The consumer contacted our company on 05/26/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded the charge of $87.63 on that same day. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.

We are not the same vendor, we advertise with [redacted] through third-party advertisers. The consumer needs to contact them separately. They have their own contact information including phone number, e-mail, and address. Please notify consumer to contact them directly regarding his information with them. This product is ** and unsafe it is not FDA approved and sent me to the hospital with heart palpitations I did there 14 day trial and received the product late and they would still not refund me even though I had the product for less then 10 days this is just a credit card recurring charge scam.

There website is full of fake results and testimonials and they even tell you that under each picture it says actors shown results not typical which means **

Which means you will not get results I sued this product for 2 weeks and had no results

Review: This company is a big scam in my opinion I agreed to the small shipping and handling charges to try the 14 day trial and looked very carefully for extra stuff and even after the transaction went through I looked to make sure I did not have to stop a trial of some sort and then half a month later I get nailed with some huge charges of around 170 bucks. I just want to get this done with and cancel this and get my money back. In my opinion company's like this should not even be aloud to be around and I think it would be the Revdex.com's job to shut them down and help refund all these peoples money.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and I will even give you the original 14 day trial back if that helps I haven't even tried it yet but if I knew this was going to happen I wouldn't have even taken the trial.

Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 01/11/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The consumer contacted our company after this complaint was received, on 01/14/14 with a request for cancellation. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent issued a 50% courtesy credit of $43.82 today on a recorded phone call. The consumer would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation and refund. The refund will take three to seven business days to credit back.

Review: I agreed to try Ripped Muscle X for a thirty day trial for the cost of shipping $4.99. I never received my free trial and was then billed fpr the next 90 days, I called on the 24th of April to cancel both the Ripped Muscle X and the Elite Test 360 also $4.99 shipping charge and agreement to continue 90 day supply if satisfied with the products. After a nasty phone conversation with the people at Elite Test 360 trying to cancel I hung up with frustration as I could not cancel. I called my credit card company and they said that it was finally cancelled. Now today I have been billed for 90 supply of Ripped Muscle X which I have never received, and when I called again I got nothing but more lectures. I will call my credit card company to see if this has been cancelled. Review: I have purchase a free trial bottle after I received it I have cancelled the subscription over the phone with customer service and told them im not interested in there product and not to charge my credit card. Week later they charged my card $87.63 which they should have not cause I cancelled

it look like my you deal with companies on the internet you have to record all phone conversation because the person I talked to she never cancelled my subscription like I requested. she said it was done n there wont be any charges. If the account had been cancelled within the trial, the consumer would have been immediately required to return the remainder. He had not, by the recorded phone call as of yesterday. The account was canceled immediately as instructed and they were sent a confirmation email confirming the cancellation.

Review: I paid about $5 for shipping fee which was okay, because I was getting a "free sample." I used there product for 1 week and got abdominal pains, so I stopped using it. 3-4 weeks later I check my bank account and see I was charged full price about $90 for this "sample." The account was cancelled immediately as instructed and the customer was sent a cancellation confirmation via email. We assumed this account was settled and closed until we received this claim. We have refunded amount of $87.63 due to this complaint, however, we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their order. We state the terms and conditions clearly, and send a synopsis card with our contact information, with each order. Terms and conditions are located on all ordering websites, and should be read as they are there for a reason.
