For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowThey are charging us times the interest that the loan would have originally generatedAccording to the Bankruptcy court, they had the opportunity to add the amount of interest that they wanted to the amount submitted to the bankruptcy courtInstead they ACCEPTED the amount as a "PAID IN FULL" amount for the amount that they would acceptAs far as the Tennessee Bankruptcy Court is concerned, since they did not add any interest or penalties, they are not entitled to themThe matter is deemed settled with the Court system here in TennesseeA Federal Bankruptcy Attorney has been consulted and has stated that if Navient did not include any penalties or interest in the Bankruptcy amount that they agreed to have entered into the bankruptcy then they are not entitled to them

Someone has tried to reach out to me, they called and left a message while I was at workI have tried to call back almost every day to clear this up and no one has answered or tried to call me backMe and my co-signer's credit reports keep getting hit with over due reports and this has really affected our creditI just want to get this resolved but they have not done anything to help.

Navient has found and applied my missing money to my account The date I filed this complaint, my Navient account showed and outstanding balance of approximately $ Since then, Navient has applied the $to my account wiping out this balance Unfortunately Navient did not remove the interest that has been accruing on my account in the past four months that they have been searching for my money I might add that it was miraculously located one week after filing my complaintAmazing!So Navient thinks that an appropriate amount to return to me for my overpayment is a mere $15, which as I have said, clearly indicates they are trying to keep interest accrued on monies that should have been credited to my account months ago This complaint will not be settled until Navient recalculated my refund based on the original date that the money should have been posted.Finally, Navient has blocked access I my account The reason for this is unknown, however I suspect the reason is not on the up-and-up I am willing to concede this may be a common practice by their company when an account balance shows zero There is no way to know for sureNow that this access is closed to me, I can no longer see my transaction history, nor print my tax forms Some transparency as to how they are calculating my refund might be beneficial, as my trust of the company is at zero

The response the business provided is inaccurateThe issue has not been resolvedI was TOLD there isn't anything they can do for me since I do NOT have the means to pay them or any stable income at the present momentThey will temporary stop the excessive auto calls for days but not the collections, calls will resume thereafterAdditionally, they aren't able to lower my payments, offer any forbearance nor lower my interest rate. Frankly, this is the same PROBLEM I was having prior to contacting Revdex.comYes, they indeed reviewed the matter but couldn't offer any resolution to my dilemmaLast remedy, I was told to wait for account to be in default of the $2711 for me to have other solution to my problem; otherwise, they are going to close my case with Revdex.comUnfortunately, this is absurd and unbecoming for a private student loan company to not have other solutions for customers that are temporary indigentThis is why consumers file class action lawsuit against NavientI am not pleased with their review...is their any assistance you can provide me regarding this matter?

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI received the letter from the advocate, and it only partially solves my issue. First, the advocate stated that the program I enrolled in is a "$a month program at 1% interest rate, and my account may still remain delinquent during the first three payments....Once the third payment posts to my account my past-due status will be brought current and you will continue at $payment rate for the following months."
October being the third payment. However, I was charged a whole lot of late fee's that I shouldn't have been. When I enrolled in the program July 13th, I was just told going forward my payment plan would be $345, due to changing from a year repayment to a year repayment. Since then I've been hit with late fees of hundreds of dollars, and my credit report is probably looking horrible right now. I want confirmation that the late fee's attached to my account during the past months will be fixed, this is hundreds of dollars. I also need my credit report, if it was affected, fixed
