it on the website without notifiying me. I ordered ONE pair of jeans on May 18th. If I drop a lot of $$ on a pair of jeans, I kinda want an update on them. I keep getting vauge emails on how it will ship in "a few weeks." They need to hire more help or stop selling the jeans and other clothes that they do not already have. Pray that I get my jeans within the next decade. Do not order from this company.

So disappointed in this company. I would not recommend you buying from this company. I ordered May 1 and never received my item. They also refused to give me a refund, so I had to report them to my bank. I am very sad, because I really did like the jeans I purchased.

Two months later, still no shipment of items, and the company refuses to refund even though they have confirmed the items have not shipped.
My order number is #XXXXX. I placed my order on May 19 for two items. My items were not marked online as pre-order items at the time of purchase. When I reached out on 5/29 for an update on shipment, Revice responded on 5/31 saying the items were on pre-order. I checked the same day, and nowhere on the site did it give a pre-order date, so I asked for a confirmation. No one responded. Then when I checked in again on 6/4, I got a response saying they would ship out by the end of the week. When I didn't get any shipment confirmations, I checked in again on 6/14 and asked for an update. Again, I was told that the items were on pre-order, but could expect the items by the next week. When I hadn't received shipping confirmation, I asked for them to process a refund on 6/24. I was told that because the items "were on pre-order" when they were ordered, I did not qualify for a refund. Again, there was nothing online or in the ordering process that let me know the items were backordered when I purchased them. Today is 7/11. I've since checked in three times (6/28, 7/6, 7/11) and have not gotten a response from the company since I was told I would not get a refund and needed to wait for the items to ship "next week" back on 6/26. I have not gotten any confirmation of shipment, and it is almost 2 months later. I understand that some companies have longer lead times than others, but if you are to take a customer's money before the item ships, the customer should not still be waiting on a shipment confirmation almost two full months after the items were paid for. I ordered these items for specific events, and have obviously not been able to wear them as planned.

First and foremost, I want them to deliver the items they've already taken tender for. The company also has not done anything to provide incentives for remaining a customer, there has not been an offer to refund the expedited shipping I paid for, or offer store credit or discounts for my inconvenience. Simple and customary customer service practices have been foregone. I also want to company to adjust their marketing and site descriptions to properly set expectations for their two-plus-month lead time. The company should change their sales practices as to not take money for items on pre-order until those items have shipped. Many companies have long lead times or multiple pre-order dates, and they allow the customers the courtesy of not charging them months before the items are shipped.
