This is the second complaint I've filed against NavientThis company sourced my information in an attempt to contact another individualThe previous case was closed when Navient mailed me a letter with an apology and indicated that they would honor my request to cease and desistSince then, I continue to receive phone callsI remind them of the Revdex.com case, they apologize, and then the harassment repeats itselfToday, they have started texting me, in addition to calling my cell phone at all hoursThis is financially impacting me, as well as affecting my quality of lifeIt is inducing anxiety and panic attacksPlease make them stopTranslate

They have refused to try and help with my credit score due to this issue saying that they just report accurate informationThey could send a letter to the bureaus stating that they did not ever try to contact me as the co-signer by US mail and send information that the email address or the payments they had received were not from me except for the payoff amount after I realized my credit score dropped and then started the investigation as to what happenedAccording to the internet Navient does not have a very good recordMy credit score was excellent for years and now it dropped pointsThis is why I cannot let this dropI understand you can do just so much but I will look into obtaining an attorney if my letters to the credit bureaus that I am now writing get nowhere
I do realize that this is a small thing compared to what many people have to deal with and I am thankful that God has been so good to me but my credit did mean a lot to me

I have yet to receive any documents in the mail that was sent APRIL I haven't seen any emails either as to what the decision isIf this is in writing, I want another copy sent to my physical address that is on file because it is the correct address

They do not work with customers on figuring out how to lower (make it more affordable) monthly payments for private loansWhen speaking with customer service, each person you talk to makes you feel ashamed for asking reliefThey claim to have interest only and income drive plans but they do not exist - do not work with the customer to figure out a reasonable solution - the rules are arbitrary and not well definedThey ask for documents and claim it takes business days to settle a solution but weeks later nothing and ended up calling to settle with them and they came up with no solution I want to pay but not the crazy amount you ask me toAlso, they charge almost $per loan to take a forebarence claimHow is this helping me? It's easy for them to take money but hard for them to help you when you need help paying loan debtThe only positive was that I got to take my federal loans away from them and into another loan service provider that works with me
