I have reached out to Revice multiple times regarding my order and I have yet to me able to get a hold of anyone.
My account has been charged for the product I ordered and it has been days and it has not shipped. I have sent 3 emails requesting an estimated ship date and not once have I gotten a response. I have since emailed them asking them to cancel my order as it has not shipped yet and I have again been ignored. I am disgusted by the customer service of this company, I have been in the industry for years and cannot seem to wrap my head around how or why someone would run their company like this.

Desired Outcome

I need my order cancelled and a refund of the charges. I DO not wish to ever receive product from this company in the future.

Won't cancel pre orders or non-pre order items although it doesn't state this under the product
I ordered a few times from the 27th of June to the 2nd of July. Two items were listed as pre order which was fine because one would ship before the other for a trip I was going on (or so I thought). Once I thought about it more, I didn't want to take the chance of them showing up while I was out of the country and getting stuck not being able to try them on within the refund period. SURPRISE! I can't cancel them anyways. They basically emailed saying they only cancel these order after 72 hours. One is set to ship END of August. I've never had issues canceling a pre order that far in advance. There is nothing stating these policies under the actual product, only in the bottom of the website where you'll only look if you have issues (convenient). I had a couple orders not pre order that they won't cancel either and I haven't gotten any shipping dates for although they were ordered first. I spent a lot of money so I'm not happy about this at all. I've never had this kind of experience with pre orders, a company, or with this amount of money on the line. From what I've read I'll most likely not fit in anything once it arrives so I'm preparing for that nightmare already. I will never purchase from this business again.

I would like to start off by saying I also would give this company negative stars if I could. I placed my order in APRIL it is now mid July and ordered only two pairs of jeans. I have received one (which came like a week ago), it looked nothing like the ones on the model (the material wasn't even denim). I have returned them but still waiting to get a refund or an email with the store credit. I am also still waiting on the second pair and free t-shirt because it was during their promotion. Besides the fact that it has taken over three months, they also have HORRIBLE costumer service, I have emailed continuously and have only gotten one email back saying there isn't anything they can do... To pay over $160.00 it is really a let down. I will never buy from this company again.

Worst customer service ever. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. Being "busy" is not an excuse. They should have a customer service team dedicated to this position. How can customers feel confident ordering from a company they cant communicate with?

I typically don't write reviews on companies, however the customer service I've witnessed with Revice Denim has been the worst I have witnessed to date. Essentially, I placed a pre-order with the company in March, for a shipment that was supposed to go out the week of April 18th. There was no communication on behalf of the company weeks later after my shipment information had not yet been provided. After I reached out, an email was returned days later from Revice stating that I would get a shirt included with the 75$ jeans I'd ordered since they were so far behind on production "due to high demand". Anywho, I emailed them back asking for a refund June 25th, only to be told that "they were very sorry" and that my shipment would go out in 1-2 weeks. Well, it is now July 11 and I still have not received any shipment information. Also, I have asked for my money back, and they will not return in after my inquiry. PLEASE DO NOT BE LIKE ME, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

May daughter ordered a pair of jeans and it says they shipped on 6/8/18 and she still doesnt have them and is getting no response from them.
We have both reached out to the company numerous times and are not getting any response. Please get her the jeans or a refund.

She really wants the jeans but if they can't provide them a refund will be fine.

I never received my order despite sending several emails and being assured it would ship.
I originally placed my order #XXXXX on April 14, 2018 which consisted of 2 pairs of pants: Venus flares and Debbie does disco. I first contacted revice about not receiving my order on April 24 and they responded April 28 saying it would be shipped out in 8-10 days. On May 10th I emailed again complaining about not receiving order and requested a refund. On May 14th I received an email saying my order was dispatched. On May 18th my delivery arrived but it was only one item (Venus flares) the Debbie disco pants did not come. On May 22nd I received an email in response to my May 10th complaint that the Debbie disco would be shipped that week. On June 10th I emailed again still not having received the second part of my order. They responded the same day saying it would be shipped in 8-10 days. I emailed them again June 25th once again that I never received it. They responded june 26th saying it would be shipped out that week. I emailed AGAIN July 3rd and still have not received a response. This is absolutely insane that a company could run things like this. It's downright criminal. I asked for a refund months ago and was lead to believe my ENTIRE order was on its way. It's been almost 3 months! I want my order shipped (if they even have it) because I can't find these pants anywhere else.

I'll start off by saying that yes, they do take a bit to ship, but thats due to the fact that they are MADE IN THE USA! It makes sense that it does take a bit longer for items to be made well due to the fact that they are crafted carefully and not made in sweat shops at a consistent rate. The website also states that a lot of items are in high demand so they will take even longer to ship...I am glad I was patient because I ordered the ying-yang zip shorts and they are SO cute...I am typically a size 28/6 but I got a 29/8 as the website advised to go a size up and they FIT PERFECTLY...they are so comfortable and cute. They also sent me a cute zip up shirt for free that they sell on their site. I will be ordering again! So be patient loves, I am shocked at the reviews, I am absolutely stoked about my purchase.

Company has not shipped item out after weeks on end of waiting and has not communicated efficiently.
The company has not communicated effectively at all. My order was supposed to ship weeks ago and it has not. The company gives me vague responses whenever I Question when it will ship out. I would like store credit or a partial refund in my initial order as well as a response from the company as to when my order will be shipped.

EXTREMELY disappointed in this company. DO NOT ORDER. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was super excited about the jeans I ordered, because they look so amazing on Camille Kostek (one of their models).

I ordered the Farrah*** on May 1 and never received my order. The only the thing I received were empty promises. I emailed this company many many times, only to receive the same two emails over and over again. Either that it would be shipped by the end of the week or that it was a pre-order and that I had to wait. They claim that it was a pre-order when I ordered it (it was not). However, this pre-order date continued to change. I waited til the shipping date and again... just an empty promise. I NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER.

It seems to me that this company values their Instagram account and sending their product to social media influencers, rather than actual customers.

Also, this company most likely dropships their jeans from China and adds embellishments to their product in the USA... that's why everyone seems to have the same problem. It's not becauase they are hand made in LA, it's because they are waiting to get enough orders to drop ship for China LOL.

Anyway, I'm really bummed that I didn't get my jeans and would still love to own these jeans, but that will never happen... I was forced to report a claim to my credit card company, because they refused to give me a refund for jeans I never even received and most likely wouldn't ever receive.

I even offered to pick up the jeans, since I live only an hour away in Orange County...
Revice, if you're reading this, can you make it up to me and actually ship out my jeans?

If I could give this place less than one star I would. Not only is their company extremely unprofessional and disorganized, they fail to even give an accurate and precise date for the shipment of the product I ordered. I ordered a pair of jean shorts on May 3rd and was told that it would ship out in the next two weeks. I emailed them 3 weeks later asking where they were and was told they'd ship out the end of that next week. After another week after I was told they'd ship, I emailed again asking if they were lost. They the told me again that there was a delay and that they'd ship the week of July 1st. Its currently July 9th and still have no idea when they will actually ship. The customer service has been nice but clearly doesn't take each email personally. I've asked about canceling the order/a refund (which I know they don't do), but have been completely ignored in regards to both. All they do is respond to my email saying that there has been a "high demand and delay". I will not be purchasing from this website ever again and I hope that I will eventually get these shorts in the next 2 years.

I ordered a pair of shorts on June 1st within the June 1st preorder shipping date. I assumed I would get them within the two week shipping period.
It is now July and I have not even gotten a shipping confirmation email. I really wanted these shorts for a festival at the end of June and was so sad I didn't get them. What's worse is I have tried to contact the company via email, Twitter, instagram DM, and have even left comments on their IG posts. I don't understand why I have not received my shorts or even a response when they constantly post on Instagram. I have left nice messages with my order confirmation number and have been understanding since It is a small team but to get no reply when they've already taken my money is unacceptable. I don't know when I will get my shorts or if I will even get a reply but I am very sad and regretful that I even ordered from this company and wish I had read these reviews first. If they were upfront about the time It took for these items to ship or were responsive at all I wouldn't be leaving a complaint. I wouldn't recommend this company to my friends right now and all I can hope is that my Venus shorts arrive soon because they are so cute and unique.

I would like a response from Revice and for my item to be shipped to me. I'm tired of constantly checking their Instagram story for some sort of hint as to when my order is shipping out. It's extremely unprofessional. Hire more help, obviously business is booming and your product is quality.

I have waited almost 2 months for my Venus Star Flare Jeans (light wash). I was told they would ship during the week of July 1st. They aren't here.
For the record, I could literally be doing anything else with my time, but I might as well warn others: DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company. I have be patient with Revice and they keep screwing me over. I ordered ONE measly pair of Venus Star Flare Jeans (light wash) and I was REALLY excited to order them. I ordered on May 18th and they transaction went through. After not hearing back about my jeans for and month AND Revice still taking the money out of my account, I decided to email, call the company, and insta message. I only got a automatic email saying my order was a pre-order. The phone number went straight to voicemail after me calling like 10 times (left voicemails too) The instagram account and manager ignored my Instagram DM's (how nice). I checked the website to confirm about the pre-order. It was correct. I was like "okay whatever, I will wait." The website said (my jeans were) "PRE: ORDER ESTIMATED TO SHIP THE WEEK OF JULY 1ST." WELL, now I emailed again and Revice says its going to be another 2 weeks???? It is JULY 8th people!!! I would have never known unless I EMAILED THEM (btw it was another automatic email.) That is extremely unprofessional. I understand they are a small business, but I know they have the money (everything is super $$$) and needs to hire more help. I am frustrated because I have spent my hard earned money on a pair of jeans and I shouldn't have to keep messaging them all the time. REVICE, if you are reading this.....GET IT TOGETHER. XO

This company charged me for product that they never shipped, they also provided proof they would cancel the order and refund me which they never did.
I placed the order with Revice Denim on February 9th,2018 order #XXXXX for two pairs of jeans, 1 yin yang crops in black size 28 and 1 yin yang crops in tokyo wash size 28, the total was $138.00. I paid with my debit Chase card ending in ***. They emailed me on 2/16/18 stating they would ship my items in 8-10 business days. I followed up with them through email on 2/26/18, 2/28/18 and 3/1/18 with no response from the company until 3/12/18, where they stated they would cancel my order and my refund would post to my account in 8-10 business days, which never happened. I emailed them on 3/23/18 inquiring about my refund with no response and emailed them again on 3/27/18 inquiring about my refund with no response. I emailed them on 3/30/18, 4/2/18, 4/3/18 and 4/4/18 with no response. I submitted a claim with my Chase bank on 4/4/18 to collect my refund. That claim was rebuttled by the Revice Denim. I also submitted another claim with the bank 2 more times after. I also provided proof of the email to the claims department of my bank from Revice Denim stating they would cancel my order and refund me on March 12th to reopen the claim. I also emailed Revice Denim on 6/14/18 inquring on my refund with no response. I have also called Revice Denim numerous times with only a voicemail and have left a few messages with no response from them. I have also messaged them on Instagram since that is where I discovered the company and they have not responded. The claim with my bank was denied again due to information from Revice Denim stating they shipped my products which I never received an email with a tracking number and never received the product. I feel that they have committed a crime against me and are holding my funds without sending the product , which they agreed to cancel and refund me back on 3/12/18. I have documentation stating all of what I have explained here. I am frustrated and trust that you can help me bring this whole situation to justice .

Ordered shorts on 15th of May. Product was not on preorder. sent 15 emails regarding delivery date and only received 3 replies
Purchase of fair fax shorts date was 15th of May by PayPal. Sent 15 emails since then demanding my order date to which they responded that it was a preorder item which it DEFINITELY wasn't. Now the holiday I bought them for has long passed and I just want my money back. demands for this have been ignored. Just want my money back now.
This company has taken my money and has no plans to follow through with the product. It's not fair and I've now lost all trust in buying online.

I ordered jeans in April and only one shipped and to the wrong address. The other jean still hasn't shipped and customer services isn't responding.
I ordered two pairs of jeans on April 15. One was a pre-order, which said it would be done the week of April 15. The other jean was not. I reached out on April 27 when the jeans still had not shipped, and customer service emailed me back saying 8-10 days. On May 8, I sent another email noting that if they didn't ship soon I would need to change my address since I was moving. They didn't respond until after I sent another email on May 15. I requested to change my address. On May 17, they said it would be another 2-3 weeks and they confirmed that they updated my shipping address. On June 3, I requested another order update and on June 4th they said it would be shipped out that coming week. On June 14 I got an email saying one pair of jeans had shipped (this is the pair that wasn't even a pre-order and it still took 8 weeks to ship). The jeans were mailed to the wrong address, even after they confirmed that they changed it. I emailed them on June 14, inquiring why they were mailed to that address even after I got a confirmation that it had been changed. They wrote on June 18 "For the order that has not shipped we are able to update your address. As for the order that has shipped to your old address - when the package is returned to sender we are more than happy to send it back out to you." They are fully relying on the person living in that house to return it back to the sender, and obviously they did not return it. They did not respond to my email that said "How will the package be returned to sender? If the new tenants do not send it back then I lose money. I asked for the address to be updated in May and got a confirmation that it was. Is there a way to talk to someone on the phone about this? How do you expect that the pants will be returned to the sender? And if they aren't, what is the alternative solution?" Of course, they still haven't responded, even after I've sent 3-4 other emails inquiring about this issue and the status on the second pair of jeans. Note that it is now July 2 and I started this order on April 15. I've never been met with such poor customer service and overall disregard for the customer. My order number is #XXXXX. I paid $153.60 with a credit card. I haven't even received the product or any security that I will receive the product, yet Revice has my money.

Desired Outcome

I want the company to call me to either find a solution or give me a full refund since I haven't received the product. I'm tired of dealing with their email service. It is ineffective and extremely inefficient.

I ordered a pair of jeans on April 7, 2018. They were back ordered until April 19th. They keep delaying the delivery and will not refund me.

I ordered a pair of jeans on April 7th, 2018. They were supposed to be shipped by April 19th, 2018. I have had several email exchanges with the company (all with significantly delayed response times) with an automatic response telling me that my jeans are supposed to ship with in the "next 8-10 day!" then the second time I checked, they said, "expect to ship by next week" and then they said, "in the next couple of weeks."

I have explained to them that I will no longer be in the US to accept the package and I would like to be refunded. They explained to me that they cannot refund me because it's been past the 72 hour cancel pre-order policy.

It has been past 3 months since I've placed this order.

Our policy does state that preorder items cannot be cancelled after 72 hours. Please let us know how you'd like to move forward. We do ship internationally so changing your address would be no problem.

I will be traveling internationally and do not have an addres you can send to. I either want a refund or the jeans need to arrive by July 20. Hopefully they fit because I can't jnagine how long an exchange will take.

I returned a pair of jeans to them back in April and have yet to receive a refund from them. I have reached out to them multiple times.
I purchased a pair of jeans from Revice Denim back on October 23, 2017 for $77.08. Once I received them, I tried them on, and they were way too small, even though I had used their sizing guide when ordering. So I exchanged them for the next size up which was way too big. I tried one last time for one other size, and again they were way off size wise. I sent the jeans back to them and asked for an exchange back on April 2nd as it was becoming increasingly obvious that their jeans just would not work for me. There was nothing wrong with them, and they were actually excellent quality, however their sizing is way off. I sent them an email March 25th, 2018 telling them that I wanted a refund after months of exchanging and waiting. On April 13, 2018, after no response from them and having sent back the jeans almost two weeks prior, I emailed them again as that is the only way to reach them. There is no customer service number, only email, which is quite frustrating. They replied on April 15, 2018 stating that I should receive a confirmation of return for order #*** in 3-5 business days. I then emailed them on April 27, 2018 after I had received nothing from them about a confirmation. I explained to them for the second time that I wanted a refund and was done playing games with them. They replied to me on April 30, 2018 asking what style/size I wanted in exchange for the jeans that I had sent back. I emailed them on May 2nd, May 19, May 24, 2018 and yet again asked for my money back. They never responded, so I went through my bank to get the money back. They gave me a temporary credit, but later took the money back out of my account because they told me that it had been too long since the original purchase was made, and they couldn't recover the funds. I have sent them yet another email today, July 4th, 2018. I'm just exhausted and livid with this situation. I've reached my boiling point, and I just want my $77.08 back seeing as they now have my money and the jeans that I returned to them. Please help me get my money back. I've done everything I can do.

I simply want my money back. I have been dealing with this headache since October 2017. This is completely unacceptable, and I will never purchase anything from them ever again due to the nature of their customer service.

As previous reviews have stated, it is very hard to get in contact with anyone in their customer service department. My initial transaction went very smoothly - I ordered a pair of jeans, they were promptly shipped, and they arrived in a timely manner. However, the problem started when I needed to exchange the jeans for a larger size. I submitted a return request through their website and heard nothing back for about three weeks. I emailed them and even tried contacting them through Instagram just to get in contact with someone about my order. This issue is still not resolved. I know their team is small but from what I have read of these reviews, this particular issue has upset many customers who probably would have otherwise had a pleasant experience. Be wary of this if you decide to order from this company.

HORRID This place is terrible. They have stolen my money, if you are a celebrity then Im sure you will receive the pants for free and right away, otherwise DO NOT.
