Impossible to get in contact with customer service or any sort of response. I've emailed them three times now all very nice and formal inquiries trying to get an update on my order and nothing. I've reviewed the pre-order dates and I should have received at least two of my items by now that its been several weeks, I ordered once *** 28th and made the mistake of ordering again June 9th . I had a VERY large order almost $300 worth so you can imagine the anxiety I have trying to get a hold of them. I received a pair as a gift once and really do love the quality, but if this is a small business being run by 3-4 women then HIRE MORE PEOPLE. With the price of the jeans I assume you can afford at least a couple employees to handle your orders. WHATS EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING is that I receive emails with discounts and offers MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY and I cant get even one response with the status of my order. WHY would you spend all this time trying to get new customers and orders with these deals if you cannot even handle the overhead and volume capacity you are at right now with your current order status. I've received one of 5 items I've ordered, when all but 1 should of been sent out for shipment by now. I also asked via email if I should cancel the order and order the jeans that were going to ship in august separately so I could receive the other 4 in time for my vacation, no response.
I've even tried reaching out on Facebook and Instagram asking when certain pairs of jeans that should of been shipped by X date would be estimated to actually be shipped and I've just gotten all my comments deleted.
Oh and not to mention my first order offered a free t-shirt with orders over $75, didn't get it on the one pair that shipped and I can almost bet my life on it that I will not be receiving it.
I'll be more than happy to submit a positive review if someone can get back to me with the status of my orders. #XXXXX & #XXXXX
I'm pretty ashamed because I've talk so highly of these jeans and shared it with all my friends and several placed orders and are on the same boat as me, and now I look like the unreliable friend that made all my friends throw their money into what almost seems to be a scam :(
Please for the love of god just let me know if I'm getting these jeans any time soon, I planned accordingly to but these jeans for trips and vacations and so far have been left in the dust. I was banking on these jeans to be the only jeans I'd purchase all year because they are pricey and I cant afford to go out and buy any more!

We sincerely apologize for any aggravation you have received from our company thus far. We understand how frustrating this is, and we are sorry.

I went ahead and looked into both orders you have with us.

The order numbers 36748 & 37760 contain items that are currently on preorder. We state the estimated preorder ship dates in each individual product description. You can see that for example the Montauk Wash is on preorder, and set to ship out the first week of August 1st.

This is the sole reason why your items have not shipped yet. As for lack of communication, we apologize and will work on providing more clarity and communication.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR PRODUCTS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Apparently I am not the only one with the same problem. I've made the mistake of ordering from them before reading these reviews. I placed my order May 8th 2018 and till this day I haven't received my item and every time I email them asking about it they answer few days later promising to ship my item in the next 8-10 days because it's a pre-order on this item, though when I purchase it didn't say that this is a pre-order , but I guess any order is since there is a XXXXXXXXXXX other customer with the same problem. Their excuse is that they are 4 girls trying to do this on their own, and while I'm all about women empowerment and all about supporting small businesses whether you're boys or girls, THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. Don't bite more than you can chew!! You should've spent more time planning how to do this the right way and keeping your customers happy and satisfied, than posting a billion post a day on social media. It's such a shame though your products look great and different, but you're not going anywhere with such negative feedback.
P.S: Even if you remove all negative feedback and complaints from your instagram posts, people will neventually know how you truly do business, and one star is way more than you deserve.

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I ordered 2 pair of jeans in April, it is now July and they still have not arrived. I emailed Revice 5 times asking where my order is, each time they replied "it will be shipped out in 8-10 days." Well it has now been 2 months and my order has still not arrived. I spent $140 on an absolute scam. I will be surprised if they ever come. This company, if it even is one, has the most horrible customer service ever. They do not deserve anyones business, take your money elsewhere to a company that actually cares about their customers. I wish I could give negative stars.

If you're lucky enough to read these reviews before you buy from them, your bank account will thank you! I have never had to wait so long for ANY clothing before. Their insta looks super professional and so does their site which is super misleading because It's been over a month and a half since I placed the order. I HAVE RECIEVED NOTHING YET. Plus, when I emailed their customer support it felt like they have automatic generated responses that they choose from each time. "We are sorry about the delay, your order will be shipping out within the next 1-2 weeks! XO" "We are so sorry for the inconvenience regarding your order. We experienced a high demand in this styles you ordered and had to push out the ship date due to delays in production, but are expecting to ship your order by next week!" "So sorry for the delay! We understand your frustration and are working relentlessly to get your order out to you - please expect your order to ship within the next 1 - 2 upcoming weeks. XO" I was worried I was never going to recieve my shirts that I ordered, and after reading the reviews here it feels like my worries are justified. How can a company blast out 5 emails a day about BOGO 50% OFF or 30% OFF or any of that while it looks like every order is on backstock or something. They either don't know how to run a business well or they're a scam company just trying to get your money. Either way DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! If they actually ever ship out my order I will be AMAZED!

I have still not received a refund from them, nor have I received any further email communications from the company.

Placed order on 17 February, Shipping date of end February, item has still not been shipped
I placed an order on Revice Denim's website on 17th Feb for their Venus Flares, they had a notification to say the item for "pre-order" and that expected shipping would be 28 Feb.
I emailed them on 3rd March to ask if my item had been shipped and they responded that the item would be shipped in 8-10 days. I then emailed them again 2 weeks later and again I got a reply to say 8-10 days, again 2 weeks after that I emailed again and they said 2 weeks. This continued over and over up until end of May when when stopped replying to my emails.
All the while they are still selling the jeans on their site, offering promos and discounts and continuously changing the shipping dates.
They are continuing to take new customers money without informing them that the shipping dates are false.
I started to comment on their Instagram and Facebook posts, they're very good at sending items to Influencers who wear their clothes, but if you comment asking when your item will be shipped they immediately block you.
This is not the actions of a legitimate company who are just overwhelmed with their popularity, they are actively taking money from customers with no desire to deliver the goods.

Desired Outcome

That Revice Denim is clear and accurate about the Shipping times on their website, that they stop selling products they don't have available, and they either deliver my goods, or refund me

If I could I'd truly give them -5. Worse customer service I've ever seen. I ordered 2 pairs of shorts June 2nd. They were suppose to be shipped to me June 4rth. June 7th I hadn't received any shipping confirmation or tracking like I was told I would be emailed. So I sent them an email and message on their contact page. The page states they would get back between 24-72 hours... which is a little ridiculous already. But whatever. 3 days later not response. I send another messages on the 10th. Nothing. I email them again on the 13th. At this point I'm furious. Its been a week since my first message. I get a message back on June 17th. A week 1/2 after my first message and only after I left 3 message through there site and email. They tell me that one of my items is backordered and that my order will go out by the end of the week. I explained that I would've expected an email or something to let me know that. And the fact that it took almost 2 weeks for them to respond to my messages was ridiculous and that I understand an item being backordered or delayed but they have to let the customer know that even more so since their site had incorrect information and my order confirmation email also told false info. They didn't respond. And the end of the week came with no shipping email. I email them again a week later. Asking for the exact status of my order and to speak to someone in charge because I'm just baffle by their lack of any service for their paying customers. They surprisingly respond a day later but ignore everything I said and asked and just say "they are working restlessly to get my order and to look for a shipping email". I'm beyond furious now. They messed up and didn't ship my order on time which I could understand but they lie about when it was shipped and have virtually zero customer service. And if the order arrive I will not be keeping it and I will never shop there again. I'm a personal stylist and buyer and work for an online site, and I will be sure to tell all my clients how terrible this business is. This is obviously a very common experience with them yet they've made no changes. They should be embarrassed but they don't care. They shouldn't be in business end of story.

Keep in mind you had the incorrect information on your site and in the emails you sent me and that your estimated dates told me it was shipping out the following Monday. Not a month later. So once again nothing you say has any value

I ordered a pair of shorts about two months ago and still have not received them
I ordered a pair of shorts with the order number XXXXX and have not received them and it is rather frustrating at this point and I reached out about the order and didn't receive a response and it wasn't until I reached out about cancelling my order that they finally responded and told me I should receive them soon. Super disappointed in this brand and do not ever want to shop there again

After receiving the response on here they also responded to my email on July 5th and said they'd be shipping in a week or two but I still have yet to receive anything at all from them. It's getting to a point of frustration and I wish I had chosen to save my money rather than spend $50+ on shorts

Apparently I am one of MANY but I would strongly advise against ordering from Revice. I placed my order May 1, was told they would ship by the 15th, then the 30th, then two weeks later, then two weeks later. Here we are and it's almost JULY. I've emailed many many times with very little helpful response and still not received my jeans. I was told TODAY that they will be shipping in another 1-2 weeks?! However I have very little faith I will ever receive my order at all. I was ordering the jeans for a social media influencer I represent as a stylist. Needless to say we will not be posting or promoting Revice in any way, IF THE JEANS EVER ARRIVE!!!!

I ordered a pair of jeans and they arrived defective. Made an exchange months ago and have not received my product.
Revice Denim is a complete scam. There is absolutely no customer service. I ordered a pair of jeans on February 20th, 2018. In early March, I received my package only to find that the jeans were defective. The zipper was nonfunctional and there was no button attached. How did no one notice this mistake before packaging? I returned them immediately for an exchange as they do not offer refunds. On April 26th, I received an email stating that my exchange for return #*** was approved. I've emailed several times with only the response of "shipping out in 8-10 days". I've been waiting since February to wear these jeans. I have no hope that I will ever receive these jeans. I've even emailed to request a refund with no response, of course. All I want at this point is my money back. I can't respect a company that will take my money and never send me the product I purchased. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated. This company is NOT worth your time or money.

I was promised a refund within 8-10 days on June 27th. I still haven't received a refund and it's now July 10th.

I ordered shorts in April. Its now almost July. I would like my shorts or a refund.
I ordered the shorts on April 21st. It is now June 25th and I have yet to receive anything. The order number is #XXXXX. Yin Yang shorts in tokyo wash. size 28. I paid with a visa in the amount of 47.60$. Every time I've emailed revice, inquiring about when the shorts will ship, its always been "we expect within the next week". My last email was not responded to.

Purchased jeans, came months later. Sent wrong jeans, asked to address this for return or exchange, no answer. Contacted SEVERAL times, no answer
Purchased jeans on April 28 per an endorsement from ***. Never received them or had any response for a couple months. Finally received the jeans on June 14. I ordered a size 26. The jeans they sent me were a 27. They listed the jeans as being a 26 inch inseam, these had a 29 inch inseam. I wrote to them immediately and received a response on June 18. They asked for the order number again, and I immediately wrote it back. I have never heard back. It is now June 25. I would love to order from them again based on the quality of the jeans alone....but would never as the customer service is the worst I've ever received with any company I have ever purchased from. Is this company a scam? The reviews are horrendous on the internet. I truly think they need to be investigated.

If they wrote me back and I could trust that they would exchange them, I would for the correct pair that I originally ordered. I have NO faith in them. If I return the product, I feel that they would never refund me. I just put in a request for a return so we will just have to wait and see I guess. They are definitely the worst company.

Hello! Thank you for responding through this, although I would have rather we just handled this directly through the many many emails and calls that I've sent you. Anyhow, I would like the original item that I ordered which was a size 26, with a 26 inch inseam. They were the uptown with the road trip wash. I hope this is enough information to get the right pair to me. Thank you. ***

The only reason I selected no is because I have no confidence that this will be resolved. It has been going on since April. When I receive the item that I ordered, I will accept the response.

I will definitely say that this company has very cute jeans. However, I ordered 4 pairs of jeans in December and did not receive them until February. I had emailed them countless times, majority of the time I never got a reply, asking when they will be here and they never delivered accordingly. This however was not my biggest issue with this company. All of the jeans I ordered fit fine accept one pair I decided to exchange for a larger size. I shipped back the jeans with a return label and tracked the package and it says it delivered February 21. It is now almost July and I never received and confirmation that they received my package or any confirmation that I would get the pair that I need. I have emailed them 20+ times and have only gotten a reply once saying that they haven't received that but am fully aware from tracking my package that it was delivered. I am extremely frustrated with this company just because their customer service is terrible. I work in customer service so I am one who does not like to complain but I am being robbed. All I want are my jeans :(

Please let me know any other information you need because it has been long over due. I know I am probably no way qualified to say this but for the future, I would have been completely okay if you guys just replied and told me that things are backed up or that it is going to be longer than anticipated. Just simply being honest with your customers goes a long way and I think that is where your company lacks because no one gets answers. I ordered a pair of jeans in March. To my surprise they actually shipped out the next week so I thought that all I heard was false. However, my jeans said they were delivered but were NOT. I contacted the company and the only thing they said to me was to contact USPS as if it was not their problem anymore. They only cared that I bought from them and gave them my money but did not even get my jeans. So I contacted them by email again and someone replied saying that my jeans were being shipped out the next week??? Honestly what?? Then I followed up with 15+ emails that were not responded to so when I emailed more and finally got horrible responses that made no sense which made it obvious that customer satisfaction means nothing to them as long as they receive there payment. However, if you do not recieve your jeans they do not care. And from the reviews below you probably will not. Also, the girl with the review below my Anja had the same issue but was offered to be sent a new pair because hers didnt show up? What kind of customer service is that. They treat their customers differently. Honestly just save yourself the trouble and do not order. Trust me they do not care about their customers and will not help you if you have an issue which honestly everyone seems like they do. I really wanted to not believe the horrible reviews but after my experience they are all true. They really do not care if you have a problem and they honestly probably will not respond. Trust me on that because I emailed them probably 20+ times and got 3 responses that proved to me they dont care about their customers. Or at least did not care about my satisfaction as a customer which is so low.

I ordered my jeans on March 2nd and have not received jeans YET!!
I ordered on March 2nd, and pre-orders, estimated to ship week is chaging everyday to end of next week, end of next week, etc. And now is June 20th.
I waited 3 months for this one jean.
Also, it is 30% sale right now and I want the differences back because I bought it more expensive and did not even get it yet. This is really frustrating...
I bought it $75.20 and still have not get the jean yet and the email from you on June 5th saying that it will ship by end of next week which is also passed!!!!! I want the differences from 30% off . Or I just want my MONEY back or JEAN!!!!!!!!! This is so not right. Waiting for just one jean for more than 3 months????

I ordered a pair of shorts two months ago and have yet to receive them. I've emailed the company several times and they have only answered twice.
I ordered the Yin-Yang shorts on April 21st, (Order #XXXXX) and it was a day where they offered a free shirt with a denim purchase. I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation email and I spent $57.60 because I got 20% that day as well. I have emailed the company multiple times and I have only received responses twice and all they had to say was that the item was for pre-order but I have seen on their social media that they were shipping out that particular item.

Desired Outcome

I would appreciate if they would let me cancel my order and give me a refund because in no world would I have ordered from them if I knew this would be the outcome of my purchase.

I accept their response because it is finally shipped out but it can still take a while for it to get to my house and I might even just send it back anyway to get my money back because I don't want a company like this earning my money.

Nonexistent Customer Service response via email or phone for 7 weeks.
I placed an order on May 2nd, 2018 with an order number of XXXXX. I purchased 6 pairs of jeans in hopes of 1-2 of them fitting me well as I have difficulty in purchasing and finding the right fit of denim online. I placed my order and immediately after realized that they do not accept shipping for full refunds but only for store credit. I got very nervous because I would have never placed this order in knowing this and there was no fine print about it in checking out (which I think should be made obvious by the company when ordering denim online). I immediately reached out to them by email, 2 hours after my order was placed, and attempted to cancel my order before any of the items were shipped. I got no response in a few days so I tried calling the business number listed on this site. I left a voicemail, and got no response. I was hoping to cancel my order before any of the items got sent but again, no response. One item got shipped within a few days but they were much too small. I liked this pair of jeans so was very happy to exchange these for a larger size and then get a full refund of the remaining unshipped items. I attempted to submit a return request online and I got an automated response saying that my return will not be further processed even though I abided by their return policy. I then continue to try to email, call or submit online forms to hear some sort of response from them. Again, no response. However, they do send out 3 more of their jeans to me 3 -5 weeks later, all in separate packages. To me this further frustrates me because they are spending their time in selling their clothes instead of taking care of their customers which is the absolute worst trait to have in a company. I was very disappointed in this experience as I was so excited initially to share my new cute quality denim with my friends and family but now I don't think I can recommend your company to anyone I care about unless I receive some sort of fair customer service. I have now called and left voicemails with this company 4 times, emailed 8 times, submitted an online contact form 4 times, and attempted to complete a return form online 2 times.

Desired Outcome

I would be happy to exchange 1-2 pairs of jeans I ordered for the right size and receive a complete refund for the remainder of my order. I do not want to have any more issues in dealing with this service so I do not wish to have store credit for my entire order. I think I contacted you with adequate amount of time to cancel the order and you took an absurd amount of time in responding. I have never been so disappointed with a company and I really had great hopes with this women-led business start up. I understand that you are so busy but that is no excuse for nonexistent customer service for 7 weeks.

Thank you for cancelling the remainder of my order. I really appreciate that. I have tried to place a return through your return center and it did no go through a month ago so now it won't let me try again. You will need to figure out another way to do the return. Also, I would like a partial refund for the 4 pairs of jeans I have already received because your response took much too long not letting me cancel any of those jeans when there was ample time and your website and automated responses said give 2-3 business days for a reply when in reality if was 7 weeks for a reply.

I ordered shorts under order #XXXXX which have been returned. I have not been issued exchange size or refund.
I ordered shorts under order number XXXXX and returned them under order *** I have reached out to the company 3 times within a month. I have received no response. I returned the shorts a DAY after they were relieved. I have received no notification that the return has been received, no notification that my exchange size has been issued, or ANY correspondance from the company. I want my shorts or I want a refund to my bank account.

Desired Outcome

I want my shorts exchanged in a size 26.

I have received notice that the order has been prepared, about 4-5 days ago, but no shipping notice. I'll be satisfied when the order has been shipped and I've received it.

Exchange not processed, attempts at communication ignored
I have emailed Revice Denim a few times and haven't heard anything back. I am concerned about the lack of communication about my orders. It's a lot of money to me that I invested in the denim. I sent two returns in one package (shipping to California is very costly). I revcieved store credit for one of the items, but I wanted to exchange another one of the items and I have not heard back anything about the order. No shipping confirmation or acknowledgement of my exchange request or anything. It is as if they are pretending the order only had one pair of jeans in the package. Additionally, I have asked to change the size of a separate order before it ships and have not received any communication. I have reached out to them on their Instagram social media page and they have not responded to me. Additionally, I commented on a post asking them to please respond to my emails, and they hid my comment. I am very concerned that I will never receive either of my orders the exchange, or the correct size of the shorts I have ordered. It takes less than 5 minutes to respond to a customer and refusing to do so is unprofessional and petty. I want to know what's going on because I have been a loyal customer up until now and I have spent a significant amount of money on these two orders.

This is the last email I sent to them before being ignored on their social media page:

I received a refund for return #*** but I have not heard back anything about return #***. The two items were sent together under tracking #*** which has been delivered. I wanted to exchange return #*** for the same set of pants (the imagine crops) but in a size 31 instead.

I also wanted to modify order #XXXXX to a size 31. And I was wondering about the possible ship date of these shorts.

I have emailed a few times and haven't heard anything back. I know you are a small team of 4, but I am concerned about the lack of communication about my orders. It's a lot of money to me that I invested in the denim. Please please respond

Desired Outcome

I want my exchange processed and shipped ASAP as a size 31 in the imagine crops. I also want my shorts from order #XXXXX changed to a size 31 and I would like to know when I can expect them to ship. I desire a basic level of communication from the business regarding my money and business.

As for your orders, the Imagine Crops - 31 exchange order was placed and will be shipping out this week. I went ahead and updated your size on the Yin Yang Shorts to a 31. Please expect these to ship out early next week.

I would like a refund on my product as I had requested originally.
Revice, you have failed to answer the majority of my customer service emails. On May 16, I emailed you asking for a refund on an order I made that day. On May 17, you incorrectly said that my order was placed "72 hours ago" and that you could not help me. I responded immediately with proof. I emailed you again on May 21 and I received no response. I then emailed you once again on June 3rd and you said my order would should up that week, this is two weeks after my original email. The response time clearly indicates that these actions were purposeful and with bad intentions. It is now the end of the second week of June and there is no product or any confirmation that I product was shipped. There is no proof that you have even have products. I want my money back, it has been 30 days since my order has been placed and you have not responded to any of my customer complaints. Yet, you post on socially media every day to create more orders. You should be fulfilling the ones you had. I do no trust that this order will ever be fulfilled, or fulfilled correctly given the 80 reviews and 56 complaints that have been filed with similar issues. I want a refund on order #XXXXX for the Fairfax denim. This order should have been cancelled immediately following my May 16th email, but you did not respond and trapped me into a contract. .

Desired Outcome

A full refund including my shipping costs that have not applied since I didn't get any items.
