I have been married for years nowI changed my name with Sallie Mae, which apparently wasnt transferred overI contact Navient on SEVERAL occasions to request documents, try and do an income based repayment plan and they can never help send documentsThey have my DOB, SSN and past tax documents, yet they cant change my last name to what it has been for years without me filling out an "application." I should NOT have to apply to them to have my last name changedIt was easier changing over my credit cards then it is with this companyI receive SSI and the federal government has accepted the last name changeApparently Navient is more powerful than the governmentI am sick, tired and fed up with this companyWhy has this company not been run out of business for their blatant lack of knowledge on their job and refusal to help their customersHow the Revdex.com continues to give them A+ rating is beyond meNavient does not deserve it considering they cannot be helpful in any wayI would think that the fact that they have no positive ratings and it is 100% negative should tell some higher official it is time to shut these people downOne last thought...Thank you Sallie Mae for screwing people who trusted you
