For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThe person I talked with talked over me and chewed me out like a criminal and I was not at all rude to herBesides Navient frauded me by saying that it would be good to consolidate when it isn't therefore they need to fix my credit report or else reimburse me some of my student loan the way them and kaplan university treat there customers is not right and its even more wrong for someone like me with a learning disability for them to discriminate againstIf it isn't it should be illegal I would like to speak with this ladys manager about this whole incident and maybe come to a resolution that way since she was supper rude and discriminatory and they either need to fix the error on my credit report or give me back some of my student loan even if its $to $and again I would like to speak to the manager cause that is no way to treat customers

I called Navient mid May to pay my forbearance fee and bring my loan current, since I had missed two payments (April & May)During that call, I was told that I couldn't make any changes to my account until the payment postedSo I called a few days after that & the representative was still unable to assist me in making certain changes to my account, which would make my repayment plan more financially affordableSo on June 5, 2015, I called and spoke with another representative who seemed to be very knowledgeable about my loan and the different options I had to lower my monthly paymentI was told that I could enroll into a two year interest only program, which would drop my monthly payments to a reasonable amount and I agreedAlso, during that I call I asked if I was able to change the due date of my monthly payments and the representative told me to pick any date between the 1st and the 28thAt that time, I choose a due date of the 28th of every month, but it wouldn't become effective until the following month (July)No problem from me there, I could handle paying the high monthly payment one more time, so that I could have some financial relief for the next two yearsSo fast forward to today, July 8th, almost one month to the date of my last call, I check my account online and it shows that the full payment is due on July 15thThis is COMPLETELY WRONG, at least to my knowledgeSo once again, I call Navient and I'm told by the representative that my payment due date had not be changed and I was not eligible for the two year interest only payment program, meaning that I still would have to pay the entire monthly payment (principle and interest) on the 15th of JulyI asked her to forward me to her supervisor, because I needed someone to explain to me why I wasn't informed about not being eligible for the program, and why my due date hadn't been changed, since I was reassured on the call from June that everything had been taken care ofSo the supervisor tells me she didn't fully understand why I was rejected for the interest only program and why I was never contacted about itBy now, I'm furious because she's basically telling me I'm stuck with the high monthly payment that I cannot afford, and the monthly payment due dates can only between the 1st and the 22nd of every monthNavient is the WORSE company ever and I don't trust them AT ALLI don't believe anything that they tell me because they always go back on their word and they are ROBBING hard-working people for every penny we haveNo viable solution was offered to me for the miscommunication and lack of knowledgeAll she kept saying was she's sorryI'm sorry to because someone who matters will read this post and make some good changes

Problem:
Currently this company is reporting falsely on my credit reportThey are reporting an open balance as well as a monthly paymentI have tired on many occasions to settle this debt but never receive a response backI have sent in my credit report twice with in the last year to prove what they are reporting and again have not heard backI sent something in May and June The lack of response is totally unacceptableThis company either needs to update the reporting of my credit or they need to remove as this debt is over yearsI will continue to report them to whatever agency I need to until they resolve this matterTranslate

I received two credit alerts in the same month stating I am late on my accountI called Navient and after providing the dates that each payment was drafted from my account, since I am set up on an automatic payment program, I was placed on holdThe hold was eternal because no one ever came back to the phone! I have continued to call with no resolution and this is hurting my credit!!

Our student loans were moved from Sallie Mae to Navient We were not made aware of the change Then we start getting harassing phone calls from a company we have never heard of saying we were late on payments Then, the balance we owed to Sallie Mae was a lot less than the new balance Navient says we owe I made a payment that covers several student loans with the total given to us to pay, but they then applied the total to one account, making the other accounts delinquentMy husband and I have both called over times trying to straighten the issue out, with only one person that was somewhat knowledgeable and nice The customer service is terrible Not only are the smug and rude, they have no idea what they are doing They will call times a day though for money that was paid to them They have also charged us late fees for their mistakes Terrible company, terrible employees
