The consumer placed the order on 11/8/14. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 and this began the 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 12/1/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The consumer contacted our company on 12/1/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of this complaint, we have refunded the charge of $87.63 as of today's date. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and now also the refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.

Additionally, please take note of the linke http://www.supplementcritique.com/ripped-muscle-x-review/ whereby the company purposely uses fake ESPN endorsements to advertise their products. I am demanding a complete refund.

This product is ** and unsafe it is not FDA approved and sent me to the hospital with heart palpitations I did there 14 day trial and received the product late and they would still not refund me even though I had the product for less then 10 days this is just a credit card recurring charge scam.
There website is full of fake results and testimonials and they even tell you that under each picture it says actors shown results not typical which means **
and at the bottom of their site it says

Which means you will not get results I sued this product for 2 weeks and had no results

Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 04/23/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. His second bottle was automatically billed 30 days later on 05/23/14. The consumer contacted our company on 05/23/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent voided the charge of $87.63 on that same day for the 05/23/14 charge. The customer obviously did not receive the second package, because it was cancelled the day it was billed, and we stopped the shipment(this information was given to the customer that day). The customer told the representative that he disputed the first charge. He was told that we cannot refund the charge unless he dropped the dispute. The customer agreed to contact his bank to drop the dispute. The customer has not contacted us to verify if the dispute was dropped or not, therefore the first charge of $87.63 was not refunded. We are assuming the customer has already dropped the dispute, and is now asking for the refund. We are going to issue the refund for the first charge of $87.63 due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their orders. The consumer placed the order on 10/19/14. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 and this began the 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 11/09/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The consumer contacted our company on 11/12/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. 
 
We have refunded the charge of $87.63 as a courtesy due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their orders. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis attached to every package. Terms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reason. Please refer to our website. www.rippedmusclex.com and below is a brief explanation of our terms and conditions. Also, the consumer mentions another company, please have him contact them separately. 
 
Terms and Conditions:
You must pay a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 for us to send you a full 30 day supply of Ripped Muscle X. We ship the product the day after you place your order (except that orders placed Saturday-Sunday will be shipped the following Monday). You will have 14 days from your original order date to see if Ripped Muscle X is right for you. If you are unhappy with the product at any time during those 14 days, you must call us at 1-866-219-1654 and cancel your order to avoid being billed for the full cost of the product. If you are satisfied with our product, then do nothing-we will bill you $87.63 for your initial order, and every thirty days thereafter we will send you a new 30-day supply of our product, and automatically bill you the low price of $87.63. At Ripped Muscle Extreme, every customer is given the right to try their first 30 day supply without charge for the first 14 days. After the 14 day trial period, if the customer is unsatisfied...

with their product, they are to return the remainder postmarked for return within their 14 day trial period and also contact customer service to notify a request for cancellation. If the customer keeps their 30 day supply after the 14 days, they are automatically billed for their product on the 15th day and then automatically shipped and billed a product every 30 days thereafter. The customer has the ability to cancel at any time by calling customer service or emailing [email protected]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on rippedmusclex.com, the product, the pamphlet, and the package the product is shipped in. The terms are disclosed clearly on rippedmusclex.com where the customer would have ordered their product. The customer has to also click "I agree to the terms and conditions" twice before the order is processed. If the customer does not "agree" to the terms, the order will not process. The terms and conditions are disclosed directly on the ordering website not only on the bottom of the first page, but also highlighted in a large white box on the second page where the customer inputs their card information, as well as sent out with the product. The consumer placed the order on 07/08/14. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 and this began the 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 07/23/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The consumer contacted our company on 07/23/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the charge of $87.63 on that same day. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be partially satisfactory to me.  I am only being refunded half the amount $[redacted] out of $[redacted]. The other $[redacted] is from [redacted] but both were ordered together through the same vendor. I would like for them to acknowledge this and refund me the other $[redacted] as well.  I have received a notification from the vendor stating that a refund will be issued for $[redacted] that I am pleased to have received. I would like the Revdex.com to discuss the remaining amount with the same vendor and update me on the situation. Furthermore I am extremely satisfied with the result the Revdex.com has provided.

They have refunded my order price of $87.50.  They do state their terms and conditions on a click to this page of small print connection and it is buried in mounds of small print as well  as the exorbitant price of their product.
